i tried antigravity yoga for the first time in beyond yoga! i've tried yoga in the past but this experience was totally different!!

The benefits would be (according to my coach) losing weight, growing taller (at least a fourth of an inch 128551), and relieving stress!

It was fun & cool to be able to be in positions that you did not expect to be capable of! quite an experience especially for people who want to try flying in the air haha! it's a good start!

Though one thing that would make you not want to try would be the price!! it's really expensive compared to normal yoga, more than double the cost. A walk in session would be 1000 pesos!! but if you'd wanna give it a try, they have a first timers package worth 1500 for three classes! (i got a voucher from deal dozen which i purchased at P995) so yeah, i suggest you guys should give it a try!! 128513

I loved doing antigravity yoga! It was super fun and awesome! They also have belly dancing, yoga, zumba and other fun activities. Quite expensive though. :))

Being on summer break is great but it doesn't really give me enough physical activities (going up the third floor three times a day, walking from condorm to school, sweating lol) to help burn whatever it is I've been putting in my mouth, so I've decided to make myself "fit" this summer. I've tried crossfit (5 127775) at CF Insurrecto, yoga (4 127775) at Beyondyoga BGC, and just recently.. Antigravity yoga at Beyondyoga Morato!

It was quite amusing sitting and swinging back and forth on those large and stretchy fabrics (don't know what it's called). Actually, the fact that it was able to carry me was already enough to give them 5 stars. Choz. The instructor, teacher Cess told us it could even carry a baby elephant (yes ate peanut, kaya ka pa 128541)! We did the pose on the left side of the pic 5 minutes after the session started kaloka! It was the fun kind of scary. 128076 The FUNdamentals class consisted mostly of stretching and the basics. If you'd want to try antigravity yoga, I guess this would be the first one you should try. It is after all, FUNdamental. They have antigravity yoga pilates and flying fitness (TRX-ish daw) also. For PHP 1500, you can try all three or just take the same class thrice. If you didn't enjoy it though, one antigravity yoga class is 1k (BGC prices are higher hehe).

It was a good session - you have to learn how to trust the fabric and how not to panic when you're trying to stand up (inverted, while relying on your core and your grip) on the fabric. It's not as intense as crossfit (which is more fun for me) so I guess this would be a nice bonding activity. You can laugh at your friends who can't do the poses bahaha (in crossfit wala nang usap usap. Hingal party ang ganap kasi). The place was also very nice and we even saw Atom Araullo walking around. How I would love to marry that man. Choz.

Next up: bikram yoga!

Beyond Yoga offers the must - try yoga, anti-gravity yoga and dance classes. There are variety of classes to choose from. Gentle to power name it!

I may say that Beyond Yoga provides us with the best teachers and friendliest staff :)

Studio is very homey and light perfect to lighten up our imperfect worlds!

This is the place where I had my first ever yoga lessons and I super duper love it ! The place is very clean and relaxing especially their bathroom ! You would surely want to go to their bathroom all the time. Hihi.

They have two studios. There's one studio that's used for regular yoga like vinyasa and gentle flow. The other one is mainly only for anti-gravity yoga. The picture I placed here is the anti-gravity yoga and I'm doing the monkey pose a.k.a Spider-Man hahaha ! When you do this type of yoga, you don't have to be scared because they use a different type of material that can hold up to 15,000 kg. Besides, it's also fun ! :) After having lessons, they usually serve hot tea.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They make sure that all of your questions will be answered. There are also times you will see them in some classes because they need to take lessons as well.

Regarding the price, anti- gravity is more expensive compared to the regular yoga. That's why I haven't been able to come back to this kind of yoga due its price :(

If you plan to take some lessons for anti-gravity yoga, I suggest you get Sir Paulo. He's really good and he makes sure he explains the positions thoroughly. Beware though ! While doing some of the poses, he can make you laugh ! :))))

Very clean and relaxing place. Awesome teachers too. I didn't know that there are different kinds of yoga but so far my favorite is the Anti-Gravity-Yoga.

AGY is super fun!!! 128111 I tried out the promo for first timers. First 3 sessions for only P1,500! It was worth it. Without the promo, it's P1,000 per session or P12,000 unlimited for a month. I think they also have coach promos but still expensive. 128532

I'd love to do this every day but I'd go bankrupt if I continue it on a daily basis!
