Value for money indeed! Ordered dak gui (chicken), sam gyup (beef belly), jap chae and bibimbop. Plenty of side dishes with free refills - all for Php1200. Service isn't 5-star but readily available and staff are responsive. It's a restaurant in what used to be a house so expect the layout to be such. Good for a neighborhood setup but parking will have to be on the street.

I've been here plenty times with my woman and her friends.. This has got to be the place Korean restaurant in the country.. I love this place, as Sandra loves it too. The place looks like a big nice classic Korean house that serves food, there's rooms for Koreans of course if you want to eat while you kneel which I can't stand doing at all, there's around 2-3 rooms like that. The tables are nice stout wood, I also like how spacious the place is. Now to the food! We always get 2 Dak gui's which is basically their chicken and my God it's delicious. You can never go wrong with the Dak Gui. The assortments of sides are Sandra's delight as she really enjoys eating them while I only eat the fish cakes and the sweet nuts, also a great combo is the leaves they have I place my Dak Gui in them and mix some fish cakes then voila! I can't expound how good this place is, it's affordable and quite cheap to be honest, you're basically getting way more than what you pay for due to the unlimited number of sides you can refill in which to my knowledge knowing you can't in other restaurants. We also tried the Dolsot bibimbap which is huge and quite good, for its price, definitely a steal. We always go here if we want something healthy and good to eat to satisfy that fix. This is one of those restaurants me and Sandra have as our top choices when we can't decide where to eat. Food is splendid, affordable and great selections to choose from. Would love to come come back anytime here. The sad news is that I heard this aguirre branch moved last Saturday due to not knowing why but we were depressed and sad that they left and moved to Las Piñas as we were informed by the stand by people there.. It's just a big shame it's not near us anymore... Wanted to go here again but oh well what can we do? We weren't even informed. Anyway love Bi won, hope they relocate back! But you're gonna love it here I assure you, find it in Las Piñas someone and tell me please!

Here we go again with our spontaneous trips to BF 128514 lovey wanted to try this korean resto so we travelled from pasig to bf just to eat lunch 128513

When we arrived there are only a couple of customers (yey! Konti tao lol) kaso it's lunch time so dapat madami so parang napaisip din ako masarap ba dito? Kasi walang tao e 128513 i totally forgot it's a weekday so that's why.

We ordered the usual, sam gyup sal and pork kal bi. The waitresses are nice they also cooked the meat for us. (I guess ganon na standards ng lahat ng korean resto, at least that's what i noticed) Aside from that they are very attentive naman since konti din ung tao. Side dishes and lettuce are unlimited 128154
I was so full by the time we finished eating. And that's when i noticed they have a traditional korean tables at the end of the room 128533 sayang gusto ko matry mageat sa ganon para feel na feel mo na korean ka. I think private rooms nila un kasi closed and nasa end ng room. Next time i'll visit i'll ask them if pwede dun kahit 2 lang kami 128569

Thumbs up for the ambience 128077128077128077128077128077 We ordered my favorite korean barbecue, sam gyup sal 200g for 270 pesos only and soup with clams (I forgot the name) which tasted good but we didn't like the soy so much. 128077128077 We also had beef barbecue which my friend really enjoyed. 128077128077128077128077 Side dishes were served one set per meal. We were able to finish just one and a half set, though.

After checking out the reviews here, we decided to give Bi-Won a try and glad we did. First impression: it has lots of parking spaces so that's a big plus in my book. They had just opened the aircon when we entered, as we were the 1st customers. I instantly liked the homey korean vibe of the place. We ordered dol pan bi bim bop (P400) which was good for 2-3persons since there were 3 of us. We also ordered pa jun -seafood pancake and dak gui -chicken bbq with lettuce. I wanted some simple korean soup but the ones on their menu are either spicy, oily or with clams, in short everything i didn't like so the staff offered to give us free plain soup. When the free soup came, it was exactly what my taste buds were craving for so kudos to her! Going back to our main dishes, the bi bim bop was a little bland, i wished there were more beef because I couldn't taste it. As for the pa jun, i gave it a 128077128077128077128077128077, it was huge and delicious! Same goes for the dak gui, the sauces really made it tastier. But what I really liked about this place was their refillable side dishes, there were about 8 side dishes and they all tasted good, yum! My sister who is a fan of kimchi said that their kimchi was one of the best she had ever tasted so we ordered a kilo (P350/kilo) for takeout. I find their kimchi too spicy though. Overall, their food was a little pricey but with big servings, i think it was worth the price. We will definitely come back for their refillable side dishes!

They close 3:00pm-5:00pm by the way. We tried the makgeoli ( traditional rice wine ) this has subtle effect than soju.

We always eat here once a week at least. It's more quiet, more spacious and more relaxed. You may request for several servings on your side dishes. I use to order yangyeom chicken here. I love everythjng here :)

Our Go-To Korean fix...friendly staff and owner. Owner even gave me a free bowl of bi bim nong myun (cold arrow root noodle) on my bday and some korean herb medicine for my sniffles. How cool is that???

I will make this short but meaningful hehe. The food was more than good but not the best. We ordered samgyubsal and beef. Di lang ako sanay na marinated ang beef. Mas prefer ko ang raw at walang timpla just like the pork pero okay na din BUT... they used Butane for their grill kaya medyo mahina ang apoy at kapag mahina ang apoy? Matagal maluto. Matagal din ang service, siguro dahil Mothers day at kilala ang resto na ito dito kaya madami ding tao. So ayun. Three stars lang. Thanks for reading. 128077.

I grew up eating at this Korean Restaurant. From the time they were just in a small house along Aguirre St. at BF Homes Parañaque til they branched out in Makati, closed that branch and relocated themselves in a bigger place also along Aguirre St.

I could say things have changed after having eaten there last night. There was still the free and refillable appetizers. The KIMCHI deppreciated in taste. It was too salty. We also ordered their KOREAN BEEF STEW (I prefer Korea Garden's or Kaya's Beef Stew) and their SPICY TOFU (nothing that special). For the main part of our course, we ordered the SEOUL BUL GO KI (thinly sliced boneless rib eye steak barbecued on the table). What I was waiting for was their cold noodles, BI BIM NAENG MYUN. This was my favorite. The sweetness and the spiciness of the sauce was what I loved about it. BUT everything changes through time. It wasn't the same as before. The sauce was still there but it lacked the spiciness.

To sum this all up, IT WAS OK :)

Durrrty south!128074128076

Our second visit here, first time was about a year ago but not much has changed, not even our enormous appetite.128514

They served a fun array of appetizers which i don't usually see at Korean restos i go to. There were 6 which included kimchi (of course!), that sweet cashew nut in syrup which we all love, fish cake-ish & the remaining 3 being vegetable variants.

So we ordered the following: Beef stew, beef bulgogi, jap chae, kal bi tang, spicy squid, kimchi dumplings & beef tartar. Of all these, it's obvious that only 2 really made an impression, hence the photo.128522

I found the 2nd dumpling (next to Zaifu's creamcheese-filled goodness) i honestly like & can order to my heart's desire -- KIMCHI DUMPLINGS!128525128525128525 the taste was perfect! Anything sour & spicy is a winner to me so this was an instant hit!

On the other hand.. The spicy squid 128513128513128513 i'm a big seafood lover with shrimp & squid being my top-pick, so with every new Korean place we visit, i always order this entree. I was not disappointed! The spiciness was addicting! The vegetables that came with it so good as well. I was munching on it so bad that it made my 128067 all 127939127939! Get it, runny nose!128517

This place is without any doubt my all time favorite korean resto! We so often visit this place that we are friends with the servers already! Love their unlimited banchans (my top banchan picks are: fishcake, kimchi, korean beansprouts). Been to several korean restos but still nothing comes close to their dolsot bibimbap- serving size is big (can be shared by up to 4 people) and topped with the freshest vegetables! Plus the rice is cooked slightly burned that there's tutong 128525I highly recommend this place to everyone especially to people from the South! Get great value for your money.
