Our first authentic Ilocano meal was eaten here. We had Bagnet sinigang, Poqui poqui, Beef caldereta and Pinakbet. I would go back to try the other items on the menu, given the chance.

Where else to get the best bagnet but from the place it originated from - Ilocos! 128055

Yes, bagnet is my favorite local dish, especially with the tomato onion bagoong sauce! 128523

The staff were mostly OJTs and were watching tv the whole time but the bagnet makes up for everything! Special mention too is their longganisa.

Crispy succulent - the BEST bagnet I have ever had!

Visisted last April 30,2014 for a late lunch after touring Vigan.

The place is well lighted because of the natural light coming from their windows. There are only few customers that day because its already 2:30 in the afternoon.

We ordered pinakbet, sisig and sinigang na bagnet. Food is okay for us ,nothing spectacular.

One thing that somehow ruin our dined in in that resto, was when I asked one of the waitress how many person can share on one order of the food that we will select and she just said to us "Basta umorder na lang po kayo." I was somehow stun on the way she answer my question and somehow my friend got pissed off. good thing another waiter approach us and answer our question and takes our order. Well they take their mistakes properly and served us very well.

When I got to Vigan I just knew I needed to try two things: their bagnet and longganisa.

The bagnet here was pure AWESOMENESS. Best I've tried. It looked hard but my goodness! It was crunchy and tender and deadly! Yummy!

Downside: longganisa was really bad.:(( So dry and just plain jane. Worst I tried.:))

Binagoongang bagnet however saved the day.:)) Looooved the combination.:)

So two extremes but at the end of the day it was a pretty good Filipino meal.:)
