It was a Friday night. Traffic as usual. I was pretty Hangry (hungry + angry). Drove by Indio whilst looking for a place to eat. We were drawn to the light airy and fresh interior. The restaurant was empty and gloriously quiet except for one other table. The server cheerily gave us a rundown of their most popular items. We took her recommendations and we were not at all disappointed!

That salmon sashimi sinigang! Oh man. Perfection! Just the right "asim" and the half cooked salmon is left tender and tasty! It has tomatoes and green mango which I've never seen before.

We also ordered the black ink adobo calamari dish which I enjoyed very much! Crunchy on the outside and creamy at the same time. Delicious. Perfect with Garlic Rice.

Boyfriend and I were stuffed. At first we found it expensive based on the menu but when we saw the portions we understood. Servings are huge and good for 2-3 people, possibly more. We paid a little under P1000. We were super impressed as our expectations were low. Looks like we have a new date place.
