Bistro Ravioli serves the most affordable fresh handmade pasta in Manila (between 200 to 300 pesos per dish). The difference is easily noticeable on the first bite - perfectly al dente, slightly thicker and has a more uneven texture than the average factory-made pasta found in groceries. One can't go wrong with the Seafood Spaghetti - a medley of various seafood swimming in a sea of savory broth and olive oil. Another must try is their Spinach Dip with Grilled Foccacia - a much affordable alternative to Cibo's version. If you can't decide which pizza to get, ask for their "secret" menu for Bambino pizzas - smaller and cheaper interpretations of their regular-sized pizzas. I like to think of Bistro Ravioli as a cheaper alternative to Cibo and is proof that good Italian food need not be pricey.

Lunch today was 128523. As it was a Friday, restos are usually full. We just got lucky that there is still a vacant table for 2!

Food at Bistro Ravioli is 128076🏻! I got the

127860 Bolognese Spaghetti - In general, what I 128156 about their pasta is that it's fresh! Nothing beats fresh pasta! It was cooked perfectly, just the way I like it, al dente! The sauce is fresh pureed tomato which is also a plus! (We can attest to that one as the kitchen of the resto is clear and you can somewhat see how they prepare the dishes. We actually saw one of the sous chef pulsing fresh tomato in the food processor). Sauce was just ok for me. The strong flavor of the basil is evident in the sauce as you get not just hints of the flavor of the basil but in a way overpowering the taste of the other ingredients. They didn't skimp on the sauce and ingredients which is 128077🏻. Overall I can rate 11088️11088️11088️1/3 stars for this dish.

127860 Diablo Wings - As we got frustrated with the food from the other day at one of the buffalo wings joints along dela rosa, we decided to order this, just as so our cravings for wings will be satisfied! 128513 This is not the usual buffalo wings as the taste of the sauce is more of sweet and hints of spiciness. Coating of the wings was just ok, there were a few hints of the "floury" taste from the coating, however, the sweet-spicy sauce made up for that. Cooking chicken wings is difficult, it's either a hit or a miss. In Ravioli's case, it was a HIT! 128522 The wings were cooked perfectly , it was tender and moist. Overall, I enjoyed this dish and in a way had satisfied our cravings. I do hope they improve on the ranch dressing/dipping sauce that goes with it. For this visit, it's a 11088️11088️11088️1/2 for me.

Overall, I give this particular visit a 11088️11088️11088️11088️ as the service was 128077🏻 considering the place was full not to mention there were big group of folks. Food was good as well. And what's important is I left the place with a happy tummy! 128513128513128513

Just a 128221, unlike other 🇮🇹 resto, I noticed that Ravioli's place is open, similar to their branch in Glorietta. So if you are planning to enjoy a peaceful and quiet meal, you may not be able to achieve it as this resto is not exclusive so expect passersby walking to and fro. I also notice that they serve gelato already. As I saw a small ad across the other table, and of course the dark chocolate and pistachio flavor caught my eye! I'll probably try it later on as we had paid our check by the time I saw it! 128513

*please excuse the lighting of the picture as the area were we are seated, lighting accent was not that bright making the shots a bit reddish. 128563

Where else would one find really good ravioli, but in Bistro Ravioli of course! The house specialty has to be ordered everytime you visit. Well i do find their ravioli a little on the thin side, but for the price i'm not complaining. 128522 I've so far tried their 3 cheese as well as their spinach and feta ravioli, both are goooood. Cheesy filled ravioli packets in their tangy house tomato sauce.

The bread with spinach dip is to die for. That is one appetizer for the books! The dip reminds me a lot of Cibo's and is gooey and so cheesy good!!! The garlic and clam pizza is also noteworthy with its fresh clams, garlic, and the aroma of its white wine sauce that you can smell already as they bring it to you. I finished a whole clam pizza once after work while waiting for traffic to subside. It was that good! 128517 The 4 cheese pizza was just so-so though. I'd recommend the clam pizza over that one.

After back to back meetings in Makati, I usually drop by Greenbelt to kill time (because HELLO, TRAFFIC!) and so I can grab dinner before going home.

I usually pass by Bistro Ravioli but didn't bother trying it because I don't feel like ordering 1 whole pizza when I'm alone (it would have been a different case though if I was home alone :P), until I was with a colleague and she insisted that we eat here because the smell of the pizza was really inviting and irresistible.

We settled on a Pepperoni Pizza and the Feta Cheese and Spinach Ravioli. The pizza was so-so. To be honest, I've had better-tasting pepperoni pizza for less than half the price of what we paid for. The crust was chewy, had some crispy edges and all but the real letdown was the pepperoni topping. Not sure what kind of Pepperoni they used but I couldn't taste the spicy, flavouful, smoky pepperoni sausage that I was used to.

The ravioli without a doubt won our hearts. And I think it's wise to name the restaurant Bistro Ravioli because they really make delicious, fresh raviolis. The pillowy pasta, was al dente and the red sauce complemented the creamy feta and spinach filling so well.

This place isn't exactly fine dining but if you are in the area I reckon you should give their Raviolis a try.

Cheers
Mickey

Friday lunch with Kirby G and Julie J. I wasn't craving for any specific food that day, but Julie suggested if I'm good to have pasta. Okay, G! Kirbs was also in the area so he went straight to meet us for lunch after his meeting.

It was kinda tough to order since most (if not all) of the items have tomatoes or tomato sauce in it. 128529 Safest choice was their Chicken Pesto Spaghetti (P250). Spaghetti noodles tossed in basil pesto sauce, topped with grilled chicken and slices of tomatoes. I just requested them not to put the tomatoes anymore. Their homemade pesto was delicious. I usually like my pesto oil-based but this one was creamy but not cloying.

We also shared our favorite appetizer, the Grilled Focaccia with spinach dip. Comes with 8 pieces grilled focaccia that has a crispy- chewy texture and goes really well with the über cheesy spinach dip. 🧀 Try adding the dip to your pasta or pizza too! Yumyum!

Kirbs had their Sausage Ragu which looked delicious! Julie wanted the Spinach & Pesto Ravioli but unfortunately, they ran out of stock. She settled for Three Cheese Ravioli instead.

I just don't like how cramped their space is. 128566

We ordered the bread with spinach dip which was quite expensive, but hey! It is VERY DELICIOUS! Worth buying!

We also ordered the four cheese pizza. Pizzas here are really quality pizzas! No complaint! Just wanna eat them all! Ü nice soft thin crust, tastes fresh and has a flavor thats not too much but not bland either!

I really just dont like their pastas. Before i ordered spinach ravioli, then last time i ordered carbonara while my parents ordered seafoods marinara... Non of them impressed me. Actually i would never buy pasta from them again. And i dont like the way they cook their noodles. Their carbonara is too bland. The ravioli which should be giving you a unique experience had nothing special about it. I was suppose to give 3 stars because i really hate their pasta, but i remembered that the other foods were really good so i gave 4.

Lastly their ribs is so soft, so tasty and so delicious! Too bad you cant order rice from them. The ribs are too delicious that you would crave for rice for sure.

Thanks to our Metrodeal queen Julie J for this yummy lunch! 128513 She got a P500 (or was it P499?) voucher from Metrodeal for P1000 worth of food at Bistro Ravioli. She was so generous (nuks #sipsip) to share it with me, Kirby G, Chichi T and Yina M.

Grilled Foccacia with Creamy Spinach Dip- this is sooooo good! 128154 The dip was deliciously creamy and cheesy. After finishing the foccacia, we even used the dip on the pizza and ravioli until it was wiped out. 128523 I think this is better than Cibo's.

Mushroom Ravioli- ravioli stuffed with a mixture of sauteed mushrooms and mozzarella. Even without meat, this dish was oozing with flavor. 128076🏼

Spaghetti Bolognese- Yin's request. Still good but I enjoyed the ravioli more this time.

Italian Sausage and Bacon Pizza- thin, crispy crust but I found the toppings too salty.

Everything was so yummy I forgot to take pictures. My bad! The Seafood Spaghetti in Marinara Sauce is the best one I 've tasted though there are several more I need to try.

Tried their Garlic Seafood Spaghetti months ago during NB lunch with Kirby G and Yina M. 128513 Look at that generous serving of seafood mixed with al dente spaghetti.

Hope they make it more garlicky and spicy. I find it a bit bland. And notice the amount of oil they used... Yikes. 128556

I usually order ravioli because I wasn't satisfied with their regular spaghetti dishes when I tried it years ago. Glad I gave it a second chance. Their Spaghetti Bolognese was delicious. Rich, meaty bolognese sauce + al dente spaghetti noodles. 128523 Very filling too!

For a group of eaters, it took us the whole morning to decide on this restaurant. Not that it was special but we all had no preferences. The only preferences expressed were that of dislike of some suggestions.

Someone suggests bistro ravioli. No one had objections and no one had excited affirmations. Making a decision based on mediocrity? Not bad at all. I had the pasta with sundried tomatoes, forgot the name. The noodles are al dente and this time, I waited for it to cool as I've learned my lesson and had been burned before. I was nursing a cold so my taste buds aren't reliable. But I did enjoy it!

I like their coffee here, too. Strong and smooth. They also have this very tiny wooden spoon for sugar. I'm tempted to ask where they bought it.

P.S. The dim sum in the photo was from the kiosk across. Pasta and dimsum yea!!! Yummy lunch!

Starchy, hot and filling. That's what good pasta does to you. It fills your stomach and fills your heart. None of my co-workers seem to want to go with me here, but glad that Carla M agreed to for lunch. I was craving for pasta and coffee too. I ordered the chili shrimp spaghetti that was displayed on a tent card and a mainstay on their menu, while Carls ordered the spaghetti bolognese.

It only took them a few minutes before the dishes were served and they were served piping hot! Because I extended and twirled and put it in my mouth and thank goodness my palate and tongue didn't burn! The pasta and shrimp tasted fresh but the sauce wasn't too impressive. I still enjoyed my meal along with the Americano they served me. The sugar wasn't all white and it wasn't brown either so I was confused on what it was. It wasn't coco sugar either! 128591128079128077 because if it had been I'd be asking for another cup and scrapping this one.

I've yet to try their ravioli, so let's go back for NBW, ok? Julie J Carla M Kirby G

Ashamed to admit it but I pretty much finished that entire pizza by myself. My wife refused to eat it on account of it having meat. It was a good pizza that had the right texture and spice level. I recommend this place for those looking for underrated mall food. It is in the "pits" of greenbelt (ie Greenbelt 1) so you may not notice it but boy is it very tasty.

Nice cozy place inside Greenbelt 1. It's just across Sarabia Optical. Their Chili Shrimp and Creamy Carbonara taste good. Only drawback, the food attendants are not that attentive.

The place serves decent raviolis. I like the spinach ravioli. It's a bit pricey though especially since servings are not that many. Although, how often do you find ravioli in most pasta houses?
