Sorry cause i didnt took a photo
We ate here with my friends a week ago.
The food is great exept for the gambas because it was cold but i love the buro and mustasa with the big plapla. I also like the sinigang na baboy.
The service was Excellent at first but since we ate at closing time, i was upset when they had to deliver the bill and asked for last order.
We told them if they can give the bill later because we might order another drink and they said yes. After a few minutes, they gave the bill again because the cashier will have to go home 128533

Food is great and service is fast. I ordered the knuckles and wow, I needed 4 more friends to finish the whole plate. It's expensive when you eat alone but can be cheaper when shared with others.

My friend and I are on a diet and it's really depressing to try out a resto when you're hell-bent in avoiding a gastronomic adventure.

So here we are settling for ensaladang pako with maalat na itlog and sinuteng baby squid. All of which were amazing. Totally delicious. However, they placed an aged pako in there so there are bits that are hard to chew. No matter.

Since we both felt like we just ate appetizers here, we ordered our calorie-hungry selves a piece of their heavenly maja blanca! *happiness*

I was here with my friends last Thursday and I will never forget the appetizer 'Sinuteng Baby Puset'.. One word: Panalo! We had to add another order before the main dish comes... Rellenong bangus was good and so is the kare kare, though not my fav. But these dishes are mainstay orders when we dine out in Filipino restaurants simply because we only cook these on special occasions. Unique to my taste: ang puso ng saging, i think kilawin or adobo. But I liked it... Ending the lunch is the Sikreto Ni Maria Clara! Walang katulad to: suman at manga, nkatago sa macapuno ice cream! Shhhhh! Secret yan ha!

My family and I have spent Mother's Day in bistro Remedios for the past two years now. This restaurant never seem to fail in surprising us with its good Filipino food and freebies ( especially in events such as Mother's Day..)

My last piece of advice, when your a foreigner looking for authentic and good Filipino food, this is the perfect place to go.

What i loved was the sinuteng (sauteed) baby pusit in olive oil and garlic, that we were still wondering how they cooked it when we got home, and the tanigue ceviche. 128031128025 i also liked the eel in coconut milk. 127907

In my opinion, the crispy tadyang 128046, kangkong with lechon kawali 128055, sinigang na hipon sa bayabas (I'm not a fan of sinigang) and crispy pata with crispy garlic were just normal. Dont get me wrong with the word "normal". Food here has the same taste with Abe.

We had turon with jaggery sauce (i think it's coco jam) and maja blanca for dessert. Not that spectacular either.

Variety of fruit juices or shakes (and liquor). They have canteloupe, lemongrass, buko pandan (which I ordered), etc. 127866127865127863

The restaurant has this homey feel. Yellow lighting for cozy interiors, wide kamagong table for 6 (est. 1m x 2.4m), attentive servers. Didn't had the chance to check the toilet, though. My uncle asked the singers to serenade us with Spanish songs 128079128079128079.

Please be careful when you go here. Park your car near the restaurant especially in the evening since it's in Malate area. 128128128123

All time favorite Filipino food haven!! I liked their Bamboo Rice (a must try!) with their Prawns cooked with coconut (i forgot the name). I love their Bulalo, Binukadkad na Plapla and their Crispy Pata!!!

Their appetizers are amazing as well. Like the Baby Squid, Deep fried shrimps and Sizzling Sisig. Yes! They have that for appetizers. Its delicious!! Their desserts are a must too! Try the Secreto ni Maria.. (Cant tell what is it, just try it! Yummy!)

What I love about this place is the homey feel. It takes you back to the days of the Old Rich in Manila. (Spanish Era) but the food is cooked fresh and not reheated. You can even asked the waiter to adjust the taste of the food depending on your preference.

The staff are very cordial too! The price range is relatively good as well because of the quality of food and service that they offer.
