One word: FLAVORFUL. My sister tried the pesto tinapa since she's craving for pasta while I ordered Tuna Marbles. The spices of the food were just right. The pasta was not too dry but not to greasy either. Their use of real basil leaves makes a difference in the food's flavor. The only thing that bothered us was probably the road construction in front of the restaurant (it's too noisy).

No photos yet because I am always too busy eating at this quaint cafe in P. Florentino. I loooove this place! Refreshingly different from all the low cost carenderia or tapsilog places near the area. This one is definitely worth visiting for the food is great, the servers are nice and their menu and price is pretty much student/yuppy friendly. MUST TRY: pesto tinapa , pasta ilocana and their tuna marbles. They have a lot of offerings, btw they use real basil for their pesto and they have an open kitchen so you will be able to see how your food is prepared. I will never get tired of coming back to this place. Indeed, a very happy tummy for me! Yey!!

I always pass by Blessed Tummy this past few days and I finally tried it today before heading home.

So, I ordered their Pesto Tinapa (P65; comes with an iced tea drink) since I am a pesto pasta lover. While I was waiting for my order I scanned the place and it was very nice and the ambience was good. For the food itself, it was ok. I was hoping for a more pesto flavor. I think the cook added to much toasted garlic. They could have added more tinapa flakes, more pesto flavor/olive oil(since it's kinda dry) , and less garlic.

According to them, their best seller is Pasta Ilocano. So maybe I'll try this next time. They also serve pancakes, "silog" food, and burgers.

I ordered Spicy Chicken (65) I like it because the sauce was just right and the wings was tasty and crispy. Freshly cooked. The serving was kind of small but with that price I couldn't ask for more. Hahaha.

And for dessert we tried their Chocolate Pancake (60) for 3 pieces. It tasted okay.

Lastly, did you know their service water has slices of lemonade in it. Healthy living. Plus points!!! 128077

Why is their pasta always dry?? I tried Pesto Tinapa, and like the flavors with it. It have tinapa flakes, pesto, peanuts, and parmesian cheese. But its too dry.

This is my 2nd feedback on Blessed Tummy. This time I ordered Spicy Chicken, and it taste better than Bon Chon (I'm totally agreeing to the other reviews on their Spicy Chicken). But be aware of how hot it is if you really like spicy food. And yes, I'll definitely come back for the spicy chicken. 127831127831127831

Found a new resto around the neighbourhood and looks very interesting. There are white fences, bike with a small basket at front, and chairs and tables outside the resto. Inside, the walls are painted green, and there's a tree pattern painted in white. To me, I find the ambience cosy. More like an italian theme.
The resto served different kinds of pasta, "silog" dishes, many varieties of pancakes, french toast and also rice meals. At the moment, I was craving for pasta, so I ordered Tuna Carbonara. First look at the plate, looks ok. Typical canned tuna, with mushrooms and white sauce, and sided two garlic bread. For taste, I really like it, but it was dry. I wanted to ask for more sauce but I'm too shy and I don't want to embarras the lady cook.
Anyway, I'll probably try again a different menu and post for more reviews.

I will never get tired of going back to this little heaven on earth!

Guess what?!? Are you not able to order breakfast because it is past 10:30am? Well, no need to hurry, just go to Blessed Tummy because they now serve breakfast everyday all day any time of the day! They serve:
- Pancakes with Scambled Egg
- Pancakes with Scrambled Egg& Sausage
- Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich with Scrambled Egg

All optionally ordered with brewed coffee with an additional 5.00 pesos.

I ordered Pancakes with Scrambled eggs and Sausage with Brewed Coffee for only 70 pesos! Oh yes! Everything's just so perfect!

How to eat it properly. EAT. IT. ALL. TOGETHER. The bomb! It'll never go wrong! Totally missed the butter part, but it's still oh so yummeh! Perfect Combination!

Have a blessed tummy!
Happiness in every meal!

There's this new place nearby UST that really wowed us with their menu!! It serves mostly Ilocano food with a special twist! I would really recommend their Spicy Chicken! It's far better than Bon Chon! ( sorry for the naming in the comparison, but it really is!) 128541 we've been hanging out in this place for about 2 consecutive weeks and it never failed us with their menu! We've never repeated orders and it's soooo amazing how it pleased us! It's still their soft opening for the past weeks and we can't wait the upcoming additional orders that they might come up with! The place is so cozy that you couldn't resist ordering another dish or ordering their Brewed Coffee! What's more interesting is that, they serve your coffee in their colorful mugs and serve it with condensed milk! Yes, condensed milk. (Using of condensed milk, as they say originated in Vietnam: 128077)

Another plus point is their generous servings! 11088128077128076 i've tried almost all of their pastas and i can say that you shouln't dare not to order their Pasta Ilocana!

Must try's:
SPICY CHICKEN - Php 65.00 (served with rice and drinks)
Pasta Ilocana- Php 90.00 (served with garlic bread and drinks)
BT Joe Burger- Php 70.00
Omelettes ( served with rice):
Meaty Omelette Php 60.00
Cheesy Omelette Php 50.00
Veggie Omelette Php 55.00

Isn't so amazing how affordable could it get?!?! (No price hike please!) perfect anytime of the day!

Are you a breakfast person? Not a problem with their silog meals!
Tapsilog - Php 60.00
Tocilog - Php 55.00
Hamsilog -Php 55.00
Cornsilog Php 60.00
Hotsilog -Php 55.00
Tinapasilog- Php 50.00
Longsilog -Php 50.00
Baconsilog -Php 60.00
Just add php 5.00 for additional brewed coffee! 128525

Or are you a lunch/dinner kind of person?
Oh well they serve pasta and rice meals! So, great deal huh?

Even perfect for your merienda!
They have burger, taco and authentic mikilocos (noodle soup)!

I just love everything about this place including the drama that you can see the chef cooking your food! 128077128077128077128077128077
