Interesting new booth that serves organic smoothie bowls. Ordered the Cacao Kiss that ironically balance healthy treats and chocolate flavor. Will make time for the other selection.

HITS:
Efficient service
Delectable mix of ingredients
Moderately priced

Smoothie bowls is a rare offering in the local food scene that the moment there's a store that offers them, we, foodies jump right into trying it! Okay, so I'll admit I'm a little bit late in getting my hands (and my tastebuds) into having Bliss Bowls, but it's better late than nevah! 128514

The boyfie and I were in SM Megamall a fee weeks back and we've finally tried Bliss Bowls. I had the Berry Bliss and he had the Green Dream.

Berry Bliss (199php)
Made of strawberries, beets, banana, mango, coconut water, granola and coconut flakes. I had an additional Cacao Nibs! But it's not in the picture because Ate forgot to add it. And I also didn't notice that she didn't add it pala when I ate it. Haha! So I wasn't able to take a picture when she added it 'cos nagalaw ko na. Loool. 9996🏻 Berry Bliss was yummy! It was refreshing and berry sweet. *pun intended* 128514

Green Dream (260php)
Made of spinach, strawberries, mango, banana, coconut water, coconut flakes, granola and chia seeds. This one was actually good! I didn't expect to like it so much because of the veggie element. Lol. It has a creamy texture and kind of a milky flavor. I'm sure they didn't add milk into it but I just can't shake off the milky taste.

If you're looking for something organic and healthy, give 'em a try! Smoothie bowls are becoming a thing now so go get it.

Trying out Bliss Bowls for the first time. It is located just right beside Dad's Buffet. It is a very small shop which has around 4 tables.

Teemee T and I tried the light, refreshing & not very sweet Cacao Kiss after a yoga practice, it's one of their bestsellers according to the cashier.

It has bananas, strawberries, unsweetened cacao, coconut milk, nut butter, granola & coconut flakes which boosts energy, promotes heart health and a natural anti-depressant.

Thier food concept are smoothies in bowls or smoothie bowls and they use 100% fruits, veggies and superfoods with no added sugar, dairy, water or ice. I like that they served the smoothie in wooden bowls. The serving time when we visited took around 10 mins because it was prepared right after we ordered it. The Cacao Kiss was served chilled. I think it is better to eat it while it is still cold.

Finally tried Bliss Bowls! This is perfect for pre-workout or post-workout.

CACAO KISS Smoothie Bowl is my favorite here at Bliss Bowls. This bowl will surely make you happier because cocoa contains phenethylamine which acts as a mood elevator, natural anti-depressant and endorphin booster. This bowl is also high in potassium which promotes heart health, and is associated with a reduced risk of stroke.

I feel so healthy and energetic after eating their smoothie bowl. I will be definitely coming back!

I've been meaning to try a fruit bowl ever since but LU and Siargao's both too far so when a fruit bowl place finally opened in Manila I just can't miss that chance!!! So when we had a rendezvoos in Megamall, mah homies and I found the perfect excuse to try BLISS BOWL right before the event. 128521

We tried and shared the following: GREEN SOUL (199) and the CACAO KISS (260).

Both bowls were good and screaming - I'm healthy and yummy so come on a get me! 128518

Masarap BUT I don't think I'll crave for this again anytime soon.

I was hoping they add more fresh fruits and other healthy add-ons like chia seeds, granola, or almond butter. It would better if they were a bit more generous because parang tinipid.

Considering the price, I'd rather have a smoothie or power bowl from Jamba Juice, the yogurt or muesli from Salad Stop or Chia Bowl from Wildflour. Or fruit shakes from Big Chill, Fruit Magic, or Fruitas. 128541

Oh well, at least I was able to finally try it.

After about a week from my initial visit, I went back with homies Ruth D & Ruth S to try other flavors.

| Green Soul for 199Php

EJ B was there as well and he was generous enough to share this bowl with us! Yay! Green Soul boosts anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory ingredients. This bowl contains 310 calories. It has a nice green color from the spinach. Blended with banana and coconut milk, this bowl was topped with more banana slices, granola, coconut flakes and drizzled with nut butter. This was very light in the palate. It had a strong banana flavor, yet again, and the coconut milk was very evident as well. Spinach flavor was not noticeable, and I think that's a good thing. It was one refreshing smoothie bowl and if you don't fancy coconut milk, you can always substitute with almond milk for an additional of 30Php.

|Cacao Kiss for 260Php

One of the most expensive items from their menu, this bowl has 373 calories in it. It contains ingredients that are natural anti-depressant and promotes heart health as well. I must say that I liked this better than the Green Soul just because of the chocolate lover in me. Banana, strawberries, unsweetened cocoa, coconut milk, nut butter and some sea salt - the mix was chocolatey but not in a very overwhelming way. You'll get strong banana flavor with almost no hint of strawberry, a good coconut milk profile as well hints of nuts. This one was topped with more banana sand strawberry slices, granola, coconut flakes and a drizzling of nut butter. You can also substitute the coconut milk with almond milk for 30Php more. I loved this! If my wallet is feeling rich, I'll take this more than Berry Bliss!

Bliss Bowls also lets you add toppings and mix-ins into your order. Add some more fruits, coconut flakes, granola, honey, etc. for an additional of 25Php. Want some chia seeds, flax seeds, cacao nibs, goji berries or maybe cashew and walnuts? They can mix these into your bowl for an additional of 45Php. They can even mix Whey Protein or Vegan Protein powder if you wish for an additional of 85Php!

Other than the smoothie bowls, Bliss also offers Chia Bowl that has a chia seed pudding topped with an assortment of fruits. This is my next target here! They also have Super Food Bliss Balls great for snacking - brownie, flax or coconut, take your pick!

If only there's a Bliss Bowls near my area, this can definitely become a part of my daily/weekly meal plans!

Bliss Bowls is now one of my favorite"pahealthy" establishments. 128517 Last month, I was able to visit twice in a week and I was able to try 3 of their smoothie bowls.

🔹Berry Bliss
🔹Green Soul
🔹Cacao Kiss

Everything tasted good but my favorite was Berry Bliss. It has strawberries, banana, beets, granola, coconut water, and coconut flakes. I was surprised that a bowl got me so full!100841008410084

Been wanting to try this since reading up on it on a few articles. When I got there it took me a few minutes to decide what to get, since it seems I wanna try it all :) Decided to try Amazing kale(it has kale, banana, mango, spirulina, coconut milk, granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds) it cost 260, I added almond milk, so paid 290. The price is a bit steep but it was worth it.

I have spirulina powder and it doesn't taste good, but I was happy that there was no hint of spirulina in my amazing kale, it was refreshing and delicious.

The order took 10-15 minutes to prepare, I was lucky I was the only customer during my visit.

I will definitely be coming back to try the other 5 bowls.

Got myself a smoothie bowl last Thursday. Bliss Bowls has opened a small place located at 4th flr SM Megamall Bldg A.

Tried their Berry Bliss (P199) Looks good and it has the fruits I love. It has strawberry and banana, mixed with granola, coconut water, and coconut flakes. It has big serving! I was surprised with the blended smoothie beneath the fruits. This is a good place for people who's on a diet. 128077🏽

When I went to La Union late last year, I fell in love with Makai Bowls located at Flotsam and Jetsam Hostel. So when I learned that there's a similar restaurant that recently opened in Megamall, it made me happy and wanted to visit right away.

I asked my friend to accompany me in trying these healthy and refreshing bowls. After browsing the menu, we had the following.

** Berry Bliss (199php)
If you like strawberries and beets, go for this one. It's blended with coconut water and topped with slices of banana, granola, and coconut flakes. It was delicious. It's like your Jamba Juice in a bowl with fresh fruits and no ice.

** Green Dream (260php)
This one is a blend of spinach, mango, banana, strawberries, and coconut water. It's topped with granola, slices of banana and strawberry, and chia seeds. This was also delish! It was so thick but refreshing. It's a super bowl for me.

The place is small with only 4 tables and 8 chairs. It may take around 5-10 minutes for your order to be ready. So if it's in full house, you may wait for quite a time. Well good and healthy food needs patience, right? 1285179889

P.S. They usually serve their smoothies in a white to-go cups. If you want yours to be put in their wooden bowls for dine-in, just request for it. 128539

a novel snack with lesser calories.

tried cacao kiss with almond milk. it costs P290 for a bowl. others might cringe on the price but seeing that fresh fruits are on top if it, the price is acceptable.

it's literally like eating a smoothie. i like the novelty a bit but since it's a bit cold in the area, i would reconsider eating it there again. it would be better if it had a restaurant of its own so the chills cannot really overwhelm the experience.

for P300, i can already eat a salad that can fill my hunger. i thought i'll feel full after but i had to buy a sandwich aftter eating.

for a new experience, it's a must try. but i suggest you go there for a snack or dessert.

I went to SM Megamall to try the healthy smoothies store called Bliss Bowls. The small store is located in front of Fitness First at the 4th Level of the mall and meet coincidentally some fellow reviewers.

Bliss Bowls offers smoothies topped with different healthy fruits and other healthy stuffed. I had Green Soul for Php199.00
And they had Cacao Kiss for Php260.00.

Green Soul (Spinach, Banana, Coconut Milk, Water, Granola and Coconut Flakes) - 11088110881108811088 4/5

Cacao Kiss (Banana, Strawberries, Unsweetened Cocoa, Coconut Milk, Nut Butter, Granola Sea Salt, Coconut Flakes) - 11088110881108811088 4/5

I ordered their Berry Bliss. This bowl of superfood smoothie is a refreshing blend of strawberries, bananas, beets, coconut flakes, granola and fresh coco water.

It's just like the energy bowls of jamba juice with a fresh fruit-yyyy *goodness*

(Actually it's my second time to try bliss bowls. I first discover them on their pop up event at ayala triangle. Cant wait to go back. Happy that they are now open at sm megamall.)

I've been eating "healthy" these past few days in the form of salad. I must admit that sometimes the salad itself has a lot of ingredients that adds up to the extra calories. Most times, yummy can really mean higher calories. Then came Bliss Bowls!

I've discovered Bliss Bowls in IG late last year and I've been stalking them ever since. Tried to catch them in Ayala Triangle during their pop-up event but they were sold-out when I got there. Then they opened up their first store in Megamall. The universe really conspired for me to try their creations because I had a meet up with friends in Megamall on their opening day! Searched for the store and tadah!

The servers we're all smiles when I got there. It was a small store with a couple of tables and chairs along the sidewalk of the mall. It looked like more of a take out counter. Promising nothing but 100% fruits and veggies, this superfood smoothie bowl store doesn't use ice nor sugar. They also recommend consuming your order right away.

I checked their menu and decided to get one of their best sellers - Berry Bliss. Containing only 224 calories, this bowl had strawberries, beets, banana, mango and coconut water blended together. The beets gave it it's natural reddish color. It's then topped with fresh strawberries, bananas, granola and coconut flakes. The bowl looked so gorgeous and not only that, it was delicious! I must admit though that it was a little weird at first scooping smoothie from a bowl but the fruit sliced and granola gave the much needed texture.

Each spoonful was cold, bursting with fresh fruit goodness though I wasn't able to taste a strong strawberry flavor. It was predominantly banana and mango. My bowl also had a weak after taste, probably coming from the beets. Nonetheless, I still loved and enjoy my Bliss Bowl! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack or even dessert, this one's perfect!

Can't wait to go back to try their Green Dream and Cacao Kiss! 128536
