Took the 1 week intorductory promo with Bliss Yoga. Receptionists are consistently friendly and welcoming. This is not something I have noticed with other Yoga centers around San Juan and Pasig.
As for the classes themselves, newbie-friendliness level really depends on the teacher and the type of class. I recommend Vinyasa Flow for the newbies.
Finally, the whole studio is quite small but i have no issues with that. Personally I like greenhills branch over makati but the latter has more diverse classes.

My second home. If you want a deep and rejuvenating practice, this is the studio for you.

Yoga has been existing for centuries. Today yoga is practiced world wide, by both men and women from all walks of life. Agility and flexibility are not requirements. Imagine going to a gym, sans the equipment. In yoga the body is the weapon of choice and a mat. Yoga has several asanas or poses that allow the body to relax and quiet the mind. Yoga emphasizes on breathing and allowing the mind & body to sync as if on cruise control.
Yoga is not acrobatics; the focus is on the process of the practice. The teachers guide students with hawk eyes to ensure that no one turns into a pretzel. As a finale, the guru would give a reflection as food for thought.

Today, I practice yoga at least thrice a week and new benefits are experienced in every practice. A beleaguered day can be mitigated in an hour and 15 mins. The physical, spiritual, mental and emotional aspects of a person are integrated in each movement and breath.

Swing by, a practice in this studio may change your life.

I started coming to Bliss Yoga Greenhills three weeks ago on a cash cash Pinoy deal. I haven't stopped since.

I love the fact that I am able to choose from several time slots and several forms of yoga. I mostly love the fact that they are so accessible and near to me! It's convenient and I don't have an excuse not to go.

I love it!! Am trying to cram as much classes within 30 days as possible as a personal challenge.

I just tried doing yoga last week and one word to describe my experiece - addiction. Yes, it's actually addicting despite the fact that you'd be experiencing some body pain around your body especially for the first timers like me.

They offer different styles of yoga such as vinyasa flow, power yoga, gentle flow, ashtanga, jivamukti and etc.

The staff and instructors are all friendly and accommodating esp. for beginners. So excited for my next yoga classes!

Ego off, Yoga on. What you do on the mat, transcends of the mat.

In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Ortigas Avenue is a shangri-la for yogis called "Bliss Yoga".

People who want to kickstart their fitness or boost their active lifestyle should try Yoga at Bliss. It is actually... addicting. It gives you a new sense of high even if you're doing a low chaturanga. I love it so much that when I started yoga, I went to Bliss everyday!

Each class is different and challenging. Whether you're a beginner or advanced yogi, you'll find a practice fit for your level at Bliss.
They offer a variety of classes such as Gentle flow, Vinyasa, Power Yoga and Ashtanga to name a few.

The people there are great. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, making you feel at home.

Give Bliss a go. Keep calm and carry om.
