Tried BonChon's New Fried Gangnam Bao - Double Garlic Flavor. Pretty cheap for Php89, and just add Php10 for a regular drink.

The flavor is identified based on the sauce added in the bao. I liked that it has coleslaw in it, however, there are times that the Double Garlic sauce was too tasty that you it overpowers the taste of the chicken patty.

As per their staff, they have the steamed bao too, but it wasn't available at the time. I think I will order the steamed one next time because this one was oily and messy too eat. It was okay for the price.

Now, I wonder why I didn't order the Black Pepper one since I love pepper so much. Guess I was afraid it'll be too spicy for me.
Maybe you can try it for me first then let me know? 128541128522

My officemates and I are sick of our cafeteria's food already, so yesterday, we decided to eat out for lunch!

Walter Mart North Edsa has limited options when it comes to dining, so we opted to eat at BonChon. I wonder why this branch does have the seafood meals like Squid, Shrimp, and Fish? I asked their cashier, but I did not get an answer. 128530

I had the Soy Garlic 2 pcs Chicken Boxed Meal (Php 155). Perfectly crispy fried chicken, with the right amount of flavor. The meat itself wasn't as flavorful though, seems like the chicken weren't marinated properly... They offer K-Style meals for Php 99, but it only had Pineapple Juice for the drink! I was supposed to get that, but wanted Iced Tea. I asked if I can swap my drink to Iced Tea instead (of course, I'd pay an additional fee, if ever), but the cashier told me I can't! [Even if I pay an additional couple of pesos???] HAHA. Oh well.

Despite the mishap yesterday, I still appreciate this branch though. I remembered the last time we dined here, and I was served with a chicken that's not cooked thoroughly. I called the attention of the server, who apologized, then took my plate away. I was expecting them to just give me another piece of chicken, but they ended up replacing the whole plate! Now that's service recovery for you. 128076
