Chicken was too hard to eat when it's not hot anymore so you have to eat it immediately. Loved the spicy mayo dip that came along with it. The fries was surprisingly good. Chapchae is 10084️. Good service and the place is not that crowded🙂

I've always liked their chicken but this time I felt that they were overcooked, making them dry and hard to chew.

Bon Chon is more expensive than Chicken Charlie. I prefer chicken charlie's soy garlic flavor but prefer Bonchon's spicy flavor. There are more meat in Chicken Charlie's wings though.

I like that Bonchon has chicken chops (4 pcs of chicken fillet for Php185.00) as I like boneless chicken. However, the chicken fillet,
at times, tend to be dry and they are not as flavorful as the wings.

However, as between Chicken Charlie and Bonchon, I'd prefer the former is at is more affordable and has more meat.

Not decided yet what to eat for dinner that night. It's 6pm and needed to eat first to anticipate traffic from Metro East to Greenfield District.

Instead of chicken wings, I ordered the honey citrus Crispy Shrimp Ricebox (choice of Soy Garlic, Spicy, Honey Citrus) drink included (ordered Mountaindew) for P155.

Meal arrived 8-10mins after ordering, steamy white rice, shiny 4 pieces of breaded shrimps. I love it's first bite. Breading was crispy but still has soft texture, you could taste the shrimp more, honey citrus was light sweet and not too sour which was perfect for me.

The whole order was kinda boring, should have added veggies as side dish, and hope they drizzle the Honey Citrus more on the rice loved it pwede ko na iulam. Hehe!

I could eat 16pcs of the crispy shrimps 127844127844127844127844 minus the white rice (only eaten half of it).

Saw my friend and his gf and talked about PBA and Alaska Aces 128517 for 30mins before I left BonChon at 7pm.

Took me an hour from MetroEast to Greenfield District via commute ride.

Forgot to take a picture. We ate there today for lunch so to start off my review can i just say that their menu is completely confusing! This is one important thing that most of the businesses forget! The first thing that people look at a restaurant is their menu and it's really annoying that some restaurants have confusing menus! Of course how can the customers enjoy their stay if in the first place they can't understand the menu right? Lol okay so after like 10 mins of trying to figure out the menu and choosing what to order we got the small serving of chicken chops which includes 4pcs of chops and we ordered additional rice and additional drink. Our orders arrived after around 10 mins which is quite fast. After eating my first piece of chicken chops i noticed that

1. The chicken is BLAND as in they didn't season the chicken!!!!!
2. The chops were super thin!!!! And when i say thin as in super ultra mega thin to the point that it didn't taste like chicken anymore!!!!
3. It's like i ordered chicken breading!! The breading is suppeeeerrrrr thick!!!!
4. The chops were super dry!!! Well i guess this is because of how thin the chops were 128532128532128532
5. I felt like eating breading the whole time which is also BLAND

Maybe my expectations are very high because i'm a chef and as i was eating my food the only thing that i can think of is how are these people able to eat their food? When the food that was served to me is nothing but a very sad bland dish 128532128532128532 sadly i don't know if most of bonchon restaurants are like this or is it just this branch? But swear i will never eat here again.. It's sad to think that this restaurant is beyond popular but the quality of the food served to me is almost unacceptable.. Our chef once told us never serve a dish without tasting it.. I hope that they somehow tested a batch to see if the taste is right..

Celebrating kiddie bdays in their Libis branch... Which has excellent customer service...

But with their Robinsons Place Metro East branch... My god!!!! Inferior service!!! They lost our order! We had to wait almost an hour for our comboB soygarlic order to arrive!!!! They cant even give us a decent explanation as to what happened with our orders! The manager on duty didnt even come out to talk to us!

Really really really really bad service!

I was originally going to give it three stars since there is really nothing special about this branch but then I remembered the extra effort by the cashier.

We have been walking around the mall for hours canvassing for home stuff when we decided to stop and finally have dinner. My daughter loves their soy garlic chicken and it was right on the way we were going, so I gave in.

Too tired to think and to order for us all, I asked yaya to order the 12 pcs wings (P375) and just buy rice and drinks for the three of us. I was expecting to spend about P500. She came back with change for my money and a smile because the cashier suggested we take 3 boxed meal A instead - mas mura and you'll get the same thing for the price of P149 each.

I know that from a managerial perspective that might be a loss in their daily sales, but from a customer perspective, it would be a reason to come back - having a good feeling after eating their product not just because you're full but also knowing that they did not take advantage of you for a few more bucks. In the long run, a returning customer should matter most to a business.

As you may already know, their chicken is a combo of sweet-crispy-yummy. No need for sauce, well for the wings and leg parts that is. I haven't gotten the chance of trying other chicken parts. Their chapchae (P75) and oriental crispy chicken salad (P125) are also delicious. They also have fish, shrimps and burgers in their menu but I always come back for the chicken when I go here. I'm still not over their soy garlic so I haven't moved on to other products yet. :D

When i'm out with family, I don't expect us to eat anywhere but Bonchon just because my baby sister likes their chicken so much. Well, i'm not really a Bonchon fan but still I eat everything edible. I noticed their poster and they now have soup: Bulgogi Noodle Soup. When we were in Korea they served us 2 different kinds of Bulgogi; the pan fried (traditionally grilled) and the stew. We asked them what really is the traditional cooking method for Bulgogi and they said it's grilling. Hehe just sharing a little trivia! I actually didn't know Bulgogi stew exists until Korean class lol Anyway, I ordered for a Bulgogi Noodle Soup (P115 large) and a mini Koyo (P35). I liked the noodle soup though they scrimped on the toppings. The soup itself was tasty, the noodles and the vegs were well cooked and the slices of beef were tender but I was expecting for a bigger bowl... 128528
