Went here for dinner after a long tiring day at work. I still need to finish some more tasks that night though, so I was opting for a place that has at least a good spot for working and an outlet if my machine's already need a hug.

I was hesistant to go here first because it's quite crowded and the lights are very bright which isn't usual for cafés around. But then, it's the only café that has some interesting list of food on the menu, free wireless connection, and outlets; so I decided to check in!

I had the Chicken Parmigiana over Creamy Pesto for just Php230 - two of my favorites in one dish must be heavenly good! All I noticed right away when it was served was the amount of sauce on top of the big chunk of chicken! I really like the chicken as it was meant for the creamy pesto sauce! The serving was generous that's wht it became a bit overwhelming so it's quite hard to finish the whole dish!

Service had been great! Wifi was quite fast. Didn't notice any book collection on my visit though so I guess this place might be just a place for reading and not the actual reading stuff? Or i might be wrong since I'm more focused on my own thing that night so I could make finish some work on time!

Servers are super nice and attentive. Make yourself a favor and get the buffalo wings + iced mocha! They use "milk ice" so your drink surely won't water down ❣️

I have this dream. A dream where I would walk up to a good cafe on a late afternoon and snuggle with a good book. I would be engrossed with the story and enjoy my chosen cup that I would lose track of time. Yeah…such a simple dream but it’s still on my list. Finding that kind of cafe is a bit hard. But with the opening Book & Borders Cafe at Eastwood City, it makes this kind of dream possible.

My friend and I got to sit at the bar where we got information on their coffee. They use a mix of beans (Arabica and Robusta) to give it that right mix of acidity on one’s cup. We got a taste of their Cafe Americano which was good.

Book and Borders just opened their newest branch in Eastwood a week ago. Wasn't able to visit their other branch so this was my 1st time in BnB. This coffee shop is quite big and got a very vibrant feel. The theme was a little bit posh. Got the feeling of like inside a Nail salon. I was quite disappointed to see just a few books on one corner of the cafe. It wasn't what I expect the place to be. Having been to other books cafe this one was subpar. 128533

For the coffee I got Flat white. It was good and great proportion of foam and coffee. Coffee bean was a bit ordinary. My friend also got an order of sausage which was served cold 128533.

The place is still a bit on a soft opening hope they can improve. For the place itself its a good hangout place but for the books and coffee/food need to improve on it. 3stars for now.128522
