They served us an expired crabstick siomai. The waitress insisted that its because of the honeydew nori wrapper but when they tasted it, they already know that its already expired. One of their waitress apologize to us. Food is not great at all. Will not go back here anymore. Price are too expensive for the quality of food.

We had dinner here last Thursday. It was my first time to eat in a "Singaporean" restaurant. It was actually my friend's treat so I just ordered the cheap one. We ordered their rice meals, which is quite cheap compared to their other special meals. I ordered Crispy Pork Belly (I am not really sure with the name but I remember that it's P115) which was good, but not something you'll actually go back for. What I really didn't like was the service. It was so slow. It took almost 15 minutes or more for the food to be served. The place was okay. Staffs were nice.

My dad and i had merienda here today. The food was so-so. Some were good, and some i didn't care for.

The pork buns didn't even come close to those of tuantuan or tim ho wan. They were "bready' and soggy; and the filling was too gelatinous for me. The hakaw was okay. The shrimps were fresh but the rice wrapper seemed old and crumbly. My dad didnt like the sausage buns that he had because they were bland and gritty. What we liked most was the wanton noodle soup. The noodles were firm and soup was flavourful.

It wont be my first choice for dimsum, but id come back for their roast chicken and cereal prawns instead.

Their cereal prawn was delicious but very pricey for such a small portion. But I'd still come back, granted I wouldn't have to pay for the meal. 128514128514128514

The regular chicken is cold and I have no idea why. Roasted chicken was better. Hoisin sauce went well for the chicken. Chicken rice was delicious, had like four of them. Spinach was bland. Crab and corn soup was smooth. Overall, it was okay.

I've learned never to expect anything again (how deep). I'm not sure if this is an authentic Singaporean resto.

Singaporean dishes overload! Our group had the following : signature boiled chicken, fried spare ribs with zhen liang sauce, braised tofu with prawns in clay pot, crispy cereal prawn, beef with veggies, sambas fried rice and surely the infamous pork bun 128536
I really liked the dishes we had, blended well with my current state of mind128516 Service was great! They had courteous personnel who weren't overly zealous. What they recommended was really good! We had a great time in this place. Good company and good food !

This is a good place to have hainanese chicken in the area. 245 for a quarter isnt cheap, but the cook and taste of the chicken makes it worth it. I also like their 'gingery' chicken rice and char shiu. All the flavours worked well each other.

I looove Boon Tong Kee. The best branch for me is their Uptown Center in Quezon City. For starter, they serve the pickles in a nice presentation (stacked :D). I also love the way they cook their Singaporean bun- very soft, buttery and hot off the oven. I recommend the Uptown Center branch. Must try the Poached Chinese Spinach with Assorted Eggs.

Ramon L and I wanted to try out a new restaurant in UP Town, and so we made our way here. We ordered a quarter serving of their Signature Boiled Chicken (Php 245), Steamed Pork and Shrimp Siomai (Php 80), and two orders of Chicken Rice (Php 65 ea.)

While waiting, they served us pickled vegetables which Mon and I didn't really like. It tasted like vegetable sticks dipped in orange juice. I found it too sweet and zesty! I wish they served plain vegetable sticks with blue cheese instead! 128540

The siomai was good. It was actually quite plump, which I liked. Definitely not the best siomai I've had though!

For the chicken, I didn't think there was anything special about it at all. It was just okay. I loved the chicken rice though. They also served a bowl of soup!

Would think about coming back, but probably only after exhausting other options for hainanese chicken!

Found an equally good pork bun sub for Tim Ho and at Php 35 this one is a steal. Their premium siopao is also good. 128522

I like coming here. They have good service and good food. I love all the veggie options here. It's pricey but always worth it when I come. I love their French bean dishes and their seaweed and tofu (no pork) soup.
