Having one of the prettiest beaches in the world, Boracay, an island found at Malay, Aklan, Philippines, is definitely an eye candy that one shouldn't miss to visit during summertime!

With its beautiful beach stretch comes a scenic and picturesque view that you can stare at for the longest time possible.

From stations one to four, you'll get to compare the water of the beach with each other. In stations three and four, the water is made dirty by the presence of lumot, most especially evident during the summer season. At station two, there are areas without lumot but there are those were they are evident.

The area with the less presence of lumot is at station 1, at the White Beach area, right in front of areas like Whitehouse Beach Resort and Sur.

At this area, you can also feel the sand at its finest and whitest. This area is such a good spot to sun bathe and just stare at the picturesque beauty of paradise.

When I decided to hop in the water, my oh my, even if it's already 12 in the afternoon, it was still cold and feels really good for my skin! It was so refreshing to swim and dip while the heat is on fire because you'll feel every bit of excitement and fun while doing it so!

The White Beach is also the area where most water sports activities jump off point is located. From riding the paraw or motorboat or parasail, to hopping on banana boats and fly fish, most guests walk towards this part to engage in activities and have the most out of their Boracay visit.

The grotto is another spot where people take lots of selfies and groupfies. Found just right in front of it, you can take the stairs leading to it, see Mama Mary and take your photo with the sun, sea and sand as your background.

The White Beach of Boracay is definitely one of the country's top destinations that is as good as how you see it in photos!

Love it or hate it - there is nothing in between. Your relationship with Boracay would only be in these two extremes. In my case, I LOVE IT! Need proof? I have been here 10 times since 2007. If you ask me now where I'd rather be, I'd most probably say BORACAY! This is paradise for me. I have met a lot of people who despise this paradise because it is chaotic and slowly turning in hellhole, but for me, it will forever be my favorite place in the whole of the Philippines.

One of the many things that I love about Boracay is that it offers the best of both worlds - it can be laidback or energetic, depending on how you choose to spend your holiday. There is no wonder why it is touted as Asia's 24/7 Island. It never sleeps. From dusk 'til dawn, whether it is weekdays or weekends, there is something that you can always do. Cliff diving, helmet diving, Paraw sailing. kiteboarding, and mermaid swimming are just some of the things that can be done. Of course, it is infamous for the lively party scene, with happy hours starting as early as after lunch. Choices for fantastic food also abound. You will find it hard to decide where to eat because the options are just too many. Italian, Mongolian, American, Filipino, Indian, Mediterranean, Greek, Spanish, or Thai - name it, there is most probably a place where you can enjoy your favorite food.

The best thing to do in Boracay? Well, it is not to sunbathe until you get a tan, swim until you get tired, eat until you get full, or drink until you are drunk. Rather, it is just to sit on the powdery, white sand and marvel in the beauty of the sun as it sets. The world-famous sunset of the island draws tourists to the beach, each trying to absorb the fleeting moment, and many trying to snap a shot to have a photographic evidence and brag to their friends that they are in the Boracay - one of the best beaches in the world.

There are three stations in Boracay. Station 1 is where you find peace, a finer stretch of sand, upscale resorts, people with better skin and who spoke in straight English. Meaning, this is where you go when you have more money to waste and you desire the peace and quiet. If you require a less crowded place but not willing to spend your life’s savings, then head to the Station 3. This is where you find less expensive resorts, and the bulk of foreign tourists. I have come to observe though that the sand in this area is more coarse, there were even some parts where they stopped being white but a light shade of brown, kind of like the sand in Batangas.

Now if socializing or partying is your game then Station 2 is for you. This is where you can find an array of shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and people ready to have a good time. Station 2 is synonymous to fun, which in my opinion is the perfect option for me and my companions.

Boracay at night is a ground for artistic and talented individuals. There are the live bands in some restaurants, the fire dancers, and the artists who paint shirts on the spot. Aside from henna tattoo, there are also some stalls that offer hair braids, threading, and hair wrap services.

You can never go wrong with Boracay.

The view is one of the best treat that you can reward yourself! The pureness and perfection of the white sand's texture is really a great stress-reliever.

The scorching heat isn't an issue to make the sea water really cold and perfect for swimming and dipping even during the craziest hours of the heat.

Who wouldn't love this summer destination?

Boracay is really one kind of heaven here in the Philippines! Stayed at Station 1 and I definitely recommend this part if you want to experience the R&R that you're looking for.

The beach and sand altogether make everything worth experiencing.

If you're the adventurous type, try out as much activities as you could: Banana Boat, Helmet Diving, Island Hopping, Parasailing, Flyfishing, etc.

If you're a foodie, there's a lot to explore from stations 1-4. I highly recommend Real Coffee, Obama Grill and Restaurant!

If you love the nightlife, Epic is definitely the place for you to party so hard.

Can't wait to be back this Laboracay! Weee!

Can you see the gloomy weather on the photo? 128517 Day 2 was still stormy and we were arguing if we should be swimming or not since the wave is severe, like the waves in Ilocos Sur! 128563

Lifeguards accommodated us and even took pictures of us. 128513 He even offered free skim boarding lesson! #perks

White sand beach literally has white sand, but when you try to look underneath, there's a cement-like color of sand.

FLASHBACK FRIDAY! 127881

Para kasing lahat nasa Boracay ngayon eh, so I will share my experience there. My last visit there was last year pa, April 2013. My family goes to Boracay every summer, unfortunately, we didn't go there this year because of my graduation and post-grad activities.

Boracay will always be my favorite. 128147
Fine white sand, you can even walk barefoot under the sun. Unlike in beaches with rocky sands, napakainit na lakaran pag tanghali. 9728128557 Whenever we go here, we book our flights and hotel by September or October, then go here by April. We always check in at LSM Square, it is located at Station 1. We always avoid to go there during Holy Week, because we did that once... PARANG DIVISORIA! Ang sikip sikip. 128078 There are bars, restos, and more activities. Resto food prices are much higher than usual.

NOTE: MALUMOT YUNG BEACH PAG LATE MARCH UP TO EARLY APRIL! Boo. Look at my photo, may lumot sa water. 128078128584

If you want to party hard at night, go to Epic! It's located at Station 2, at D'Mall. You'll love that place. Good music, good DJs, good people, good times! 128076

I will never get sick of going to Boracay. It's really a paradise! 10084️ I'm a bit sad because we have no Boracay trip this year. Ngayon lang 'to. So... Okay, next year nalang.

i believed most of u guys here have been to bora as well...however , i just felt i wanna share mine as well...

anyway, you feel proud & relax the moment you stepped into a very clear, clean water; smooth sands & fresh breeze of air in bora... onli in the pilipins sabi nga nila... i feel like i don't wanna go back to stressful & congested streets of metro manila... at least kahit sa maiksing panahon, u feel relaxed and enjoying the beauty of nature plus of course... as song goes...♫ ..♪"sa Manila ka makakakita ng magagandang babae!!"... not anymore...♫..♪

"sa Bora mo makikita ang napakagagandang babae!" just kidding... - i hope i don't sound gender discriminating....

there are so many activities you may want to get into...a visit to the crystal cove island...very magnificent... something to be proud of talaga...

snorkling or aqua dive... wherein you can feed marine life...colorful fishes arms reach... one of a kind experience you'll regret kung di mo nagawa or napuntahan man lng....

para-sailing.... also one of a kind breathe taking activity you may want to experience in the air where you can see the beauty of bora island...

wonderful experiences... you wanted to repeatedly doing it all the time.... free from phone calls, emails, kj boss, nerdy & as*h*#e officemates & bunch of projects....

One thing makes you feel relax is... at least for one time.. .you feel like... "hey 'dad you're so cool!"... because, you got to enjoy henna tattoo as well... no tattoo or braided hair for instance... incomplete bora experience... lest no island hop... u miss half bora experience as well...

at night, still lovely, while enjoying & listening to music around... seeing geek people crazy dancing, cultural & fire dancing...native & tasty foods... cold drinks...dinner together with love ones...

however... there's always an end for all these wonderful experience... but mind you, at kalibo airport... may napakasarap na pwedeng puntahan while waiting your flight back to manila... don't miss your la paz batchoy just across the airport, authentic & very tasty... samahan mo pa ng buko pandan w/ gata... another authentic ilongo 's best...

after enjoying bora island experience... back to normal life... & hoping to get long wkend for another next bora adventure....
