When your hubby tells you to buy whatever cake you want, you just go and buy the best cake that you can think of!

To kick start my birth month, I asked for Bo's Coffee's Dulce de Leche cheesecake. It was sold out when we went so hubby asked the barista to text him when they get a delivery for a whole cake! Just 2 days after, we got a call and off to Bo's we went!

Was surprised that the cheesecake wasn't too expensive compared to other coffee shop prices. More than glad to take home a whole cake coz it always gets sold out.

Just take a look at that picture! Can you see how much dulce de leche there is on top?!? Plus, it has more lumps in every slice. The dulce de leche is thick and luscious and not too sweet. It has this delicious burnt sugar profile that I love the most. The cheesecake is light and has a slight tartness to it.

Really one of the best Deulce de Leche Cheesecake!

I like how Bo's Coffee pioneered sourcing their coffee beans and their other products locally. Love local, as they say.

This branch is no different. They have chocolate bars by Theo & Philo, bottled juice drinks by Locally and Bayani Brew. They offer a wide range of pastries and cakes.

I tried their Praline Crunch Cake and for a moderately priced 85pesos per slice. I find it satisfying. The cake was soft and fluffy. It was not dry like most chiffon cakes made by commercial bakeshops. The caramel crunch generously cocered the cake and the mocha cream was not too sweet. Perfect with a cup of black drip coffee.

The interiors had touches of local charm but the ceiling was leaking with a steady stream of water which affected a part of their light. They must have it addressed with the mall's admin. The store had an old musty smell but it was only coming from the counter area.

Over all it is a good study or chill place away from the mall crowd. Try sitting near the window. It has a good view of Dona Soledad Avenue. Perfect now that it is raining outside.
