One of the humble restaurants along Corrales Ave in Cagayan de Oro. Simple ambience, simple furniture, yet extraordinary food and service. We had ginisang buwad, pork Sisig, a huge Platter of Calamares and fish sticks.

We had the bulalo, sinigang na salmon sa miso, sinuglaw, lechon kawali and talong. They were all good, but I liked the lechon kawali the least. The soup is served in huge bowls, and the sinuglaw in interesting bamboo serving bowl. Single serve rice is placed in cute bowls resembling cooking pots.

The restaurant is very welcoming, with nice interiors. However, the music playing in the background is too loud for my taste.

While eating, someone suddenly addressed the crowd, which turned out to be the in house singer, then followed by her performance. It was really a welcome surprise, and the singer was really good.

On certain nights, there are fun games such as beer drinking, and hosts were going around doing interviews which were rewarded with freebies.

Over-all, the dining experience was satisfying, and I would highly recommend this place.

Ambiance is amazing.

They have gigs when you dine in. Like drinking contest and the like.
