Place was really nice and cozy. They have wifi connection. Crew were attentive. You gotta try their "free taste" smores cookie-like-brownie something dessert. Its so chewy, and its actually really good but a bit pricey. N and I tried:

127859 Primera Tapa
- Servings were a bit small, but the beef was good. I like the fact that their tapa is served in a sizzling plate, so its always hot.

127850 Triple Decker
- Triple layer of pancake w dulce de leche, nutella and banana. Yum!!!!!! Not to sweet, pancakes were fluffy.

Their crab tuna rice top is okay, a different version of omellete. I still think it is good for sharing. They also have a new flavor for their refreshments, calamansi cucumber cooler. The place is okay, good for small meetups. Though it's a bit pricey.

Loved the warm welcome of the waiters at 7am! Went to Cyberspace, Garnet St branch though but Looloo doesn't have it in their system yet!

I ordered the cappucino and moussaka and they were both yummy! Their best selling burrito omellete is also yummy according to a friend :)

Oh, and try their dark chocolate smores too! Yum yum!!!

Breakfast fritata - for php280 I would expect an acceptable size in serving but it was a 4in fritata with half a hashbrown and bread. Had to buy my latte separately. Like why? Too expensive for soso food in soso portions.
Should rethink strategies esp with Conti's just out back. Or Starbucks a few steps away. And it felt like the AC wasn't on. Not good when sun was coming in from the back.

Realized that there's this all-day breakfast place near my office. I checked it's business hours in loo-loo and was happy to see that they were open as early as 7 am! It was perfect as I got to eat here before my morning hearing. 128522

I ordered the Don Malutong, seen in the photo above. It's made of thinly sliced pork cooked until crispy. It was good together with their flavorful rice. I liked it and I ca't wait to take my husband here for him to try it.

I also ordered French Toast but it was not that good for me. Center of the bread was very still kind of wet from the egg batter or something... I think it could have used a few more minutes of cooking. Or maybe that's just their style and I just don't like my french toast that wet.

Anyway, overall, I was pretty happy about my dining experience. The place seemed like it was undermanned but you can see the effort of the members of the staff, how they try hard to be efficient. They are all also very polite.

I will definitely go back to try their tapa and juices next time. 128522

Father's day idea!

Hey guys, B & P has a Big Burger cake for father's day. Visit their store for a taste. They're not selling it yet actually. But they'll give you a slice. We ordered the Johnny Walker cake and it was so good! So good that I couldn't spare a second to take a picture. (Sorry *cries*) You could taste the Johnny Walker but it wasn't overpowering at all. The cake may not have been as moist as I would have preferred but it was still overall a good cake. They also have a Surprise Cake with M&Ms inside.

Just wanted to show you guys. Might be a cool thing to get dads who have a sweet tooth. :)

Pesto cream pasta with beer battered chicken strips js love!

I ordered that, my mom ordered Don Malutong. It's crispy pork belly strips, scrambled eggs and rice. It's really good and I'm a huge vinegar person (think Chippy with vinegar) and theirs with the Don Malutong is just awesome. Her boyfriend had pork chop with chimichurri. I haven't had a lot of chimichurri so idk if it's like the bomb dot com or anything but it was really good to me. The pork was a good cut and it tasted fresh an zesty with the chimichurri.

The waiters and waitresses are always friendly. I asked if they had Iced Latte and the waitress volunteered to make my latte and make it iced. Maybe it's not a big deal to others but that was really nice of her. For me.

The place is nice and bright with cute quirks like door frames on the wall and intricate light fixtures. The drinks get served in cute mason jars and it just gives a homey feel. Which totally speaks for their tagline "Just like home".

We got their primera tapa, breakfast rosti, and beer-battered buttermilk chicken. All were yummy and they have big servings. There were 4 of us sharing the 3 dishes but all of us got so full and we even had a chicken part for take away.

Valentine’s Day may be over but the love fever is anything but! You can still celebrate a cozy lunch or a romantic dinner at B&P until today!

For only Php899.00 per set, you get to feast on 2 mains, a cooler that can be shared by 2 and a heavenly cake pop! More bang for your buck, right?

Just like this French Pork Chop. Juicy meat with a beautiful crust on the outside and cooked all the way through. This B&P "HIS and HERS" dish is delicious as is that I no longer needed to use gravy. I especially love the meat that’s close to the bone because that is the part which is most flavorful, so I happily scraped everything off. Yum! The rice was even seasoned with steak sauce to add more flavor.

Dining at B&P is just like eating in the comfort of your own home… Cozy, relaxing and very homey.

I would hear my mom often say, “ang lapit lapit na nga pero hindi pa rin napupuntahan!” True enough, B&P has been operating for how many months now yet I was only able to try it last month. What’s funny is that I used to live in the Shaw Boulevard area and I would pass by this restaurant EVERY SINGLE DAY going to school yet never really got the chance to try it out not until we moved to the Greenhills area.

The place looked really simple concentrating on a very sunny color that will surely brighten anyone’s day. Because of the limited space of the restaurant, the L-shape dining space can only accommodate an estimate of 30 customers. The exterior look of the open kitchen was designed as a kitchen cupboard hence the tagline, “just like home”.

Primera Tapa (P280)
Tapa or tapsilog is a classic dish that can be found in every restaurant that serves breakfast. In B&P, this happens to be their bestseller and I must say that this is one of the restaurant that serves the best tapsilogs in town. The Angus Beef tapa, without a doubt, was cooked to perfection making it very tender and flavorful. Some restaurants would put more sauce to their tapa to compensate for the toughness of the beef but in B&P, everything was perfect. Even the garlic rice was cooked with a twist that surely complemented the viand.

Don Malutong (P270)
AN ENJOYABLE DISH TO START OFF YOUR MORNING. Another hit dish in B&P is their crispy pork belly which is accompanied by their very own garlic rice, an egg and some papaya relish. The crispy pork belly seems inadequate but you’d be surprise how filling this dish is.

Happy heart and happy tummy! Not only were these two dishes reasonably priced but they were already enough to start our day. Apart from the dishes, what I love about this restaurant are the sizzling bowls. It is very rare for a restaurant to serve their food in sizzling bowls unless they offer Chinese, Korean or Japanese dishes. So this is really surprising especially since B&P is a breakfast place. For people like me, who love eating their food when it is still really hot, this is the place for you!

We had our 2014 barkada Christmas get together today at B&P. It was my first time there... The hubby and I ordered Salpi Cow and Luzviminda. Our first two choices, 1 of which was the Tapa on the menu (I forgot what the other one is) were both unavailable... 128542

I wasn't able to taste Salpi Cow but my husband said it was good.

Luzviminda (P290) has 2 kinds of longganisa, an egg and danggit on fried rice served on hot plate. The danggit were crispy and everything else taste really good too.

If you're craving for breakfast meals any time of the day I'd highly recommend B&P. They serve different types of breakfast meals that will surely satisfy your cravings! 128522

Came here as few weeks ago because Mom wanted to have coffee after her friend's party at Project Pie. It's generally a happy place with its bright yellow interiors and homey ambiance.

I've never really had any of their main courses but I can say that their pancakes are really heavy. They're more dessert pancakes than breakfast pancakes because of all the syrup and the cream they come with.

Another thing I liked about this place was their... Unconventional service ware. Instead of glasses, they serve drinks in ball mason jars, and instead of salt and pepper shakers, they're cows. Same thing goes for their syrup containers.

It's a little bit pricey, and you could end up spending maybe 200-300+ per head, but the servings are fairly big. Would maybe think of coming back to try out their main courses, but I don't find it as compelling as maybe something like Early Bird.

B&P in the property that once belonged to the late president Jose P. Laurel along Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyon is one of those homey comfort food places I would reccomend for a lazy Sunday post-lunch coffe and dessert. They are open early and in case one is in need of a good cuppa java with hearty brekkie this is the place to go to. I deemed it a comfort food place not just for the cittles but also for the chit chat with the affable crew and chefs-in -training.
