Taste was just ok. A little bit pricey. Loved the fries though.

First time to try here with my brother. We got their bestsellers Puerco Asado, Pollo Asado and Carne Asada. Pollo asado and carne asada tastes the same just differ on the meat beef and chicken it was okay tasty and greasy and i found it a bit sour (for me). I like better the puerco asado which was my brothers order. Servings are big can be shared by two if not so hungry. Gotta try next time their wraps.

Brasas Restaurant offers Latin American Street Food. This is not my usual pick for a restaurant but since it was highly recommended by my boyfriend then I decided to give it a try. It was his second time to try the food so I kind of let him decide on what to order. We ended up ordering "Chivito Al Plato (Uruguay)" which consists of Beef Tenderloin Steak, Pork Carnitas, Grilled Chicken, Sunny Side Up egg, South American Slaw, Rice and Fried Banana. It was a monster of a plate meant to be shared with 3-4 people. Good thing we also have monster-like appetites. hehe

I had the impression that it would be spicy but it wasn't so if you're looking for some kick, add a generous amount of Chili sauce.

The meat was quite tender and soft. It's a plus since I hate chewing on meat with a gum-like texture. The aroma was that of a typical Latin American food. Somehow it reminded me of the food at Army Navy.

Honestly, I found it overwhelming because it was all in one plate. After a few minutes of devouring this dish, it became difficult to distinguish which is which and I felt a little stuffy. We gave up and decide to take home the rest.

We ended up paying around P800 including the VAT and SC. In my opinion, it was pricey but then if you're sharing it with other people then the amount you're paying might be just enough.

I'd like to give this restaurant another try. After all, I liked their "Papa Fritas," their version of fries and the ambience is great on a weekday when you want to avoid crowded places. Some people say it's also great to come at night with friends. :)

Been wanting to try brasas since my bro in law brought home their carne asada wrap and had the chance last Sunday to go there for dinner.
Evia lifestyle center has changed so much now, it's really a nice place for hanging out and eating with family or friends.
While waiting for my friend, we got the Latin iced tea and an order of limon Fritas. The iced tea was good, sensed a hint of dalandan. The Fritas were just fries with chipotle dip.
I got the carne asada platter (php280), I forgot the name of hubby's order but it's like a Latin shepherds pie and my friend ordered the short ribs (with soup). The food was good! Not a fan of Cilantro so I ordered some chipotle dip for my carne asada. The soup was also very tasty. Servers were attentive and polite as well.
Will definitely come back here ü

Patacones, chivito al plato, and and carne asada platter. These were the items we ordered and holy cow, their servings are large. You guys should really try the chicken, best of the bunch. The beef was tender and tasty, pero the chicken was the kicker :)

Place was nice and clean, and the arrangement just gets you in a festy mood.

Hmmm, i didn't like it. The taste was quite odd. Or maybe I'm not really used to Latin American cuisine.

So I had "Puspusas" it was a thick tortilla topped with some veggies. I was disappointed since when they first landed the dish at our table, the tortilla was undercooked. So I had to had it rebaked. And when it was done, it wasn't really yummy. So I had a technique, I topped it with meat and it was all better.

I liked their burger, I forgot its name tho. But it is one of the best sellers. As well as their rice dishes that is topped with different grilled meats. (Seen in picture)

I don't think I'll be back soon tho. Haha but their interior is nice! 128522

I love the Carne Asada platter together with the Chipotle sauce. I love also the Carne Asada wrap and Carne Asada fries! Everything is well-cooked. Another favorite is the iced tea.

For the dessert, tres leches is a must try. Very addicting ;)

I love the ambiance of the place. Very well maintained. The servers are also very friendly. Will definitely go back!

I always wanted to try Brasas since I first saw it at SM Aura. Since now it has a branch near our place and there's an ongoing night run at Filinvest we decided to get away from the crowd.

It's funny to think that Brasas is the only concept resto within Evia and the staff are still agressive on flyering. Their flyers are very misleading though, the price on the flyer is lower than the actual :( But since you have no other choice, you'll go with then. Haha

The ambiance is very nice. Felt like your on the streets of Argentina. It was further enhanced by the cool parade lights outdoors. We are totally clueless on what to order so the friendly waiter suggested to try the Uruguay sharing platter (forgot the exact name) and a carafe of Latin Iced tea..I loooooove the iced tea!!

When our order arrived, it was an all meat platter. Chicken, pork, beef, rice and salad for share. Overall, it was good. The rice was pilaf, beef was tender and well seasoned, the pork was the best, salad was nice and crisp, the chicken bites though.

We shall return! :)

Disappointed at this branch. The first few inconveniences where tolerable but after a month of operation, it's disappointing that their Carne Asada isn't that well cooked thus that smokey smell and tender meat is absent.

This opened later than the one in Jazz Mall, was eager to check out the place that I was disappointed when I went there and saw that it was still closed. Anyways, when it opened, I brought my family with me there and instantly they too love the place and the food. They offer the same line up as with that of the Jazz branch but the place is smaller although they do have a mezzanine of some sort and they have tables outside which I recommend for evening diners. I didn't mention the Carne Asada Wrap, which has the same beef as that of the Carne Asada Platter but this time wrapped in soft tortilla and the combination, just like the platter is awesome...try it for quick bites!

Nothing special with this place. You can try the smoked pulled pork sandwich, it was ok but not the price. They are on cash basis only.

Tasty food, good drinks, clean environment. But if you stay outside, the live music nearby may make it hard to talk with one another.
