All of my friends and the piggery know that any branch of Bread Talk is my happy place. I have yet to taste all their bread offerings but all I have tried so far have become an instant favorite.

So I chanced upon their golden lava variant P49. Those cute circles of sunshine looked so happy and inviting as they sat there in all its glory, I cant help but put one piece together with different types of floss and earthquake cheese loaf on my tray to take home .

But of course I could not for the life of me resist eating it while in the car . Low EQ hahaha.

OK first its aroma was wonderful so much so the monster in my stomach growled in anticipation . Then the bite. I bit through that silver foil base to get to the crust and cheesy filling simultaneously..

What I loved -.
1. The crust was absolutely divine. Think something similar to shortbread. It was buttery and crumbly. I love it. The size for me was just right to assuage the guilt that comes with eating something rich and sinful.

2. The Cheese -- its texture and appearance. Texture was melty ,dreamy and lava (ish) ?. You know what I mean. It was perfect! It had two colors white and orangey (aka parang cheesewhiz)

What I loved less -

1. The taste of the cheese itself - It looked like cheese. It smelled like cheese. But I just had a hint of the cheese. I was so bitin huhuhu. Plus it had a sour note at the end. What da?!

Oh welll. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Will return for a take two. After all I love Bread talk to the moon and back

I planned to watch CIVIL WAR in Greenbelt 3 yesterday afternoon but the tickets were sold out already. I decided to have a quick bite at Bread Talk in Greenbelt. 128515

Lots of varieties of breads to choose for... But this Sisig Bun catch my attention because of the pig-head shape bread. Cute! For Php 45.00 each I got one and paired it with Strawberry Snapple. 11088110881108811088️ 4/5

There's a mild kick of spice inside the Sisig Bun but it's bearable. 128540

Found amidst the Greenbelt 2 gardens, this is perhaps the most unique, coziest, Breadtalk branch of them all. At two storeys, the ground level houses your typical Breadtalk bread gallery and the counter offers hot and cold drinks from Toast Box. The second floor is a cool, comfy dining area where you can actually talk (and hear the conversation well). Music is good, by the way. I find this place special as it combines the practicality and variety of Breadtalk and married it with the unique flavor of Toast Box' kopi and teh.

I got my usual raisin bun and almond donut from Breadtalk and partnered these with hot Kopi! A perfect combo, a great place. What more can I ask for? 128512

Last friday night was #YOLO, #SquadGoals and #ScrewNormal day with my boyfriend and friend. 128518128517 A month ago, we all bought onesies and the friend (jokingly) suggested we wear it outside. And apparently, we were all game with the (very brilliant, cool, awesome, crazy but smart) idea. 128517128541128526

This was our meeting place. Because (1) this is separated from the other restaurants and (2) this is not too crowded. 128521

While waiting for the 3 of us to be completed, I ordered the Spicy Pork Floss. For 59 pesos, a bit pricey but worth it! Spicy Pork Floss on top of a super soft and tasty white bread. 128522

My unicorn friend, on the hand, had a donut. She liked it and felt magical with the soft donut. 128523

It's nice that even though it was late already, all their breads and pastries still tasted fresh. Service was good, as well. The servers were all nice and friendly. We already wore our onesies and they didn't gave us weird judging stares. They even volunteered to take our pictures hahaha! 128513128518128526
