Enjoyed my dinner here but it's not something I would rave about. I liked the pita & hummus mostly. It was really creamy and tasted just right. The cheese puffs were a little bland but great texture. They have quality meat like the chelo kebab morg and the beef kubideh compared to other middle eastern restaus but nothing great about the flavor & it still didn't leave me wanting more. Our kebab morg was cooked unevenly and the kubideh is seasoned like.. Burger :)) I asked the server to give me something that would go well with pita bread and he suggested the ghormeh sabzi. Well... It does not go well with pita bread, believe me. It was soupy but delicious. I liked the cilantro/parsley flavor and the chicken was so tender. As for dessert, the date pudding is as lonely as it looks in the pic while the leche flan is so creamy and sweet that that small serving size is good for two.

As for service, our server was rushing and even served the sad dates pudding & even warmed it already though we weren't done with our main course. Mind you, he changed to his casual clothes already when he served us the dessert. The other server was kind though. As for value of money, I think most if it are overpriced. I'd choose behrouz and mr.kebab anytime over them.

My last visit (during the pre-opening) was quite good, but our experience this time is nothing to rave about. First, the male server needs A LOT of customer service training. He needs to be pleasant to customers. A smile can really go a long way. Second, they are a persian restaurant yet they don't serve beef shawarma, only chicken shawarma. When I asked the waiter in disbelief, he said the cost of beef is too high so they don't serve it (note that they serve beef kebab). And the way he explained it kind of made me irritated. I was so hungry so a restaurant crew with that unpleasant attitude is not something I can tolerate. Third, we ordered chicken shawarma with cheese and fries among others. When food was served, I asked him where the fries is. To my horror, the french fries was included inside my chicken shawarma! Never have I expected this! It was also full of cabbage that I was not able to finish my food. Four, I remember their iced tea to be so good with a hint of tamarind (just how I like it), but the pitcher of iced tea served to us this time was definitely watered down. Very disappointing experience.
