Do you know you can rent an island exclusively and slay the vacation life like the Kardashians now in PH?! 128522

Brother Island is located at El Nido, Palawan! And yes, you can rent the island exclusively for you! 127796🤗9728️ The go to this place, you have to take the 40-50 minute land trip from El Nido town and about 10-15 minute boat trip.

I had a work to do in El Nido which will require me to go to our place but since it's a bit farther to stay in town, I chose to stay in Brother Island instead! The island is just 40-minute boat ride away from our place where I should have some work transactions. We were greeted by 3 friendly dogs when I arrived-- Zorro, Rambo, and the newest member: Lucky! 128054128054128054

Upon arrival, the host, Alee, was very accommodating and he would really welcome you in the island! After putting our things down, he toured us to the whole island and told us where we could sleep. The island has a house with many rooms-- and yes, you can go here in big groups! Other than the beds inside rooms, you have an option go stay in tents and huts.

The place is really peaceful! No TV, no wifi, but hey, it's nice to unplug once in a while and do a digital detox, right? :) I stayed here for about 4 days and it was the best thing ever--- away from technology, and from MNL buzz. I enjoyed reading books-- the whole island is so okay for reading! 128584128214 I transferred from one hammock to another. They also have an island library inside where you can borrow books if you forgot to bring your own. Aside from reading, there are other activities that you can do-- board games, kayak-ing, and snorkelling. Or you can play with the island dogs, just like what I did... my favorite among the dogs is Zorro btw! Hahaha! Or just breathe and simply live the peaceful life in the island.

As for the food, they have a wonderful cook named Ate Esther. You will be served with three meals-- breakfast, lunch, and dinner: All home-cooked! :) I couldn't help but eat a lot because everything was good-- from grilled fish, fried fish, ensalada, adobo, and pinoy breakfast meals. Alcohol is also available-- you can buy it inside.

It's been raining on the first couple of days during my stay but finally there was a sunset on the last coupld of days! Gosh. Everything is just beautiful. 128525

I've heard some are doing their weddings here. So if you plan to marry, try booking at Brother Island! 9728127796

Just some tips:
1. Bring OFF lotion! :)
2. Walk barefoot around the island-- it's better! :)
3. Maximize your digital detox by putting your phones into airplane mode! I had mine for a couple of days and I don't regret it! There is a signal but it was really weak. But I find that better. 9786️🤗
4. Bring light clothes.
5. Bring chocolates if you think you can't tolerate not having chocolates for desserts. You can only buy chocolates in El Nido town proper.

I think I still have a lot to say but to summarize it: It was a beautiful experience for me. 128522 I didn't even miss MNL for a bit. Hahaha.

I will surely be back. 128525

And... You can book here thru AirBNB! 9728
