Hot chocolate was perfect!
Was not able to leave enough room for dessert. So for this visit, hot chocolote would do.

I'll be back soon!

Oooh there's a wedding dress store just beside it. Just in case someone out there needs it :)

Love this place!

Took a while before I discovered that there was a branch here.

Great place to chill and study. Flat white coffee + great lighting + nice spacing. Awesome!

Try their brownies! Cool :)

After the Italian meal, it is time for some dessert. We ordered their best seller YANA BANANA, a square blonde bar with banana, walnut and rhum php 120,,and their dark bar ORIGINAL, dark chocolate and sea salt, php 80. Plus flat white coffee. Php 140. .very good combination . The ambiance is very nice. Brightly lit, white and black painted walls. Order take away or dine in the bar. Something to visit again

Right after lunch at Mama Lou's, we head straight here. It was also my first time but since I'm not a dessert person, I only tasted their orders.

I can no longer remember the exact names but they had the Buckies & Cream and Chunky Blondie? 128517

The buckies & cream is basically their plain original buckies served with the creamy oreo filling-like cream. We all agreed that this was good. Moist yummy buckies. They all liked it better with the added cream (which I personally didn't liked). The plain version is already good on its own. Though I'm curious with the waffle with ice cream version.

The chunky blondie? is made with oats, grahams and liquor. This was good and unique which is actually good but just not something everyone will like agad agad. 128514

The place is just small but is really nice. Simple and artsy. The sits are just not that comfortable. 128513

And boy was that bucky good! 128048 I really liked the original variant as you get the taste of that bucky. Supposedly, it has sea salt but I really didn't taste that. Still, I liked that it's not that sweet with the dark chocolate mix in. I paired it with their Dirty White which was a good pair. It's a shot of espresso with some milk at the photo, hence, its name. This spot is definitely good for some alone time or intimate friendly catch-ups. 128111

Buckys are so addictive128525 Bless the person who invented them!128540

I've tried 3 variants so far:
- Original Bucky
- Buckies 'n Cream (original bucky + filling similar to Oreo's creme filling)
- Bugs Buckies (bucky's version of carrot cake)

I love the Original Buckys the most!128156 yum128539

I just could not let this opportunity pass by. Because i was in the area, finishing 12pm i went here. If you were to bring a car, go to the aguirre street where you are required to leave your id to roam around bf homes. I just knew that bucky's open 1pm. I waited for a while.

I was buena mano. It's situated on the second floor. Its a small rectangular space that is connected to a bridal gown store. I drooled on all those buckies display. I wanted to try all. But then i just ordered
128204128525Bucky's original
Well, compared to toby's this is more dense and compact. Saltiness same level. A little dark hint here.
128204128525Good morning Bucky
This is a blonde. This blonde bucky is infused with bluberry stuff. It also has corn flakes and cream cheese mixture (so i thought that was ice cream) and i thought to myself where's the milk? Haha. I like the combination of corn flakes and cream cheese mixture.
128204128525COO almond and figue handcraft soda
Here is EDSA beverage design group's creation. kudos to you guys. so there were several flavors.. I asked the server which was the best seller.. She memtioned the flavor (which i forgot).. Then i asked her what does she like/recommend.. She said the sangria (which has a little bit of alcohol).. But then.. I choose this almond figue. Hehe... It tastes almond with fizz. I love it because kuha niya talaga ung almond taste.

I was suppose to get a coffee and challenge the latte art skill of miss.. But then she said hindi pa daw siya nag cacalibrate... Heehee..

What do you think of bucky's? I find the name cute. I could say it again and again doing bunny hops. Weee...
I find it original. Sad cause they dont have branches at the north.

After reading Mitch N.'s review I knew I would LOVE this one! I call it a "match made in heaven." Imagine a slice of your favorite orignal bucky's brownie with vanilla ice cream drizzled with salted caramel on top! It's just perfect! :)

And add in a cup of Flat White made by the only female barista they have. Honestly, I tried ordering coffee from other baristas there, but it's not the same. That's why I really order from her. :) Too bad I can't remember her name.

This place is definitely a must visit when in BF Homes! :)

I went here with my best friend last Sunday. We split an Original bar (P80.00) between us, but had two different drinks to go with it. Deb tried their black coffee... Long something (I forgot hehe, but it was P120.00) while I partnered the bar with ginger ale (P130.00 for the smaller bottle). Surprisingly, the bar went great with either drink choices.

The Original bar was made with dark chocolate and sea salt. It was very fudgy and packed and sooooo good. We originally wanted to get the sampler set but they didn't have warm milk which was part of the set. The girl behind the counter also seemed not to recommend the sampler that much, which is kinda weird because it seemed like a good deal (P160.00 for 3 bitesized pieces of different bars plus milk). Will definitely try the other flavors next time.

As per Odell R this aint a brownie, not cake. It's a mutation of the former and the latter. Mind boggling.

Bought some yesterday at Plant. They're a regular at the weekend Baker's Fair. Bought the best seller, buckys and cream. I gotta say, this is the best not-a-bownie/not-cake treat I've had. Moist pastry, semi sweet with cream filling. After stuffing my face with Bucky, i felt sad, angry and irritated for not buying enough.

I am in dire need of a time machine. 4 days is too friggin long.

Bucky's alone is really good! Perfect with milk or coffee. But when it's waffle style original bucky's topped with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel drizzle then it's incredibly delicious!!128525 They used to have Carmen's Best for this but then they changed it to San luis soft serve maybe because of the costing but it's really really good! The ice cream itself is so creamy plus it's organic. And i think they put a generous amount of soft serve in my order 9757🏻️128513 This is a must try when you're on the south area128077🏻

I’m a huge fan of buckys. I discovered the “bucky” at Toby's Estate Coffee. The bucky pairs really well with their coffee. I usually get the Original with a double shot of espresso. Try this combination, it's good. 128077

Toby’s is nice coffee shop, but I like how there’s now a place that focuses squarely (pun) on buckys.

If you’re not familiar with a bucky, it looks like a brownie but it is NOT a brownie. So best recognize and act like you know. 128512

Miguel Vargas, the Bucky inventor, has a helpful description, which I’ll paraphrase.

“If a flourless chocolate cake and a fudge brownie made sweet sweet love, and had a baby, it’d be called a bucky.”

But doesn’t that make you wonder? Like:

“Which one got pregnant? The cake or the brownie?”

“What happens if a red velvet cake and a chocolate chip cookie make a baby? What do you call that baby?“

Questions aside, I decided to try a “baby” that isn’t available at Toby’s, their “Super Bucky.”

This baby is made with gluten-free flour, chia seeds, coconut sugar and dark chocolate.

Well, just like how all the other babies I’ve tried so far haven’t disappointed, the Super didn’t also. It was uh....super!

I like the texture of the chia seeds and how they add moments of crunchiness to contrast with the usual softness of the bucky.

When this baby grows up, it’ll definitely live a vegan lifestyle. Too bad I ate it.

The baby was delicious.

This place is on the second floor and for first-timers, it's easy to miss... You just have to remember to look for the white sign with a black bunny! 128048

We ordered the waffle style Buckys and cream, topped with Carmen's best vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce... Oh my, so rich and sinful and GOOOOOODDDD!!!!128525128525128525

I'm using the pic of the Gio C's order (from the weekend market), just because the pic is so much prettier when your bf hasn't started eating it yet!128518

P.S. It's just cream on the pic, not ice cream! But imagine the yummy melting silky vanilla ice cream on top of a hot chocolate and cream creation!128525

This relatively new coffee shop along Aguirre Street is definitely one of the hidden gems of the south. Located on the second floor of a small commercial building in BF Homes, this shop serves the Bucky's-Not-A-Brownie Original Bucky, a waffle style brownie served with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. The Bucky has an almost crisp exterior with a chewy interior -- so good you wouldn't want to share it! They have other baked goods but the Original Bucky definitely takes the cake. Winner, winner, winner! #QueenMuncherPH

Perfect place to do your instagram food photos or just relaxing with a cup of coffee with their famous buckys! Buckies is a combination of chocolate cake, fudge and brownie.

First bite of their original bucky's pressed waffle style with caramel drizzle and a scoop of vanilla ice cream is pure heaven! 128076🏼

I love this place for having my dessert fix when I'm around aguirre area. Coffee and bucky's is a marriage made match in heaven! 128112🏼128130🏼

Im addicted! I will definitely go back here!

We did a quick tour at the Valero Eat Streets hoping for a glimpse of Erwan. Sadly, we were four hours late. I bought a piece of Bucky's original buckwich to ease my disappointment. Huge chocolate brownie with sea salt and cream cheese spread.

It's moist and very chocolatey but I find it too sweet. I should have tried the yanna banana instead.
