One of the favorite places to get my Korean food fix, I have so much love in Bulgogi Brothers. Citibank has a 40% off promotion for a minimum spend of PhP2500, and decided that this would be where our next wine night would be. We got the bottle of red wine for PhP995. Plus ordered the all-time favorite beef brisket bulgogi for PhP495, with lettuce wraps of course. Lakas maka-Korean kaya. My friend fancied the Unyang Style Bulgogi for PhP595 only because of the heart shaped beefy goodness. We were torn between getting the seafood pancake and the Galbi Tang. But since we were getting the wine, we chose the Galbi Tang, the beef ribs soup for PhP595. Good thing we chose this, the beef kinda melts in the mouth.

Value for money... Really poor!

See that plate of beef? It's their BIG GRILL PLATTER worth 1,500++. Doesn't look like it's a lot right? It really isn't. 128546

Good thing we ordered some extra rice, a kimchi stew, and a seafood pancake too. But for 5 people? That wasn't quite enough. We ended up ordering 2 more single orders of beef and another kimchi stew. After the bill was split, roughly over 800 per person. 128557

It's not for those who want to eat a lot, and those on a budget. Definitely. 128517

Saving grace for this visit is the kimchi jigae. 10084️ It's one of my favorites in Korean cuisine so I loved their cook on the kimchi and the spiciness was just right! 128077🏼

Internationally famous, world class commendation from a family friend, we decided to dine here.
Enjoyed every bite of each dish that we ordered. ;)

A bit pricey but the food is worth every penny!

What we had:
Yuja Cha (Citron Tea) -- very refreshing and healthy

Sogogi Beoseot Bokkeum

Bulgogi Brothers Special -- very delicious meat! Cooked just right, beef was tender and sweet

Had a bad case of overeating 128563 so i had the ff:
(1) Seoul style soup - in photo, must-try!! Really good soup base with beef, golden mushroom and squash. I love this and have always been ordering this.
(2) Beef brisket - was just so-so for me.
(3) Jap Chae - freebie when you have the coupon, this one is also very tasty.
(4) ban chan - love their kimchi salad!
Overall, I consider Bulgogi brothers as one of the go-to places in Greenbelt 5, and perhaps my most fave one among Bistro Group's restaurants.

Korean BBQ? I've tried authentic Korean BBQ when we visited S. Korea and it was the best experience so far. So how does Bulgogi Brother compete with the original? Yeah i'd give it 4 stars. Remaining star has to go to the pricey selections. You pay for the experience and taste. I almost died getting full. Lol. It was good death though :)

Food are served in big portions. Quite pricey but it's all worth. Service crew are friendly and attend your needs/requests quickly.

Love their barbecues and shabu-shabu. Great place for Korean food.

For this visit we had beef and vegie shabu-shabu, pork bulgogi and beef bibimbap. 128522

Got the heart shaped bulgogi and seafood pancake. Both dishes were delicious. Their side dishes were few though - salad, kimchi, sweet potato, and tofu. I was hoping to get more. And the manager wasn't that friendly.

Bibimbap was okay but not as good as the others I've tried.

What I liked was their beef choices- the sirloin type, the burger type and the rib eye. Always enjoy their bbq.

Just a little on the expensive side.

For the serving size, I found it too expensive.

I didn't like it here. The bottom line is it was decent Korean food, but the actual place just felt uninviting and sterile. It just looked functional as a restaurant, so it wasn't appealing as a dinner choice, and once inside, I felt like I was in an odd, dim room I shouldn't be eating in, that, for some reason, still served food.

Bulgogi bibimbap didn't hit the spot. It had many ingredients in it, with a variety of flavor/texture, but I just felt like I was eating to fill myself up, not really to enjoy an eating experience.

The tofu steak.. Eh. The highlight was the bulgogi mound on top. The tofu had good texture but could have gone completely ignored if I didn't know I had purposely ordered a tofu dish.

I cannot articulate exactly how boring this place is as a dining experience. Let me try to end this with good points. It felt clean, the portions were fairly sized, and each dish was made from quality ingredients. The overall result was just underwhelming and I was full, but deeply unsatisfied.

Today was especially good. Their bibimbap lived up to the high pricing (395) today. Wow.

One of our orders was shabu shabu. Taste is unique to Bulgogi. Not bad at all! Just need to get used to eating rice last....

Food was ok. I still prefer the authentic korean restaurants that looks like a house.

Service I liked coz even when it was close to closing time the service was ok. Although they look like they was in a hurry.

Ambiance was nothing spectacular but it gets the job done.

I hate this branch. Poor customer service. We had lunch here last December 24. The female server, Gay, did not take our order properly. We had to follow up 4 times before our orders came. How hard is it to serve raw meat? Not happy with the service that they showed us. Definitely not coming back to this branch. 128078128078128078128078128078128078

It's my first time to try here in #bulgogibros. And it's all worth it. Specially, today is bday of my bf. And we enjoyed their foods. The shabu shabu with rice porridge on it. We also had their chiffon ice cream cake. It was my favorite above all. Haha 128515
