My son had a make up exam last Monday afternoon and it was 2-3 hours so decided to roam around Katipunan and end up at B.Wings located at Loyola Heights Condominium Esteban Abada Katipunan.

It was so hot and I felt so hot and tired that afternoon. I looked at their solo meals and got wings meal. 4 wings with rice and dip and drinks. I choose their non spicy buffalo sauce for my wings called B-Nay wings. Di po sya yung Vice President natin ha lol. It's their signature sauce, BBQ Pinay style and garlic mayo for dip.

The wings tasted good and I love wings. Then the service was fast and they have wifi. Staffs are accommodating here. Don't forget to use their plastic gloves so your hands won't get messy

Price is 150 pesos inclusive of drink

My sister said that B.Wings' interiors are bad and I was expecting worse but the place turned out to be actually okay. I ordered a P-noy wing plate and it's good - a bit sour and herby, exactly how I'd like it. The wings are crispy and tender. For me, this one's far better than Wingstop's plus it's only P150 for 4 wings, 1 dip, and 1 iced tea. The service is fast too. The only downside, however, is that the blue cheese dip taste more like mayonnaise than blue cheese.

Got a pound of wings (B-Nay and P-Noy) to share! I like the B-Nay wings a lot more than the latter cause the barbecue sauce was really good. The P-Noy, to me, tasted like it was dusted with sour cream powder (think Potato Corner lol). I just found out now that it's supposedly sinigang flavoring :)) It didn't taste bad naman; it's just not what I expected.

I'd definitely go back though! Friendly staff, free wifi, and super cheap and good wings! 128513

Flavorful and cheap! Wish we had this place na back when I was still in Ateneo.

I went with my younger brother as he has been telling me about this place for the longest time. Somehow I was able to fix my schedule and spend some QT with him.

We had the 1lb order. They let you chose 2 flavors in 1lb. I chose the PNoy and he got the Black Mamba. I didn't try Black Mamba because I wasn't prepared for spicy food. My brother said it was like molé only spicier. The PNoy wings were really good! The sinigang powder was spot on to the point na naghanap talaga ako ng kanin. My brother first tried it that time too and said it will now be his default order.

While waiting for the food I kinda was having the munchies so I ordered fries and chili con carne (both were sides) and requested that they put the chili on top of the fries. Best thing ever and I was so surprised no one has thought of doing that there. Si kuya waiter gave me a weird look but forreals bagay yung chili nila sa fries. But yeah, I recommend that you order it this way 128077

B. Wings has become one of my favorite wings place. Not only is it convenient ( it is just a walking distance from my school), the wings there are great too. My favorite flavors are garlic parmasan and P-noy! P-noy flavor tastes something like sinigang fried chicken which is perfect for us Filipinos. It is so yummy and what's even better is that it only cots P230 for a pound. Super sulit!

This place is decently priced if you are hungry. But it can get expensive if you're starving and fail to realize you've scarfed down over a pound of wings 128557!

To start with, the chicken is crispy and meaty and all the good things that fried chicken should have. I shall rate the coatings individually, in an ascending order of deliciousness.

Black Mamba - kind of barbequey sauce that is graded as medium spicy, but for my tender taste buds was pretty damn spicy. They warned me though, so I should have known better.

B-Nay - sort of seemed like the same sauce as the Black Mamba but without the lip-scorching spicy.

I liked both, but I'm just not a fan of sauce so the slathering they got sort of dampened the crispy chicken goodness underneath. My friend who loves sauce though was licking his fingers.

The highlight for me was the powder coating. Specificaly,

P-noy - powdered sinigang flavored coating. On fried chicken wings!! So it's still uber crispy and it gives you that omg asim face from the flavoring. Absolute perfection. It might be a personal thing though because as a kid me and my brother would eat our fried chicken with sinigang soup and that was our favorite thing. These wings. Nummy.

So so so so so good, but didn't give it a perfect score because I'm comparing it to Flaming Wings. :)

Tried out B. Wings today since my friend, Rica, has been raving about it. Had the wings meal with black mamba sauce and bleu cheese dip.

The black mamba sauce was spicy and a bit chocolatey! I was afraid it was an odd combination but it was really good and the bleu cheese helped lessen the burn. Haha.
Rica also got black mamba wings but she got the boneless meal (pictured above).

Price was okay. P130 for 4 pieces, iced tea and rice.

Will definitely come back to try the other sauces.

The wings orders are by pounds. Ordered 1/2 lb. Black Mamba wings and 1/2 lb. Garlic Cheddar wings with Blue Cheese dip! The dip doesn't taste as good as Flaming Wings' dip. I loved the Wings though! 12 pieces all in all for P230, add P15 for extra rice. Definitely coming back here in the future because of the student-friendly prices. :D

The Fish and Chips here is a bit more expensive than I'm used to but B Wings makes up for the price with the big serving. The cream cheese and chives sauce that I chose complemented it and I liked how it wasn't runny like some sauces.
The Black Mamba Wings is also a good choice if you're on a tighter budget.
Don't forget to order the Cloud 9 Connection, it's beer battered chocolates with ice cream and salted caramel that can give Wicked Oreos a run for its money :)

I love hidden stores. It's like all the goodness is just waiting to be discovered. Haha!

Same with this store. Located at Esteban Abada which is the street BEHIND all the food stores in Katipunan Ave. @-) B. Wings is a buffalo wings resto which offers lots of flavors including the Original Mild, Original Medium, P-Noy and (surprise surprise!) B-Nay! :))

Super witty hahaha! Anyway so since we were all hungry we decided to order two pounds of buffalo wings. That's 12 pieces in a bowl plus 1 dip of your choice (Blue Cheese, Honey Mustard and the Garlic something.. haha) priced at 230php. The girl said we can have 2 flavors in a pound so we tried 1 pound of Original Mild and 1/2 pound Caramelized Wings and 1/2 pound B-Nay :)) they all tasted good! Especially if you eat em with dips. Amaaaaazing!

Original Mild is already spicy so those very sensitive to spicy food don't go for Medium flavor na! My sister gave up on hers eh though I enjoyed mine :)) The Caramelized wings is one of the non-Spicy kinds they offer. It was sweet and it tasted good when dipped in the Honey Mustard! ;) the B-Nay flavor is Filipino style barbecue sauce. I do not like Binay the politician but I have to say masarap talaga yung chicken :)) Hehe.

Would definitely visit them again and try the other flavors :)) Like P-Noy hahahaha!

We ordered 2 pounds of wings. 1 pound has 12 wings each. We ordered special sauces: Caramelized, Black Mamba, P-Noy and Binay. Haha! They were all so good and had distinct tastes. It's better to dine with friends. :)
