For those who likes to try coffee shops aside from the usual, one can opt to try this shop! Located in D. Tuazon.

I could say that this coffee shop is a quite unique and offers good coffee.

I ordered hot mocha which offered creamy and sweet at the same time. The bitter taste of coffee is not highly appreciated and it doesn't seem to be that strong that can make you stay up late at night.

They also serve pasta, rice dishes and pastries but was not able to try since I came after eating lunch. 128514

They also have reliable internet and electric outlets for each table good for staying for work or having chats with friends. The lighting doesn't seem appropriate for studying. Their servers are also friendly at the same time. Parking is quite sufficient since it is the only store in the building. There are more room upstairs if the first floor is occupied.

Here's some minor driving glitch when you are coding and you are around A Bonifacio North Cemetery: it's safe to roam around the del monte- D Tuazon area! That's what i did. There are nearby ATMs too. But beware lang ha, the money you receive from machines, check them if they are damaged! I got one. The cafe noticed it! Good thing the bank was able to exchange it with a good one--able to catch them before closing!

Anyway, i went back to caerus with the new money and was able yo enjoy the internet and power outlets that they have. I was seated at the far end that time--mejo madilim. Hihi.

128204cappuccino
As always. This is good. This is always my default order. The owner seemed to have studied coffee beans. I heard them talking about it. Btw the owner is Chinese haha. He's the one who apologized to me because they cannot accept the "damaged" money.
Latte art,... Goood!

128204sans rival
I like the cashew and almonds (as toppings). At 140 the slice is quite big. However i find the meringue a bit old, i like it crunchy. Would you believe sans rival is a filipino dessert? Hahaha. It originated from the french pastry dacquoise. Thanks to wiki we could be more informed.

As always, this is a good tambayan place. 128540

I was supposed to stay at this cafe-bike store called Refuel but then the cafe was closed na. Though the server was still there, she told me that they close 7pm because they allot 1 hour for cleaning. Anyway, i will drop by nalang again.

I ended up at this good old cafe by d tuazon. I find myself going here everytime i feel tired and just want to relax and recharge. It's a friday night but i still have things to worry for saturday work,

I always have their cappuccino. When you talk to me about cappuccino, i could refer this to you. True to it that it's light. Good for the evening. If you smoke, there's a special room for you. Lol.

Again, the place is quiet. Stay on the second floor and enjoy the ambiance of wood and "bricks" you could actually watch a movie here cause wifi is great. Plus available power outlets so your electronics get to "rejuvinate" themselves. Haha. 128513

I thought to stay here for a while before attending a wedding. My previous coffee experience here was great. So i w really looking forward a notch higher customer service or at least at par as before.

The same order as last time cafe mocha. I was aghast when i saw my order. This bizzare looking latte art. Haha.
I immediately confronted my friends their guesses of what could it be
Sorting hat?
Pacifier?
Shit? 128169
Haha. I thought it's a developing embryo.. Seed?
Or is it another abstract? 128513

Well. They did not hesitate serving me this. The coffee did not taste much like before. More like chocolate. I like my previous experience with regards to the coffee.

I am definitely loving this place. It's a good thing there's not much people around here during sundays. No one to disturb you, just a quiet, dim , soft music that is really conducive for meditating or relaxing (except for the oxcasional laughing of the baristas on the 1st floor)
The latteart was done by barista edzel.
Cafe mocha since i want a little sweetness during solo times. Well. As i have said. Just a little sweetness. Truly it is. Not so much chocolate on this one. I'm putting this in my safe cafe mocha list. The coffee taste just appears right after the chocolate then every thing becomes one taste then gone! No streak left on your tongue.
Goals: think through ober the week. And i might just be successful today. 127881
Then later why not enhance music skills? Hmm..

Say a cup of cappuccino? Why not head to Caerus?

Caerus just had my craving for something light last night. Their cappuccino with that latte art made by Alex (not so sure if he's a barista or the owner) was light roasted.

Cappuccino vs. Caffe latte
Same amount of esspresso. Capp has more amount of milk foam and less amount of steamed milk while caf has the other way around.

I also ordered their apple-blueberry pie that evening. Partly air-filled but the crust was soo good. I say it is freshly made. The blueberries were more powerful than the apples. It also got some nicley chopped almonds inside.

They got a lot of beans ti choose fro. As well. The place is powered by wifi on all three areas: first floor, second floor and smoking area. Pretty comfy here.

I'm not a coffee-drinker, so I still have a lot to learn about third-wave coffee and well, coffee in general. But I am just really glad this coffee shop is just in my neighborhood. It's a quaint cozy place when I need to focus or get creative.

The owner is really nice, it's only my second visit there. The first time I only tried their cheesecake; today I tried their latte. He suggested I try it instead of the cappuccino I was going to order since I mentioned I want milk in it. I liked it. It had the usual coffee art and I have to note that it wasn't boiling hot (unlike some coffee shops that serve em so hot you can't even take a sip until after a few minutes). I would have wanted it warmer but I'm sure there was a reason for them to serve it at that temperature (didn't get to ask though).

Looks like I'm still getting a good sleep tonight, sometimes coffee makes me palpitate n stay awake but most times it doesn't have any effect on me other than making me happy to have a good drink. :)

Will definitely hang out here more often. It's been months since I last hung out in big coffee chains but I would gladly trade that for a cozier experience in cafes like Caerus! 128512

Caerus Coffee is one of those smaller cafes that surprise you. It's located somewhere really isolated, but I think that adds to their charm. I'm a big fan of cold brew blends, and theirs is just the perfect balance of strong coffee with a bittersweet aftertaste. The place is pretty quiet, which makes it perfect for people who just want to settle for a bit and relax.

this is a great find.

their black coffees are good:
kenya is their lightest roast
mountain is their darkest roast
el salvador has the citrus hint
i ordered brazil santos. it has a chocolatey hint.

i first ask if they have green tea. they have full leaf only. no matchas.

i liked what i ordered!

the cakes we ordered:
sans rival was like a yema cake. its not like the merengue type sansrival.

the food for the god: pinapples and cream. ok lng.

the carrot cake: was like pound cake. sweet. i like the wallnuts around it. sweet too.

the bluberry cheese cake was the best. they got it right with the slightly loose crust and creamy cream cheese

servers are all courteous. wifi available in first floor, second foor and smoking area. wow. isnt that great?!

going back here sometime!

This place is serious when it comes to coffee! Have you tried cold brewed coffee? it takes 6-8 hours to brew one.

When she started grinding the beans, then weighed it with a digital scale for jewelry, then weighed water too, my curiosity was more than aroused. Where do you see that nowadays? It was so clinical like some CSI experiment.

As you can see from the pix, shes doing it ever so gently with attention. You can see the care and passion in her eyes ... Where do you see that nowadays.

She then gave me a small portion to try the cold brew... It was interesting as it was actually sour and yet you taste the coffee beans. And the guy barista told me it comes from the calamansi shrubs that was near coffee tree that made it citrusy. I said good thing it wasn't ampalaya...

This place is only for serious coffee drinkers ... For the casual coffee drinkers or the wanna look cool crowd, stay somewhere else like those places with the green round logo...you wont enjoy the good coffee esp with the drowning milk in your cup.

I had a cup of coffee here but service took too long. Coffee was so-so and noticed some of their beans were quite oily already past optimum shelf life for a third-wave shop selling it at the price they wanted.

The ambiance was nice and the coffee was really good! The place was cozy and the lighting was good. It is really a good study place. My only concern is the place is pretty small. You have to come early if you want to get a seat.

Searching for a nightcap over the weekend led us to this newly opened coffee shop... Nondescript from the outside, though my bf and I did notice it previously due to the big tarpaulin outside... Announcement= Caerus Coffee!128513

I really just wanted coffee to go... I summoned my will power not to try any of their desserts... I just ordered the cafe latte from one of the waitresses, though I'm pretty sure one of the owners was acting as the barista... Much like Magnum Opus, where the owner was very hands on... The waitress seemed distracted and couldn't understand my questions about their coffee- she needs to work on that... But anyway, it's a relatively new place,so the training wheels are still on... 128690

My bf sat on their bar, as I examined the second floor of the small cafe... It was a bit bare, but they had very sturdy wooden tables (great for studying), adequate lighting, good music and fast, free wifi...128077

When I went back down, I saw my bf watching the barista/owner preparing the coffee... But I think the orders got lost in translation, my order was forgotten... But one of the owners (Carl) was very nice and invited us to try their Dark Horse blend, which is their own blend of beans... They used it to make my latte, and if I liked it, they would make it for me to go... I agreed and the cup pictured was what was presented to me...9749️ I'm not such a big fan of latte art, so a simple latte design is fine by me...128522

I have to say, I liked it!128077 I'm not sure what milk they use, but it tasted heavy yet silky at the same time... Their blend is just the right mix of dark and medium beans (IMO), not too acidic, goes down easy... This coming from a girl who prefers frou frou coffee!128540 My bf, who doesn't drink coffee, actually finished that cup for me... 128522 I enjoyed what I ordered actually and the price is comparable to other third wave coffee shops... Plus I enjoyed our short conversation with one of the owners regarding the third wave coffee shops he likes... I like people who are passionate about what they do, they give off a positive aura that's good to be around...128079

Weirdly enough, I'm easy to please... Good location, good product, simple ambience, reasonable prices, accommodating people, clean rest room, oh and parking space!128077 They can use a few tweaks here and there, but it's a good place to hangout or study... And bottom line is- they serve good coffee for me!128522

i always order cappuccino when at a coffee shop, and i have to say this does not disappoint. the foam is perfect, not bubbly or frothy like in most popular coffee shops, making it a delectable creamy sip. i believe that good coffee needs just a little sugar-- or none at all. in this case, the nuttiness and body of it was enough for me. (i'm guessing the espresso was topped with bitter cacao powder before the milk was added- but idk haha)

since it's still new, the place is very quiet, having less than a handful people the last time we were there on a weeknight. they have more seats at the second floor and a separate area designated for smoking.

the menu is short and simple, but good coffee doesnt have to be fancy :)

Outside the hustle and bustle areas of QC lies a new and cozy coffee shop. Caerus Coffee is located at D. Tuazon St. and for anyone who needs an escape from the busy city, this would be a good place to hang out.

I tried the recommended Capuccino while the wife had a Cafe Latté. Their coffee is made from Brazil Santos beans and has a unique chocolaty and strong coffee aftertaste. I really like it and just had to add a teaspoon of brown sugar to sweeten it a bit.

I'll definitely come back and try the other blended brew if it's available. We went too early in the morning and it wasn't ready yet. Nevertheless, it was a great coffee experience!

Tried the newly opened coffee shop in D. Tuazon. Ordered their Cafe Mocha and Mini Ensaymada. However the staff did not know how much the ensaymada was *face palm*.. Then I requested for a unique coffee art (for review purposes). I even asked the girl not to give me the regular heart designs. And I got this! What a way to leave an impression.. 128530
