Had a family dinner here before heading to watch the Selena Gomez Concert.

I enjoyed their Sinigang na baboy, Fried Pla pla, Gambas, Pinakbet and Arroz cubana.

Good service as well

Whenever we scout for a place that's cozy, comfortable, peaceful enough where we can set meetings and stay for a long while without bothering a lot of people waiting in line, Cafe Adriatico, wherever it may be, always comes to mind.

In all branches of Cafe Adriatico, I always notice how its sort of rustic and modern interior design combination gives it that formal and intimidating look. One may think twice that coming inside's a bit hard to do, but trust me, their people are always welcoming and ready to help with all your concerns.

My previous visit was with my best friend as we set a meeting with her gown designer. As expected, there weren't much people in the restaurant so we can stay for quite long and do our thing.

I ordered their Baked Salmon (in the photo) that came with some vegetables and a serving of mashed potatoes. I opt to go for the potatoes but you can choose to have some rice.

The salmon, that came with melted butter, was just OK for me. It was cooked really well, juicy and soft with every bite. My only comment is that it lacks a but of saltiness in it, the reason why there's some butter on the side as for me to mix it in, OK. But still, a little pinch of salt wouldn't hurt. Anyway, I really enjoyed its smell that was made even more delicious when I squeezed some lemon into it. Being a salmon lover, overall, I enjoyed the taste and the flavors that I had with this dish.

The sides were good add ons too! The veggies, including the cauliflower, beans and carrots were all steamed and flavored to perfection. The freshness, crunchiness, and crispness of each item's texture was really addicting. I made sure to savor every bite and munch that I did as a fan of veggies and indeed, I was happy.

The mashed potatoes were really good too. The texture was perfectly soft and there's this appealing moist with every bite I take. I really loved how it smelled so so good too, making me more into it. I added a bit of salt to gave it more taste though and my recommendation would include adding some cheese and bacon to make it more appetizing.

For the price of P495, it's already a good deal as it was presented and served well.

For the drinks, I ordered their Strawberry Banana Smoothie (no photo) for almost P200. It was so refreshing and filling in all its sense! Both bananas and strawberries were fresh, sweet and made even more tasty by the milk. The serving was good too as it can be shared by almost 2 people.

And of course, we couldn't miss dessert! With their glass case showing the yummy looking desserts that they have in the menu, our eyes fell for the Chocolate Decadence Cake (no photo) and man, we weren't wrong about it! For almost P200, it's heavenly in all its sense! The cake was so moist, chocolatey gooey and soft with every bite. The chocolate filling and syrup were legit, my oh my I loved the hint of caramel in between the layers. Definitely one of the best desserts that they have!

As always, Cafe Adriatico satisfied our tummies and actually gave us more than that with their accommodating wait staff and cozy place, there's always so much to go back for.

You can't really go wrong with the LJC Group. In this case, it's Abe and Cafe Adriatico at MOA. The violet soup is actually Pork Sinigang sa Ube. It's like gabi but violet. I liked it though because it's not too sour so you have the taste without having to make faces. Unfortunately, the lengua estofada in the foreground of the picture is no longer the lengua I remember. All in all, it was still a wonderful experience with the coffee to cap it all off and free sighting of veteran actor Lloyd Samartino...

Good spot to watch the annual pyromusical event in MOA. Reserve your seats early and enjoy your sumptuous dinner. Mouthwatering dessert, juicy steak and oh, that mushroom soup! Haven't had slurped that kind of perfection for a long time. Making this review just reminded me how that soup melted my heart. 127861128149

Had lunch here since we're craving Filipino food. They have a sumptuous menu. I would not recommend their palabok and salad as they came out with a small serving considering the price and really, nothing special. They have a winner Knockout knuckles, bicol express and bamboo rice.

Offering the exact dishes and drinks of Abe, I am quite disappointed upon eating here. I expected something different, but got surprised to see the same menu. Being under LJC, both restaurants (Abe and Cafe Adriatico) whipped up all-time Filipino favorites, from laing to crispy pata.

I still prefer Abe for its ambiance.

Food review:

Premiere salad. Wow! Fresh produce, from d mangoes, to the olives, the greens and d not soo overpowering dressing

Gambas! As in cooked with garlic n olive oil, my husband ate it until d last drop of sauce n garlic

Chicken a la king, the chicken fillet wrapped in breading was ok but d mashed potato was heavenly, u can substitute d mashed porato to fries or rice

Adobo rice with adobo spareribs n atchara was a diff twist from d usual adobo. Their spareribs were fried but d meat still tender, not tough. How did they do thar!?

Ensaymada was topped with more cheese than other commercialized ensaymada. Will be back for that.

Mango crepe for dessert, yum!

The experience was superb, service was top notch. Ambiance was classy. Will be back again

We ordered from both abe and cafe adriatico, so i am not sure which dish came from which resto..

Kinilaw na tanigue - not fresh AT ALL.. Very "lata"..

Caesar salad (or whatever salad it was) - here's a summary of how it went down.. The waiter serves the salad. We take a couple leaves each, and it was finished. I do understand that an order is for one serving, but that was just silly.. It wasn't even enough for a half a person!

Lengua - an order comes with a cup of rice and approximately 3 pieces of lengua.. It tasted ok, but 3 pieces was just not enough.. How do you budget 3 pieces of lengua for a cup of rice?!

Ox tail - really dry on one side and had a different color from the other side.. It was also a VERY small serving, just like all their other dishes..

Another dish which had beef, hotdogs, raw banana, and half a cabbage/pechay (literally) - it had this awful smokey or burnt taste..

It also took quite some time for them to serve the food.. Ok, it took a loot of time..

All in all, it was a really bad first experience.. To make things worse, there was a bunch of kids running around, shouting, and playing inside the resto.. It was REALLY annoying. It wasn't the restos fault though, just some irresponsible parents that can't control their children..

My boyfriend and I keep coming back to Cafe Adriatico for their crispy pata, the best in town! :) I'm rating 5 stars because of that. When we dined here, it was almost closing time, so we like had the restaurant and the waiters to ourselves. Hehehe.

It was near closing time and were actually really hungry after shopping. We were looking for a decent place to eat and decided to eat here. I love the ambiance of the place because its really cozy. It is also connected to the Abe restaurant which expanded their menu so theres more choices. We ordered the ribs adobo, salpicao and plapla all of which were delicious. I love the adobo personally because of its sauce.

Who would have thought that anything could go wrong with a simple order of pan de sal and quesong puti with hot choco? Unfortunately, the bread is not hot, and the hot choco is barely lukewarm.. Service is also bad.. We were initially seated on a table with direct sunlight and it was only upon repeated prodding before we were transferred to another table. Servers were also not attentive. Definitely not a place I would bother to try again..

had our lunch here with my family.

ordered pinaputok na plapla, sinigang na baboy, shanghai, kare-kare, sisig and crispy pata.

food tastes great. typical filipino recipe.

but what turned us off was the service:
- they served almost all of dishes but didnt served the rice, we have to wait for 10 minutes. ordered another set of extra rice and yes more minutes were wasted.
- they forgot to serve the bagoong of kare kare and we have to remind them over and over again
- they served the crispy pata when were about to finish all our plates/dishes
- they only have 2 service crew on the floor, and that was on a sunday, december, lunch time - PEAK hour 128078

rated this 3 stars because i liked the food, maybe will just try to dine here again but not on a peak time so our orders will be handled properly.

When I tried the Lola Ising's adobo which was served with crunchy pork on top of adobo rice cooked with lots of garlic, I'm sure I'll come back for more. The serving was generous and the taste was extraordinary; meat was tender and at the same time crunchy; it's as if I haven't tasted any adobo that good in my entire life (well of course, excluding our family recipe) but their adobo is really too good to pass up. This is not a hype build up, I'm serious! Hehe! Also try their sansrival, one of the best I've tried so far. Two thumbs up! 128077128077
