A good place to chill with great tasting coffee, yummy cakes and cookies! My friend was very picky with his choice of food, but he loved their carrot cake! My daughter also loves their chewy cookies! As for the baristas? When I visited the place, they were all smiling and very accommodating.. I would definitely go back to this place once in a while!

Coffee's pretty cheap but, you do get what you pay for. Their Choco Truffle Cellato tasted like a very watered down version of Starbucks' basic Mocha Frappe. Kind of regretting that I bought a bag of their ground coffee although I'm still hoping that it'll taste better.

Service is pretty blah. Their baristas are no different than your average fast food joint service crew. Lots of loud gossiping, whining and calling each other "beh".

No ambiance to write about - dilapidated chairs, cracked tiles and the absence of mood music.

Will not be back.

Not really your typical artisanal and craft coffee. Was told by my office mate before that I should try their Iced Caramel Macchiato since it is their best. Tried it just now even I'm not a fan of sweet coffee. Well, it was indeed nice but just too sweet for me. Maybe Iced Caramel Macchiato with less caramel? Is there such a thing? Haha! It a must try for those with sweet tooth with coffee. I still prefer a hot latte with just something sweet cake rather than a sweet coffee. Five star for the coffee but three star for the staff. Since the barista there just hated the world so much. Really? Since we went inside until we went out, I haven't seen them smile to any of the customers. May galit lang sa mundo? Haha!

Premium coffee taste in a not so premium location. Their location makes me hesitant to try it until I invited my friend to risk trying it and since I heard from my officemates that their coffee is the best. Well yeah, their coffee is good. I ordered Latte and my friend ordered Macchiato. They also use Philippine homegrown coffee beans. I wanted to buy some of their coffee grinds but they don't have the coarse grind, I think, only whole bean and fine grind. I just hope, just hope, that they move to another better location maybe up in SM Aura or inside Market2x.

In terms of looking for a place to chill, Cafe de Lipa is one of the good choice! Their frapps are the best and definitely tastes like Starbucks frapps. It's very affordable and they also offer a free wifi. I was just expecting too much for their pastries but I didn't find it worth it for the price.

Revisiting Cafe de lipa after almost a year. I used to go here to get my morning coffee when I'm still working around the area.

Last night, i bought a tall iced chocolate cream frappe and a dulce de leche bar. Too bad the only cheesecake they had was the blueberry ones (but i preferred plain nowadays).

The cafe was neat and cute, but they don't have a bathroom. The servers/baristas were both chic (ehem ehem Roegan T, EJ D).

The dulce de leche bar was fairly great. Although it was too sweet and quite tough, I really like it. The drink on the other hand, tastes like Emperador at first sip. Wow alcoholic chocolate cream frappe! 128517128517128517 I thought it was just the first taste but the more I sip it, the more it tastes like brandy. Nyay! 128584

So I mixed it well and sooner it tastes better. Maybe the chocolate they used was too strong, that's why it tasted like brandy?

Their chocolate chip cookie is good but the drinks that we ordered is just an ordinary cup of iced coffee. Not that expensive though. Nice place to chill and study. :)

Cafe de Lipa is the best place to find authentic kapeng barako. I can guarantee that coffee addicts will love this place. Everything they offer is just heavenly, from coffee to pastries... Divine!

Cafe de Lipa offers Kapeng Barako, which I think is one of the best and strongest tasting coffee. My granny calls it "Ang kapeng ayaw magpakape sa pait."

The cafe was overall plain looking (which I actually liked) quiet, had comfy seats, reasonably priced drinks, the AC setting was set just right. Not too cold, not too warm. Just perfect for the rainy weather. And I had my sweater on. The baristas were a little snobbish though.

I wasn't in the mood for a strong bitter coffee, I had Cafe Mocha.

My friend from Norway got Barako Joe, which is the plain black barako coffee (Since the very reason why we came here was for his Kapeng Barako experience, the unadulterated Kapeng Barako it is.) He is fond of strong, black aromatic coffee, but he said he finds this too strong, and doesn't suit his taste. So he put just a wee bit of sugar and milk into the mug. He liked it this time. (They provide sugar and milk so customers can mix them into the coffee to their likings. 128077)

I like drawings on my coffee haha 128513 Their Cafe Mocha was good 128522 It had the right bittersweet-ness.

Didn't try their sweets though. They just look so sad and dry on the display. Maybe next time I will.

Free wifi 128077 and its local 10084

If you're a fan of "kapeng barako" then this is the place to go. Strong coffee it is! I just don't like the place, its small. It's air-conditioned but its kinda warm there.

Oh God.. It's my first time here. I ordered the counterpart of my favorite frappe in SBucks, DARK MOCHA!! Unfortunately, their (Cafe de Lipa) frappe made me and my friend feel sick.. There's something in their coffee mix or did they put something "alcoholic" thingy (a rhum? Or is it the almond flavor?) in there. It's worst. That feeling of having a hangover after drinking it.. And also, there is this aftertaste that was not that satisfying, a "kapeng barako" tastes like an over riped mango?! Hindi na mkakaulit! 128534 Anyway.. Thanks for the free WiFi though it's a bit slower connection (negative still?) 128513128566
As for their crews, they have pretty baristas infairness..BUT! But.. Totally a snob. Not approachable. (Seriously, i'm still on the negative side)
