Their mango cheesecake is to die for..
Brownies (forgot the complete title though) not that sweet
But since I'm not a chocolover I'll go for the mango cheesecake
The ice so thin literally melts in your mouth
The cheesecake ai ang sarap!!!!
Price not that bad cause it's really delicious and their small serving is enough na rin for 2 person

JUST. TRULY. FABULOUS. BINGSUS.

First class ingredients and presentation. Efficient and friendly servers. Clean and well-ventilated. Well-priced and generous servings.

So sad they have no branch in Quezon City. Boo. 128557

For a Korean dessert experience I guess this is a must visit kinda place. I loved every moment of eating Bingsu! I brought my family here for them to try this Korean Dessert Place and they loved it!

I was just craving for something really cold to beat off this Manila heat, then I remembered this quaint Korean cafe. They serve bingsu with different flavors, toppings and sizes.

Their best seller is the Mango Cheesecake, it came in a silver bowl and was definitely overflowing with fixings like mangoes, cheesecake bits and nuts. It melts in your mouth and it doesn't feel shaved at all.

Sadly, the mangoes that they used on my Bingsu was not ripe so I didn't quite enjoy what was supposedly a sweet ending. It's kind of has just that bite that contrasts this delectable dessert.

It does take time to create the Bingsu but totally worth the wait.

Tip: One small serving can be shareable by two people, or by one hungry foodie. Bingsu is a little hard to eat without your toppings falling all over the table. Put your table napkin below your bowl so in case your toppings fall, you can still eat them! 128521They also have savory Korean dishes but I still haven't tried them. 128522

Went back to try a different flavor. Today I tried Berry Cheese Bingsu. Their very delicious shaved ice topped with blueberries and strawberries. Strawberries are kind of sour (my friend said strawberries were not fresh anymore) but I don't mind, I still love strawberries. 127827 The sourness was balanced by the shaved ice anyway. 128521 Not to mention the whipped cream on top, which I think is infused with berry flavor, and also, the bite-sized cheesecake which adds flavor to the bingsu. Overall, I love bingsu!!!!!! Will definitely go back until I try all the flavors. 128516

Some of our friends aren't really for our lakads. Imagine how many times I've been telling them to try OnBoard but we always end up being just three girls who wanna kill time. From four girls down to three, we need to change plans and proceed to plan D (just imagine the frustrations).

Cafe seolhwa, yay. I tried the choco bing su, so now, we tried the Mango and the Berry Cheese Bing su. The mango bing su was so delish I forgot to take a pic of it (naglilihi ata ako sa manga). It was sweet and smooth perfect for the weather. And it has a generous serving for Php165.

The berry cheese was not my choice. But, I also wanna try it so I nodded. It looks so beautiful when it was served (i don't know what happened in the pic) so I asked permission from my friends if I could take a picture of it. Ha.

I was disappointed. I was expecting authentic berries (lol hanggang saan aabot and 260 pesos mo) but the berries tasted like preservatives(except for the strawberries). We had canned/jarred berries in our house so I know the tastes of each. It's not really that expensive to buy a big can/jar of each berries so I was wondering "why the price?""" But I let it all go. The flavored whipped cream is my favorite part. The cheesecake bites tasted meeeh too.

I should have fought for my strawberry bing su :(

But anyway, the service is great. The free use of their selfie sticks also added a star. Although we didnt use it.

Koreans are cute too. Especially the dramas and kpop videos on their tv. Ha.

The place was cramped and stuffier than what we're used to when looking for a place to relax and chat during our cheatdays.

Service was decent, although we didn't feel much warmth and enthusiasm from the staff when handling the patrons. I most definitely think it's their work place that they have to contend with.

The Bing Sus were okay. Snow flaky and subtly flavored and not as sweet, just how we like it. Compared to Ho Bing, however, the ice wasn't as creamy and flavorful. It was more diluted for our palates.

After eating all that oily food from LPS and actually begging K not to put anything in my plate anymore, we found ourselves here. 128514 Not necessarily good for my very swollen throat, but YOLO!

I had their bingsu with mochi with Chichi T the first time I was here, and I actually wanted to order that. But my throat is sort of drying up too apart from being swollen, and I didn't want to cough all night just in case the powders get stuck in my throat or something 128514

We got their mango and cheese bingsu instead. I really loved the sweet mangoes, and the shaved milk ice. The cheesecake though was a bit crumbly.. Sort of like powdery. Maybe I'll just get the mango one next time. 128517

Would have rated it higher if the cheesecake was good. The store itself also looks like the staff couldn't care less to make sure that everything's clean and sparkly. Plus the old ref beside the innermost table is just.. 128529

Finally tried the Bingsu dessert, and I liked it 128522

Been wanting to order the Green Tea Bingsu but it's not available. I was told by the server that not all items are available in this branch since it's only a franchised location.

And so we ordered Choco Bingsu (P180). Good thing my workmate and I decided to share just the solo order because we were still full from our dinner at HITW. The good for 1 bingsu can actually be shared by 2 to 3 people unless you really crave for it so much.

This dessert is perfect for hot weather. The choco bingsu has whipped cream with choc syrup, brownies, crushed cookies, chocolate shaved ice and surprise chocolate cornflakes (koko krunch) inside. I really like the texture of the shaved ice. It's nothing like I've had before. You can actually notice the smoothness everytime you scoop it. The wonderful shaved ice goes well with the koko crunch & the whipped cream. Really yum128156 I didn't enjoy the crushed cookies & the brownie. They were just so-so so I skipped them, plus they make the bingsu messy to eat.

Place is a bit small but they also have tables in the middle of the mall to accommodate more customers. There are selfie sticks in the order counter that customers could borrow. Service was fast & friendly. Good to know there's a branch nearby. Gotta try the Green Tea Bingsu soon!128522

After my dinner, i know where to proceed. 128522 Located near rustans supermarket, one might percieve this to be another ordinary dessert place. Nothing fancy about this place besides hd korean pop video playing constantly on tv and a selfie stick at the counter. This place is good enough for 7 groups. 128522 But im not here for the ambiance. Im here for their Bingsuuuu. 128522

I order my all time favorite mango cheese bingsu at P240, this was my default order all the time, im not sure about other flavors but i fancy this one. Ita just a regular size good for 1 but its enough for 2 as well.

I thought their place was big, but anyhow, the size of their place doesn't matter because they offer great shaved ice treat. Besides their bingsu offerings, they have cakes, french toast, ddeokboki, and would even lend their monopod for their customers. We tried their Mango and Choco Bingsu. Both of which are regular size and it was more than enough for the four of us. The Mango Bingsu has big chunks of mangoes from both the top and bottom part and seriously fine shaved ice. The Choco Bingsu on the other hand has all the chocolate stuffs you can think of. Even the shaved iced is chocolate itself, it has chocolate coated cereal, with brownies, cashew and to top it off with crushed oreos and whipped cream with chocolate syrup. Sweetness overload! 128525 With the weather being all hot nowadays, this is a good alternative to beat it!! 127847

Went at 5pm today, Wednesday. Not a lot of people so I was able to study on a corner booth. This is my second time here and I noticed they added a few seats outside since the place is pretty small. They don't have the green tea bingsu and will never have it. They say because they are a franchise outlet. The servers were very attentive. They even gave me a free latte. Said they were practicing making lattes.

I ordered mango bingsu this time. Single size only for P160. I love it! The size is just right for me. Mangoes were sweet with some sour pieces but that's fine for me.

After I was done with my bingsu and latte, they served me a cup of water without me asking for it. So nice the servers ha! And to think I stayed for about 2 hours there. Haha! Maybe their way of telling me to leave na?! Either way, I still appreciate it.

Finally got the chance to try this!!!!!!!

My friends have been talking about this bingsu and I must say that this one is really good. I tried strawberry bingsu (which is one of their best sellers) and my friend tried mango bingsu. The strawberrries were a bit sour but it's fine since I really love strawberries. But if you're not a fan of sour food, mango bingsu is a good choice since it is sweet.

Aside from the strawberry bingsu, mango cheese and choco brownie were their best sellers. Definitely coming back to try other flavors! 128077🏼

Four stars for this review just because they did not turn on the aircon. But then again, the dessert is reallyyyyy good. 128523

So there when i was just about to do my errand, lo and behold there's cafe seolhwa, And there goes the light eating :).

I remember reading a review on this and i decided to try their mango cheese bingsu at 200 something.

The place was packed with koreans which was a good indication that it really is good. Just a tip, always ask for a cup since at first its really hard to eat on the bucket, my ice cream almost fell over.... :( glad that i catch it, yes, ice cream on my bare hand :)

It was a great experience overall. I will definitely come back.

I love bingsu! First time here. I tried the strawberry bingsu which is their best-seller daw. I was gonna order the green tea flavor but it was not available. Waiting time is about 15-20mins though. They tell you naman so you know if you will wait a while. I got a table right away though the area is pretty small. Better go on off peak hours. The strawberries were surprisingly sweet but small in size so it's probably locally sourced. Shaved ice was so so fine and the sweetness is just right for me. I don't like it too sweet.

They let you use their selfie-sticks for your photo ops. They have kpop magazines too. And tv that shows kpop of course.

I really enjoyed my visit here and will definitely visit again and try another bingsu flavor.
