I love this place! It may just be a pop-up resto but the entire place gives a homey feel, making it a perfect choice for when I want to study or just to kill time. And I made it a point to try all of their toasts.. savory and sweet. I think it's their toasts that people go back to. This time I tried their Strawberry and Matcha toast and I didn't expect it to be this good! Looking forward to more Cafe Shibuya toasts!

Ordered this Strawberry Matcha Toast for dessert! It costs 245 regular size good for sharing. I love how they baked their bread, it is so moist and soft! Because I love green tea and strawberry, I definitely loved this one. Price is a little expensive but their foods and desserts are worth a try!

I was excited to try this place after reading all the looloo reviews.

So, I tried the following:

Chicken Parmigiana - seasoned breaded chicken with homemade sauce, topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese served with a side of corn salsa.

I'm giving it 3stars. The chicken looks like it's been inside the fridge for a long time (freezer burned meat). I tried to taste the chicken alone without the breading and it doesn't taste anything. It maybe filled with breading, sauce and cheese but the meat is still bland. I liked the salsa though!

Ferrero Hazelnut Toast - 2pcs of Ferrero Rocher chocolate on a bed of Nutella and diced peanuts with vanilla ice cream.

4stars! Reviews were right, it was good! It was the highlight of my visit. I'd order it again.

Premium Dark Chocolate Latte with Espresso- Ghirardelli dark chocolate with steamed milk and espresso.

3stars. I couldn't taste the coffee, I think they added too much milk.

Overall, my rating for this visit is 3stars. I'd go back to try some of the items on the menu.

One down from my must-try list! 128526

Cheers! 127866

Strolled in Trinoma to canvass gifts for my kid patients last week and that many people in the mall doing their last minute Christmas shopping added extra draining energy on me. I thought of which new place to try and can't think of one until i passed by Cafe Shibuya. I've always been curious about what they offer so there i went. 128517

First thing, the place is very open to everyone. They're like a stall in the middle of the shopping corridors. This I don't like much. I wouldn't want some acquaintances seeing me eating alone. Haha medjo awkward. 128514 #foreveralone

I tried their bestseller, forgot the name basta it had kimchi rice and fried pork liempo, and I thought it was good! The kimchi rice tasted legit and I liked that it was not too spicy for my low tolerance. Just enough to keep me scratching my head. Tolerable 128514 I liked the liempo (had the crispy pata crunch) that came with it . Serving was pretty filling and loved how crispy the skin was. 128061

Service was quite slow. My food arrived after maybe at least 20 minutes. My bottomless water also did not arrive when I needed it. I had to keep on asking for refills. Idk if it's because I sat at one corner or they're just not paying too much attention. 128532

Will come back to try their dessert toasts!

I missed Cafe Shibuya after 2 years of not going here. I think I've been to UPtown branch twice and now here at TriNoma branch.

I just woke up that afternoon then went straight to Trinoma after taking bath coz one of my friends was already there. We had window shopping while waiting for the others. Got tired and hungry while walking, we decided to have snack first but can't decide where to go. After a couple of minutes of roaming around, we found Cafe Shibuya and seated. Place was small and the staff were good.

We ordered Regular Mango Caramel Toast for the two of us and I order Chocolate Matcha Latte while waiting for the toast. Love the Latte, it's rich in chocolate and matcha flavor. Good drink for this season. On the other hand, Mango Caramel Toast was delicious too. Crispy toast on the outside, soft and fluffy in the inside.

I still prefer the UP town branch tho.

Nothing extraordinary on the drinks we ordered (Below Zero and Chocolate Green Tea). I'm not sure if I'll come back for more. 128529

I was two hours early for the event so I looked for a place where I can get good desserts. I was on my way to Sonja's but I passed by Cafe Shibuya and decided to eat here.

Got my favorite dessert toast, Ferrero Hazelnut, regular size for PHP275. It has two pieces of Ferrero Rocher chocolates on a bed of nutella with some diced peanuts. Chocolate heaven! What I really like about this dessert is the toast. It helps pull back the sweetness from all the chocolate. Plus, the toast was really good. Had a regular ice cream on the side for PHP35. Pretty solid dessert.

Happy customer!

It was after all not a plan to have met with friend in college. Since I had a scheduled leave, and I no longer have any plans to go somewhere, I did not reject offer of meetup. The plan however is to buy some party stuff and made some extortion some sort of. Well we did purchase less than Php 300 anyway. Since it was a treat, I humbly let the one to decide where to have my little snack. Recommended Cafe Shibuya, just a bistro location this one offers a 5% service charge in any meal you ordered. Had anyway Strawberry Matcha Toast. Didn't order anything else since I was too intimidated to add something since I am not used to being treated anyway. Well the ala carte was good for two so we just shared the meal. Matcha still Matcha in its natural taste, there were nuts and cream to try the combination. The Toast was probably quite a loaf in its small size though it was well topped with sliced strawberries which weren't sour nor sweet. Overall the experience was quite not remarkable though I still recommend visiting this one for others to encounter their delectable desserts.

I love Cafe Shibuya but TRINOMA BRANCH SERVICE SUCKS. 15 mins for a lava cake turned out to be almost 30 mins, asking for the bill, 10 mins before hey give it. Not eating in a branch where they dont care abt the value of time.

Pardon the mess! As I had to not only double but triple check it! 128078128078128078

Ordered the triple black cake which was described in their menu as something like...molten cake that just oozes as you slice it (something like that!) and so after waiting for it for like 20-25mins as again described that it is made to order, unfortunately, I was so dissapointed, it was NOT as what I expected, the middle part was actually "raw", "undercooked" "mushy" and disgusting to eat! (Sorry for the strong words) BUT damn! That was a waste of my 165php! tsk..tsk...128527128527128527

I like their new menu! Ordered something different aside from their usual toasts (which I all love btw) and it paid off! Baked salmon was yummm. Oh and they have the best coffee here! Their frappes are even better than Starbucks (to me anyway!)

Minus one star for inconsistency because when we ordered it again (went back the same week haha) second time around, my friend ordered the baked salmon and it had too much of the cheese compared to the last time I ordered it. But it was still good!!

Went here with my sister last Tuesday wheb I was in Manila. 128516

I usually order their signature toasts but my sister insisted on trying something else, and I'm glad we did. We sampled some of their new menu items, Baked Salmon and Tebasaki Chicken! Both were absolutely delicous! 1008410084100841008410084

Was sad though they didn't have a |ooloo special in this branch. But overall, I still loved it! 128525128525128525

We had their best seller Original Shibuya Honey Toast; the Regular serving was good for sharing, it came with two scoops of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream on the side. Surprisingly not too sweet for me and i enjoyed the crunchy top and very moist bottom of the toast.

We also had their Summer garden pasta and it was perfectly done, Italian way 128077🏼

Will go back to try their Egg's Benedict next time 128522

Their Strawberry Quinoa Salad in terms of flavor was the bomb! The dressing was a strawberry vinaigrette dressing that added so much flavor to the salad. I loved every bit of it! The only downside was the quinoa, it was a little bit under than I expected but if it was pulled off I'm sure it'll be so much better.

It was yummy but a bit too expensive. Their toast does not look toasted to me, it was white compare to the one on the picture. Our order of Mango Caramel Toast also took too long, they forgot our orders. I do want to try their drinks and other food next time.
