I seriously havent had Chinese food in a long time. Well besides the time I went to Divisoria. But I heard some commenta before that Via Mare wasnt as good as it was before. But when I ate there a couple of days ago,it still tastes the same too me!

In the picture we had the lemon chicken. It was alright. Since yes it still tasted the same!!

We asked them though not to put MSG in it 128514

The worst Via Mare ive ever been. Ang layo ng quality of food and service from other via Mare. I wont be surprised if malugi ito. Price ng food nila sobra mahal for the quality. This is maybe to compensate sa sobrang wala ng customer gusto kumain doon. Dinner time all restos are full, sila when we went in, there was no one there.

Mas masarap pa ang Tapa ng Sinangag Express tapos price nung kanila is 300+.

Dont waste your money here.

Will never go back.

It's my first time to eat here at Cafe Via Mare with my sister-in-law. They serve ordinary filipino food and the price isn't that reasonable. I tried their Arroz Ala Cubana, it's just plain rice, ground beef, a sunny side up and fried bananas. It costs 285. Upon ordering, we asked the waiter first if it's really pure beef because as muslims we really are very careful on what we eat especially when we dine outside. On the menu it says beef then when we asked the waiter he said it's pork. Then we told him to double check. He came back and said it was beef. Ughhh! Even the waiting staff doesn't know the food that they serve. Another minus. When the food was served I was disappointed again, the food looks unappetizing. The ground beef was just pure fried ground beef. It's like no one even put an effort just to make it taste good, it was plain and very dry! Ugh! You can see it on the photo I posted. Look how the way they topped up the egg. Then my sister asked for a bottled water they served an unchilled one then my sister asked for a cold one, the waiter said they don't have one. Talking about service. They don't even have WiFi. The heck! Haha! This was an unforgivable experience for us, first timers. I hope they'll improve on the fodd and their service.

We came in for Sunday lunch and the greatest disappointment of this visit was that they were out of crispy pata. Baked oysters were also not available, only fresh ones. So, we had to do without what would have been the highlights of the meal. The ones we ordered that they did have were kare-kare, tortang talong, monggo soup, and crispy binagoongan (which served as our crispy pata substitute).

All time fave resto for puto bumbong, bibingka and palabok. I like also their pork and chicken adobo and caldereta. Tried this branch for the first time and liked because it's not busy.
