I think this is the nicest cafe france branch i've ever seen. And before i begin with my review, just wanna put it out there: The booth seating is super nice because they have power outlets beside you. I mean literally beside you, not on the lower wall part, it's really beside you where you can see it! So if you guys are looking for a place to charge, this is the place, without the shame like "omg I'm stealing their electricity" haha.

Anyway, I started with salad and soup. Complimentary basket of bread came in first then the soup. Soup was awful. Tasted like it's powder mixed with hot water. And nope, water's not even enough. Corn soup tasted too thick and salty. Didn't even finish half of the bowl. And then the salad came. It was delicious. So far, i like the salad than the soup. Then it took 45 minutes after my salad for my lasagna to arrive. When it arrived it didn't even look presentable. The plate was oily and looks like burnt cheese on the side, then in the middle it was not warm enough. I mean it's not like ice cold, but felt like it came from the fridge or freezer. 128555

If not for the generous outlet placement for free electricity offer, i would have given only 1 star haha

Ugh. So full. <Php200 food is so worth. But there were far too many onions on my Carbonara. Also, it's such a noisy place. We couldn't focus.

Super hated!
There were six of us. We ordered one brewed coffee, one cappuccino, three hot chocos, one four seasons juice, and one croissant.

Fast forward, all were already served except the cappuccino. The server even acknowledged na may kulang pa.

After a looong time, wala pa rin! They were all finished na but my cap still wasnt served. I went to the counter.

Me: miss pafollow up yung cappuccino, tapos na kasi silang lahat wala pa yung sakin.
Girl: ha? Ah.. Sige ma'am gagawin na po.

So I went back to my seat outside, but seeing the whole counter, got frustrated that no one was tinkering with the machine and pushing the friggin button for one measly cup of cap.

Went back inside.

Me: miss, wala pa?
Girl: (to the other girl) pagawa naman yung cappuccino.

Went back outside to my seat to wait.
Still, wala pa din!!!

So I went back AGAIN, and said:
Me: pacancel na lang. Ang tagal e lahat sila tapos na wala pa rin.
Girl (tothe other girl): pacancel na lang daw.

Went back to my seat to wait for the refund to be given. Guess what, WALA PA RIN!!!

So, went inside again and said:
Me: ate, pwedeng paprocess na?? Aalis na kami! (All the while trying very hard to keep my cool)

So the girl went to the cashier and started punching, and FINALLY gave me my refund after seeing na binantayan ko talaga for them to do it.

Ni isang SORRY wala akong narinig. Tsk.

Pinoy really love Christmas Shopping to the last minute! 128514 That's why I need a place where I can rest for a while. 128522

Decided to go @ Cafe France simple because I saw a "French Donuts" (aka Cronuts) on their display.

- It was small. A little bit messy. 128533

- Though, they're friendly and cheerful! 128513128077

- Ordered their Cafe Latte (105 pesos) and Salted Caramel French Donuts (100 pesos).

I was disappointed with their Cafe Latte since there's no Latte Art. 128514128517 Another thing is their glass. It was placed in a tall glass. I think it's not the proper container for that? I can't sip the drink since the glass was really hot. 128557 Taste wise, OK lang. 128517

Their French Donuts on the other hand was reallllllyyyyy chewy (?) but flakey. I don't know if I just had a bad batch, but I can't seem to enjoy it. 128542 Except the Salted Caramel taste, it's not the Salted Caramel that I'm looking for but I can really taste the saltiness in the caramel so it's a plus points to me. 128513128077

Exact 10am Latrell Joshua L and I were at SM megamall and we still haven't taken our breakfast. We end up at Cafe France.

Were the first customer and the place was just small but clean. I love the designs on their walk .. makes you feel like in France.

Ordered my favorite carbonara with garlic bread. Every time I was in NAIA it is my usual breakfast there.127860128522128077

I 10084️ their carbonara
