I was too early to meet my friends at SM BF last time so I decided to kill time at Caffe Bene.

I ordered Blueberry Latte. While I was waiting for my drink, I took a glance at the interiors of the cafe. Very chic and modern! It has a vintage European feel with a twist of cute stuff. It's very relaxing here. If it's just near my office, this could be my tambayan. I think I can work and even study here.

I loved my drink - not too sweet! Very refreshing as well. I actually consumed it in no time. I was planning to buy another drink, but I then I thought 2 drinks would be too much. Hi, fats. 128541

I liked that they have books on their shelves. I think you can borrow them. I actually tried reading one of the books, entitled Betrayal. 128584

Anyway, Caffe Bene has smoking room. Interesting! It's just amazing that they have super big space. They also have communal tables!

I saw from the couple beside me that this cafe also serves bingsu. I think they have Strawberry, Coffee, and Cookies 'n Cream bingsu. Must be a Korean cafe, I told myself.

P.S. Caffe Bene also serves gelato. This I might try next time. 128517

It's been a while since I last visited this place. Went here to work. It's actually a good place to study/work since it's quiet like a library (minus the books).

Ordered their liege waffle and caramel cinnamon honey bread for snack. I really liked their waffle since it's not too sweet but it's flavorful. The bread was huge. I wasn't able to finish it. Probably because I already had too much sweets. 128517

The only thing I don't like about this place is that they still don't accept credit card payment. I really don't know why but I also didn't bother to ask. 128516

Went back to my old study place yesterday. It was a bit full went i got there at around 3 pm so i wasn't able to stay in my favorite area just beside the smoking area (yes they do have a smoking area). Te seats were all occupied, so for the first time i sat beside the counter. There was still an outlet so no issues from my side.

I found 3 main differences being seated at the counter. First one would be the temperature, as i've noticed that the inner area was actually colder. Might be because i was nearer to the door, and so the warm air outside was coming in. Secondly, the background noise would change from nice kpop music to either blender sounds or silence. Definitely a different type of audio distraction. Just take your pick. Finally, and probably the most obvious one, it's easier to call the attention of the staff if you needed something. At the back, they usually just go there to either clean up when someone has left or if they want to smoke (which i believe is after their shift already, or maybe they weren't part of caffe bene's staff).

I ordered my usual, the caffe mocha but went with hot instead of iced because i thought it was going to be cold. Might be a bit too sweet on your first sip, so try mixing it first. But other than that, smooth sailing. Like it.

Next visit, might go for one of their bingsus. We'll see. Great study place still and nice vibe. That's it. Take care everyone! :)

Coffee is an experience, a journey of senses as most might say. Which am happy to say Caffè Bene more than brings to the table.

The ambience is cool and relaxed, with the light jazz music to fill your senses. Cozy chairs with the rustic feel bring it all together, to top it all the is even a tree in between bookshelves. Bookshelves filed with interesting books you can read.

Service is nice and friendly, since it was my first time here it took me awhile and alot of questions to finally decide what I want.

Coffee is good, the best basis for this. If their espresso is good, then everything else will be.

Something to eat?! In the mood for something savory? Sweet? Pastry? Ice cream? They have the likes of that here.

Personally went with their red velvet and espresso. Which was delicious, might get since gellato afterwards. Cream cheese.

Conclusion - a good place to chill and relax.

P.S - Bring someone along, since most of their offerings are to share. Free WiFi I'd also a nice touch.

Smoking Area - another nice touch for those who wanna smoke while drinking coffee.

Community Board - it's nice to see they have our here, where you can put up your pictures or just about anything you wanna share with others. Had this feeling of bringing people together.

Now who is up for jazz nights?

Loving the Korean vibe here. As expected, the coffee, green tea, and pastries were good, and so was their gelato! You can even have a belgian waffle topped with gelato if you've got the appetite 128522 For something unique, try the misugaru latte. I'm guessing its a mix of ground barley, wheat, oats, and steamed milk. Gave me this soothing feeling in my tummy 128512.

This is another place that served patbingsu early. And when i say early, i mean before the seolhwa explosion and before snow ice was the expected standard for bingsu. So their bingsu still uses the coarser halo halo type of shaved ice. But nevertheless its still worth a try! And do note, their bingsu servings are HUGE! 128077

Ordered caramel cinnamon honey bread for an afternoon snack.

I was expecting it to be too sweet given that it has caramel and honey, but it was actually just right for me. It's also huge so I think it's worth the price of P175. Match it with americano and you'll get a good combo. 128522

What I love about this coffee shop is their lemon merengue! I like the sweet lime goodness it brings! Aside from that, I also love how intimate and cozy their place is. This is my favorite coffee tambay place :)

Cafe Bene's Cafe Mocha snatched the number 1 spot from CBTL (Coffee Bean).

It was my first time trying out this Korean inspired Coffee Shop, I am just delighted when I saw how cozy and not crowded the place is. Smokers would also like that they have a special space in this coffee shop.

The best part is it's not too expensive as well. The cafe mocha 145php and I think it's best paired with their new, as per staff, Blueberry Lemon Tart 140php.

I also loved that I didn't have to request for extra milk and for it to be not too hot. The blend was just perf for my liking.

Sure hope they'll have more cozy shops nearby, Macapagal perhaps? Hehe 1281499786

Sunday date with my daughter led us to Caffe Bene! She wanted some ice cream and I wanted some coffee/tea. Caffe Bene was the perfect place!

We fell in love with the interiors of this place! Combining fake greenery with wooden furnishings, shelves, books, paintings and perfect lighting! Oh so nice! The space was narrow but they were able to design it so well. One part will give you the usual caffe feel. Some more steps and you will be taken to this space that has long tables and cozy chairs, so homey and so inviting.

Cherienne tried almost all of their gelato flavors before deciding to get a scoop of blueberry and strawberry. Not the best gelato but it was okay.

I got myself a cup of Green Tea Latte. It was a little watery, I guess. The matcha was there but it lacked depth in flavor. Maybe adding some more matcha will do the trick.

Caffe bene is a korean coffee shop. Their coffees are good plus they have gelato and bingsu(korean halohalo). I had matcha latte which was my favorite! Their bingsu was also very yummy. We ordered chocolate with bits of oreo and chunks of brownies. It was not too sweet though it will give you "brainfreeze" hahaha 128522 Its worth a try 128077🏻

Read a review about this waffle with gelato on top here on looloo and I drooled... so I decided to try it with Mary Rose L. 128556

Ordered gelato leige waffle and americano. The waffle and the gelato blended really well. The waffle was tasty on its own and the gelato added more flavor. It was like tasting heaven on earth as Mary Rose L would say it.

The americano was just like any americano you can get in any coffee shops. But their regular size cup was bigger than I expected.

I have been eyeing this place ever since construction started to the point that I actually did my homework on it.

Caffee Bene is this cozy and not-so-cramped coffeehouse chain located in SM City BF. Their interior is something to brag about, but not too much. The addition of the vintage clock that I fell in love with was definitely a focal point. If my memory serves me right, they have a smoking area inside as well. Perfect for people who enjoy drinking a cup of coffee and lighting up a cigar simultaneously.

I tried their Caramel Banana Waffle (pictured above) and it didn't disappoint. Taste-wise, it was good. Visually appealing. I would have opted for a non-fruity bakery item, but settled with this anyway. Good choice. Also, the baristas were very friendly.

I would like to drop by again soon. Preferably with more friends.

Misugaru latte is 10084️! The tea latte sucks, though. Will try the gelato and honey bread next time. 128522

The place is a little too stuffy when we went there, but maybe it's just the weather. Plus points for the uber nice barista and the acads/work conducive ambience. 128513

I've always loved living in the south. Nothing ever really compares.128076 What makes it better is the newly opened SM CITY BF, and even better is this establishment.128522

I like this branch more than the one in SMX, it's bigger & cozier. Too bad all the fun study tables were taken when we arrived though.128532 i had the red bean & green tea gelato waffle, with their iced white mocha. It was okay. I like this place because i find myself so productive whenever i'm here, very conducive for studying & office work. I think i found my "home" branch.128525
