One of the barista's here is my friend and she invited me over for a real cup of coffee. I told her Starbucks and Coffee Bean was enough for me, but she insisted and here I am now writing this review.

I have to say that the establishment is small and quiet. Not a lot of people pass through, which is great if you want someplace to go and relax or have a tete-a-tete with a friend. It's very solemn with some awesome chill tunes (operated by the friendly barista haha!)

I'm personally not a coffee drinker, but I did try some hot drinks. Lyssa, a barista, does amazing coffee art with skilled precision and cuteness. She made me a bear with cute bangs! It was just as enjoyable to drink as it was to look at. Real coffee does hit your bones in the right spot with a much more powerful kick and smoother taste. I was also able to try their Sausage Pie which tastes like pizza, actually. Though what really took it home was the delicious lava cake. I would have to label that hot, gooey, and chocolatey goodness has to be a signature item. I do have to say that the prices for some of the coffees are a bit steep, but the flavor really does make up for it.

This cafe does have free wifi, unlike Starbucks and Coffee Bean, which is always a plus. The staff is really efficient and friendly as well. So if you're looking for a place to just unwind after a long day, here's the place.

This cafe here at banawe is a bit small and has a little dark regal interior design. It can only accomodate around 20-25 people inside woth two baristas and one security guard. Cafe da illy also makea latte art! Woot! And barista Lyssa bashfully accepted my challenge when i ordered a marocchino cafe grande. She's the only one by far who asked me what latte art do i want.. I just said any! She gave me a bunny! Yay! So cool.
Then my friend kinda envied me and ordered his second cup with latte art. Barista lyssa crafted him a monkey 128053

This coffee has a sweet beginning. It also has some mocha in it. A resounding bitterness after. Order this if you want some coffee mocha taste after having a meal. Large cup sosts 160pesos.

Once in a while ok sige, let's intake some food super coloring. Haha! They use milk chocolate here that's why the taste is a bit dark. It is also super moist and dense btw

I love this chocolate cake. Dark, moist and dense as well. Very nice to eat while it's warm. (ask them to warm it up). The chocolate ganache was a bliss in the mouth.

Totally loked this cafe too. Small place nga lng and wlang background music.

Small coffeeshop along Banawe which features Illy coffee...

It's located at Z-square mall, which means ample parking spaces, free of charge! The place was small, maybe about 7 tables inside... No restroom inside the store though...

The baristas were nice and helpful... I ordered the Iced Macadamia while bf had the Iced Mocha... The coffees were a tad on the sweet side and lacks the coffee punch... I finished the cup about 2 hours ago and I'm a bit sleepy right about now... So I wouldn't recommend it to people who need to stay up at night to study... We also shared a NY cheesecake, which was not bad... They offer pies and sandwiches as well...

I thought the place was comfortable and that it was conducive to studying... Also wifi enabled but it was slow... Prices slightly less expensive than Starbucks... Good alternative if you want something different...128522

affogato.
tiramisu.

so you know affogato, pour your espresso to your sweet stuff. mine was a vanilla ice cream. i just think the coffee fell short. shouts more! hehe. the ice cream alone was really sweet.. 10% icy... on the bottom. broas to add more sweetness on the afternoon after eating 5 slices of sugarfree cheesecake.
