What we ordered:
Ribs sampler
Chicken jambalaya
Safron rice addons

What went wrong: Poor service

Kung di pa ako nainip at nag follow up. Di pa nila kami papansinin.

1. Food came in late (30mins waiting)
2. Only to find out it was the jambalaya which caused delay.. (turns out their deep frier was broken, they had to reheat oil.. Ps. We were not informed ahead)
2. Ribs were served cold (they have been waiting in the counter, they wanted to serve it all at once)
3. Corn was shredded to the core. (ANG DAMING BUSAL!) di na namen inubos

Went here for Mother's Day with my sons and they all seemed to enjoy the food. Although food here can be better. There should be smaller plates for their minimally plated food — just saying!

And today's #QuickReview is for Cajun Red Rock!

Second time to visit this place and I still find it OK. Other than their really good rack of ribs (which is really freaking delicious), everything else is just OK. They're not bad. But they could be better.

Things to try here: Ribs, Bacon Rice thing which I forgot the name but it's easy to spot (bad memory for the win), and their Mustard Peppered Chicken with Mojos!

I liked the Margherita pizza, it's not too salty and cheesy. I also recommend the bacon-stuffed cheese rolls! Just make sure to put the right amount of dip on it. Their ribs are awesome, especially the sauces! My head hurt after eating though. I think I had too much ribs that day. So, moderate! Don't eat too much! :)

My cousin called me to help out with her newly-opened spa (Momsie Kitty Spa & Slimming Salon), but while we were still waiting for her friends to come, her mom took me and Ramon out to lunch at Cajun Red Rock, which is just on the opposite side of the road.

We ordered from their All-Stars Specials menu, with Ramon L getting the Cajun Spiced Pan Chicken (Php 270), I having the Chicken Alfred (Php 295), and my auntie choosing the Louisiana Fish & Shrimps (Php 325). Each of them came with two sides of our choice, and I asked for buttered veggies and the aromatic saffron rice. We also ordered from Hokkaido Takoyaki, which they either own or are in partnership with because it's a few lots down and they served it on our table without us having to go out.

My auntie seems to know the manager very well, so he was very attentive to our requests. He even offered to give each of us iced coffee, but only Ramon drank coffee so he was the only one who took him up on his offer. He was also the one who suggested that Ramon order their best-selling Cajun Spiced Pan Chicken, which Ramon enjoyed too.

I thought my Chicken Alfred was very good. It was creamy, and the chicken fillet was just perfect. Crisp, juicy, and tender. I loved it! At times, I would only bite into the chicken skin, but I found that to be the best part. The sauce could be a bit overwhelming though.

The takoyaki was good, too, by the way. We had the Original w Octopus (6 pcs, Php 99). I actually wanted to try all 3 flavors (Original, Bacon & Cheese, and Kani & Mozzarella) although I felt that it would be too much. No matter, I hear they have a stall in SM Makati, so I'll be sure to try those out there instead.

Actually planned on giving the food a 4, but it gets a 5 for incredibly good service. The location is quite far from where I live, and the closest is already in SM Megamall, but I would definitely recommend this form good American fare. It's reminiscent of TGI Friday's and Chili's, but at half the price which is good on the pocket and in the tummy.

We ordered the cheesy cajun pasta with meatballs. There was nothing cheesy about it at all. It looked like they used scraps of quikmelt - nothing that matched the description about it on the menu which boasts of two kinds of cheese if i remember correctly. And there's nothing cajun about the sauce too. If anything it tastes likea store bought hunts spaghetti sauce. The meatballs are more flour than meat although my companion liked the taste. We also had the cajun pan fried chicken which was also a disappointment. It tasted bland with a dash of what looked like a ready made cajun powder at the center. Nothing that resembled what was pictured on the menu. We also ordered mojo potatoes but they didnt tell us they use sweet potato instead. Im sure it's healthier but we were expecting potatoes. For sure we wont be coming back here again. It was disappointing.

My usual merienda takeout since it's just a few blocks from my house 128515 basically, it's a good and more affordable substitute to TGIF.

Pasta has great value for money because of the serving size (good for 2) and food quality

Creole chicken pasta 127775127775127775127775127775
- my favorite!!! It's like a blend of creamy mushroom sauce and some spicy chili oil plus a very generous serving of the chicken!
Bacon caesar spaghetti 127775127775127775127775
- second favorite here! Bacon says it all
Roasted garlic shrimp pasta 127775127775127775127775
- well, it's literally shrimp and garlic sautéed in oil haha
Cheesy mini meatball spaghetti 127775127775127775
- nothing out of the ordinary

Mustard peppered chicken 127775127775127775127775127775
- in the photo; grilled chicken was tender and the mustard sauce was surprisingly good! Not really a fan of mustard but this is an exception!!

For P1500+ we were able to order 1. Stuffed bacon & cheese rolls, 2. Boneless wings, 3. Chicken Alfred, 4. Cajun spiced pan chicken, 5. Creole Chicken Pasta (photo above), 6. Two bottomless iced tea.

Sulit talaga! I don't think there's any other restaurant that would serve American/Cajun menu this affordable. I will always recommend this place with friends for get together. Only downside is the limited parking space.

If you're craving for some american food near banawe area then this is the place to go! Ribs, buffalo wings, burgers they have it all! Super loved their special bacon cheese burger topped with onion rings and made it volcano (their way of making the whole burger covered with mozerella cheese128525)! One of the best burgers i had for years! I also had their buffalo wings which was a bit spicy and was okay but was a little raw inside so minus 1 star. Ambience was casual, nothing fancy and romantic but was kinda americanish. Staff was great! They greeted us with a BIG smile and even cracked some jokes while we were ordering. Service was fast and staff were attentive. Challenge here is the parking since their parking space is small though you can always park at mcdo located just beside this128521 btw, price ranges from 300-600 with generous servings
