Dad bought this a couple of months ago when he went to the province. He passed by on his way back to Manila to get some pasalubong.
I like their tikoy more than the ones in Chinese stores. This one tastes like caramel (reminds me of caramel chews) made of (I think) glutinous rice.️ Ready to eat, no need to dip in egg and fry.
Dad got espasol too. These are really big ones, unlike those you buy from side streets wherein the espasol is only 1/4 of the wrapper.
The other two goodies on the photo (pianono and pili nut pastries) are from Bicol.
