Ever since we got wind of this place several years ago (this is owned by our friend's family), we have been frequenting this restaurant whenever we're too lazy to cook or when we're craving for their Fried Tofu.

On the table
🔹Pork Binagoongan value meal - my regular order. I love the dry,, salty, sometimes crispy bagoong. The pork is usually soft. The side vegetables are buttery.
🔹Bistek Tagalog value meal - hubby liked this
🔹Lomi - heartwarming and rich
🔹Fried Tofu - our ultimate favorite and the main reason we keep coming back. The tofu doesn't taste like cheap tokwa. The golden brown breading makes it very crunchy. The sauce tastes like Crispy Pata Sauce!

We also love their flavorful sisig which makes us order extra rice!

They have 2 dining areas. The original area doesn't have airconditioning. The numerous ceiling fans makes the heat bearable somehow. A few years back, they constructed an airconditioned area where lighting is dimmer. If you want to dine there, they add a certain amount/percentage to the price on the menu.

Prices are very reasonable. Actually they are pretty cheap. Value meals range from p50-p75. That heaping plate of Tofu is P105.

If you're in the area and looking for a quick, affordable, great tasting meal, then this place is for you.

I finally got to eat here! Food is not expensive and the serving size is quite fair. I tried their tapsilog, and ot was okay (for me you can never go wrong with tapsilog, not unless it's unhygienically (is there such a word???) served, so this has always been my default order almost all the time :) their iced tea was served in.a big glass too, which totally justifies the Php30 price.

The food is alright, but don't go here and order the value meals if you are the 'malakas sa ulam' type. I ordered the longa-silog and the loganisa was the size of a vienna sausage. Its so sad, especially since the flavor is pretty good. When i go here with company, we make sure to get a value meal and 1 or 2 short orders just to be sure! Basically, the flavor isn't lacking, but the quantity is.

Friday is canterberry day. I like their buffalo wings and fried tofu. Perfect ang pagkakaluto ng fried tofu nila. My husband naman like niya ung liempo and chicken buffalo din.. About service ok naman very attentive ang waiters nila and maasikaso kahit madaming tao. Madami clang choices ng food.
