This is probably the best place to get Sibut. More commonly known as black chicken soup. As a chinese, Sibut was one of my favorite dishes my grandma would prepare.
The slow cooked chicken/duck was amazing! It kinda creeped my boyfriend tho because his bowl had a head floating facing him. I didnt know he was afraid of birds that time. When I found out, i laughed my socks off!
But im definitely going back specially when I crave for Sibut and misua!

Visited our friend who resides in Banawe last month I think and decided to eat here because they have a dimsum promo at 9PM.
We ordered Beef Hofan (second picture from top) and Crispy Noodles with Seafood (first picture from top) as first round (lol ang takaw lang). Really liked Beef Hofan because of the noodles, very flavorful. Crispy noodles was a bit more creamy and has an interesting texture when you eat it. Liked the fish toppings on it.
Second round was the dimsum party. At 8:30 we were asked for our dimsum promo orders in advance so that we can have then by 9. I can't remember the orders but there were the usual siomai and japanese siomai, wrapped in nori paper. In short it was msg overload O_o We were four to share everything and had to take home the japanese siomai which is a bit too salty to me because of the nori.
The place is cramped having a small place and big tables, and noisy too. I'd give 4 stars because of the Beef Hofan, would definitely order that again given the opportunity to come back :)
