HOME of the BOODLE FIGHT EXPERIENCE 127835127860128170 If you want to try what it is to dine the military way, go to Captain A's. A boodle fight in the military context is an "eating combat" where everyone gathers around a long table on which a jumble of food is prepared over a banana leaf. It reminds me of my CAT days way back highschool. My team and I went there one Sunday evening and we had the Sinulog Fiesta for about P1200 and it's good for 6-8 persons. There was lechon, chicken inasal, chorizo bbq, danggit, hipon with gata, nilarang soup, and rice in the platter. Let me quote, "it's UNLIMITED rice!" We also got one glass of iced tea each. Sounds delish, right? It's gastronomic, definitely! Wanna fight? Let's bring it to the table! 127860128170127835128076

Dindn't know military eating was such fun! Boodle Fight! As the ever attentive waiters shout just before serving a meal good for 5-6 people that includes lechon baboy, lechon manok, chorizo, 2 types if rice, linarang, fried danggit and garlic prawns. It also came with 5 glasses if ice tea and local fruit mix for dessert.
There were other combos and ala carte dishes all of Filipino nature and they looked equally apetizing.

Food was hot and tasty, service was quick and friendly, place was airy and not at all stuffy!

Did I mention our bill didn't go over P1500? ;)

Captain A's restaurant is simply fab and edgy. A Military Experience; This is my first time to be here but the experience was awesome! Food is great mostly Filipino dishes from Sisig, Pork Belly, prawns, crabs, squid and all name it they have all it here...

W/ family and friends surely you will love the dining experience of their "BODDLE FIGHT" theme. Eating food with your bare hands is truly a magnificent one.

Come and try it with yourself guys! And experience wasting like a "BOSS"!

Best for their boodle fight menus at around P1,300. We had a generous variety of seafoods!

You can order unlimited ice tea drinks to keep you going.

Waiters will dedicate a cheer to customers when the boodle dish is served.

The resto's opened at the last qtr. of 2012. Their crew lack training. But, to give them credit, they're more polite than most resto crews in Cebu.

Definitely worth a penny. Worth a try.

Boodle in!

Great place for team bonding. Free one hour karaoke for every 2,000 pesos worth of order. Their KTV room can accomodate up to 30persons. Per boodle meal costs 1,280 good for 4-5 persons. Good deal right?

If you want a fun way of dining with friends. If you want to let your hair down and simply enjoy good food and company, a Boodle Fight is the way to go.

Only Captain A’s offers this unique tradition in Cebu City. We ordered D’ ORIGINAL, which costs Php1,290, consists of the original dishes in the military boodle-fight tradition. Good for4-5 persons.

Inclusions:
-Unlimited plain rice
-Sardines Rice
-Chicken and Pork Adobo
-Grilled Squid
-Grilled Prawns
-Deep Fried Crabs
-Ensaladang Talong
-Tuna and Crab Meat Sisig
-Grilled Tuna Belly
-Salted Egg with Tomato and Onion
-1 platter of fresh fruits
-5 glasses of iced tea

Using one's bare hands to eat may be primitive, but for special occasions like this one, it simply adds to the fun!
