I had very high expectations with Captain Manok's Lechon Manok but i really dont know if the travel time took to get home and finally eat it was a factor. I bought my lechon manok at 5pm and got to eat it only 4.5 hours later.

The Chicken was okay. But i was not impressed coming from the Top 2 Roasted Chicken.

I will have to revise my review when i get to eat Captain Manok's Lechon Manok again. But this time i will make sure to eat it ASAP. :-)

Good bang for the buck sandwiches at 69 pesos. The only downside is the location. Middle of nowhere only accessible by tricycle or super long walks. Plus the fact that the one in B. francisco has never ending road construction that makes the spot alikabok country. The staff in martinez branch don't give a shit if your standing in front of their stall then later on tell you that they don't have anything because The sauces hasn't been delivered yet. Point is this joint can be a hit or miss. It all depends on the staff and ways to improve service. hey i don't mind paying a minimum of 200 for delivery in mandaluyong if there will ever be one.

Driving by this place, you would think it's just another one of those Lechon Manok stalls (like Andok's) but after taking a closer look at the menu, you will realize how wrong you are!

They have different kinds of sandwiches, wraps and rice toppings! I enjoyed the spicy juicy pork rice topping the most because 1. I love rice 2. I love spicy food! The pork had a tangy and spicy flavor to it which made it so delicious! Next time, I'm not sharing! I also enjoyed the Chicken Frankie Wrap because of the generous amount of cheese sauce drizzled onto it.

I would definitely go back! Check out my full review on to see what other dishes I tried! :)
