Not the best gelato. Also not happy with the service I experienced today. Huhu I asked for a Jr. serving of the Choco Sansrival but the girl gave me regular Sansrival. 128532

Anyway, Jr. serving is actually sakto lang if you're just in the mood to "malasahan lang".

I'm loving CaraMia's Brazo de Mercedes Gelato Cake.

Unlike the usual Frozen Brazo de Mercedes, CaraMia's take is making a Gelato flavored with the egg custard used in your typical Brazo. Topped on a base of buttery crushed graham crust and covered with a creamy-fluffy merengue frosting that was lightly torched. I loved the fact that the sweetness level was spot on and was not one that would induce a sugar comma. The Egg Custard Gelato was nicely creamy and smooth yet rich with that Brazo custard flavor. Come to think of it, I think I now prefer this over the other Frozen Brazo variants I've tried from other pastry shops.

Quick bite and light merienda of a slice of Sea Salted Honey Crunch. The chiffon was so light and fluffy. The mocha taste subtle. The chunky pieces on the side remind me of Violet Crumble. I made sure that each heavenly bite had some cake and a bit of those crunchy bits.

For 90php, this Chocolate Smores Cake is one of the best desserts at Estancia.

The crunchiness of the crust, paired with the chocolate gelato and the smoothness of the whipped smores shall make you crave for more with every bite that you have!

Since it is hot, went here to look for dessert and a place to stay. Got the buy 1 take 1 promo of cara mia. Get 1 of their new flavor gelato and get any flavor. Chose blueberry and mango cream gelato (new flavor). You cannot go wrong with gelato or any kind of ice cream. Tried their caramel cake and it was for me perfect. Not too sweet which is good.

After dinner at tipsy pig, we decided to explore the new estancia mall. Found cara Mia at the g/f along with other food retailers and restos.
Everybody got ice cream except for me 128513 found out that a slice of cake is the same price as a scoop of ice cream so I decided to try the honey crunch cake.
It was pretty good! Soft and fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Generous serving of honey squares too. Liked the service as well, the manager was attentive and gave us all glasses of table water without us asking 128077
