2nd Baby incoming!
Favorite na namin dito sa Cardinal. All the staff are very polite and very accommodating. Hassle-free stay hanggang discharge. They also allow the husband to document the birthing process 128077 (at least hindi ako ma-Mara Clara 9996128514)

Rooms are very spacious and is always kept clean. I have a separate bed to sleep on with a nice view of the front gate too

And the food! Oh my! They stepped up from the last time we were here around 2 years ago. Seems like their chef watched a lot of Iron Chef or some other cooking competition shows. May plating pa eh. 128514 Almost everything are deconstructed versions. Deconstructed Kare-Kare with peanut sauce reduction (naks), deconstructed Beef Mami? (Which actually makes sense because how else can you serve Soup dishes in-room hospital-wide in a short time) 128077 Basta I was always busog kasi I'd eat the wifey's food because it took a while before she can eat solids after the operation.

Good Job Cardinal Santos! 128077

I love attending the 11am Sunday mass here. The chapel is fully airconditioned and parking is free. Its not overcrowded with a good bunch of churchgoers. What is more important however is that the homily is short and sweet and the mass is done in less than an hour.

Hello World! My name is Chloe Margaux 128118, this selfie was taken mere minutes after I was born on EDSA Day, February 25, 2014. Thanks to Cardinal 127973 my Daddy Marc 128104 was allowed inside the Delivery Room to share the experience with me 128118 and Mom 128105 with no extra charge. 128077

Everyone was so professional. The nurses were very accomodating 128522 even if I was crying my lungs out 128555. They even roomed me in with my parents a few hours after birth and screening. 128106 The room was spacious for a small private room and is always kept clean.

According to my Daddy Marc 128104, Cardinal rates were surprisingly fair and much cheaper among Private Hospitals of this level. It's just the Professional Fees that are so outrageous 128561.

Either way I loved my experience here. I hope my future siblings will too. 128513

I must be very bored that I am reviewing Hospital Food. 128556

Been here since Monday and all I've been eating is Hospital Food. To my delight their food here is great. Not what you would normally expect from Hospital Food. Usually you would think Bland, Non-Meat, tofu based viands. But here they offer different variations with full taste and with presentation too. Even their vegetables are good! Kinda tastes like they were grilled.

Portioning is also just right. Hindi bitin and not too plenty. You will be left satisfied and not bloated from too much eating even though another round of food will come your way after about 2-3 hrs. They serve Breakfast, Meryenda, Lunch, Meryenda and Dinner. Well rounded diet I'd say. 128522

My wife's about to give birth anytime now and I'm still doing reviews? 128513

I like how Cardinal Santos is not overcrowded like most Hospitals. It's a bit expensive though. 128560
But wifey likes it here so I have to Man up and give her the comfort that she needs. 128143

Parking is cheap though at P45 Flat Rate and P150 overnight which you can convert to flat rate if you have your ticket validated. 128077

Lesson learned: DO NOT GO TO EFFIN' CARDINAL SANTOS IF IT'S A LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION.

My brother had an allergic reaction after dinner so I had to rush him to effin' Cardinal Santos (it being the nearest hospital).

Having rushed other loved ones (and myself in occasion) here in the past I was pretty sure they would take care of him.

OH I AM NEVER MAKING THAT MISTAKE EVER AGAIN!!!

Doctors in the E.R. take their effin' sweet time to see patients (so much for Emergency). When we got there, my brother was next in triage but there was a line of patients waiting to be seen.

Where were the doctors? God knows where. Not a doctor in sight. Just the nurses holding the fort at the triage.

Allergic reactions are treated as extremely urgent elsewhere. NOT HERE!!! As mentioned before, they take their sweet time.

Doctor finally saw my brother after 40 minutes and was very nice and direct. Good thing it was only a mild reaction. Lord knows what could happen if someone were to have an even worse one. Brother gets an IV line jammed into his hand and all is well (he also gets a good night's as a bonus side effect of the drugs).

Should have been a 1-star rating but they get a +1 for the nice doctor.

Weird that my first few posts aren't related to food but anyway! 5 stars for this hospital. I paid a visit earlier for my check up and *toooot*(lol). I've always had my check ups here and i keep on coming back if needed. Their service is good and their doctors & nurses are nice too! Earlier they did something that kept on tickling me and they told me a hundred times to stay relaxed and not laugh. I appreciate their patience since im a bit of hard headed. Also whenever im in pain, they never forget to say sorry. So sweet right!!!

Went here to get an xray this afternoon. The hospital has undergone several renovations over the years to improve the facilities. They were in the midst of building a new building as well. Queuing is fast when paying your bills. The lobby is small compared to st lukes qc.

They also have restaurants just outside the main entrance, just inside the covered parking. I spotted a small Seattle's Best kiosk near the lobby as well.

My major concern is the insufficient parking space. :( We had to wait for around 30 minutes for a slot in the 3-level parking in front of the main lobby. Not good for a place where you will most probably need to get out of your car immediately.

This was not the CSMC I remember from my childhood. The main hospital lobby has degenerated. Elevators were old and on the verge of shutting down. The area around the OR smells... Dreadful. Insufficient waiting areas. I don't mean to compare, but in St. Luke's BGC, maybe considering that it's relatively new, you'll have chairs to sit on anywhere. With a sad-looking food court, you would want to eat somewhere else, but there are not enough restaurants.

A major overhaul would be desirable. They still have the same high-caliber doctors and nurses, though. It's just the exteriors that need upgrading.
