Cass Marikit looks like an old Spanish house that was restored to serve it's new purpose.

For starters, they served free pita bread as an appetizer. It wasn't good cause it tasted like flour powder.

We ordered their 4 Cheese Pizza, Beef Lasagna and Truffle Pasta. All of which had their proper name on the menu.

For dessert, we got Panna Cotta and Tiramisu.

Overall, it was just okay. Nothing special really.

Plus it was irritating that the staff was staring at us from 2.30PM onwards cause they were pressuring us to leave do they can close.

I wouldn't recommend this place.

It's pricey and not worth the taste.

Perfect date place when in Lipa. They serve Italian food so we can expect that food here are a little pricey. They really have nice interiors. Simple yet elegant. Yellow dim lights while eating was kinda relaxing.

They have a wide and extensive menu. I ordered quattro formaggi, thin crust, oh sooo cheesyyy pizza and forgot the name of the pasta but its cream-based penne pasta with seafood which was really delicious and creamy, pasta cooked al dente. Serving time was 20-30mins. They gave complimentary bread (tasted like pita bread but saltier) with pate (chicken liver) and tomato basil garlic dip.

It is located just across the San Fernando airbase.
I was there around 8pm and had difficult time finding the place. There were no lights on the main road.
The servers were nice and really knowledgeable of their menu. Don't forget to drop by Casa Marikit when in Lipa. 128523

What a perfect dinner to end my solo Lipa escapade. 1280779996

Try: Rustica, little italy, penne gamberetti, spagetti pescatora, tartufobpasta, and panna cotta. But of course, THE STEAK! :)

Ambiance is beyond remarkable, serving is biiiiig, the only fine dining restaurant in Lipa. So dont expect the food to be cheap. But definitely worth it! Great service to top all that too :-)

Great ambiance, serene, cozy and lazy! Food is excellent though bit pricey for a provincial location. Service is good too! Perfect for a quiet lunch date or just plain food trip getaway!

So one day we went to Lipa for business appointment and it's end quite late, so decided to look for some place to eat and we found this place, It's really surprised that we found an Italiano Nice Restaurant in the middle of dark small road (well that's how i see it because when we found this place was 8pm and it's really really dark)

The area is quite big, next to it is Japanese Restaurant, but since my other half craving of Pasta,so try here, we ordered our meal and wine (shooter wine specifically and it's really kicking)

The meal overall is good, Olio Seafood Pasta & (I forgot what is the full name, it's a pasta stuffed with meat and with meaty- tomato sauce base, the taste is good but if we start to compared with other Italian Food we ate previously, we still will missed that one.

Ambience was good. It's not so big place & low ceiling, decoration is good. Feels like at the Rome.

Service was good, just a little bit slow, i will need to keep repeat for 2x.

So when come about price, it's hmm above average Italian restaurant price if compared to city Located Restaurant, we spend more with lesser number of menu we ordered compared with Italian Restaurant located at Manila.

I love the ambiance! Maraming "picture-picture" spots :) The food was good! We tried spaghetti, carbonara, lasagna (superb!) and pizza Rustica :) Kinda pricey but I think it's worth the try. Good service :)

Though it's a bit secluded, I'd still give the ambiance and the food a two-thumbs up. Authentic Italian food + Friendly staff + Good food = 5 stars :)

They have the best ambiance. I didnt expect that they have like this in lipa batangas. The food was great. We ordered

1. Caesar salad -was ok.
2. MUSHROOM SOUP- the best. I loved it
3. Tartufo pasta- i liked it also
4. Pizza margarita- was ok
5. Panacota- i loved it.

They have big servings. The soup is good for 2-3 persons.

Food is quite good, though not the most memorable Italian. Love their spinach ravioli and prosciutto rucola pizza. Cozy ambience perfect for date nights and family eat outs.

Loved the ambience of the place, it's very vintage looking and it felt cozy inside. It's great for family lunch and/or date nights. I tried their spinach ricotta canalloni and it was heavenly. Didn't like their 4cheese pizza though, maybe because I ate too much cream from my canalloni. But overall, I liked it! Hopefully I can eat there again and try their other dishes.

Guys, if ever you are near Lipa and you're looking for a date place, this is THE place. The ambiance is rustic and romantic. The food however, in my opinion is just ok. Their pizza is good if you're a fan of thin crust ones. Steak is just ok. The price? Not ok. Not saying the place isn't worthy of a visit.

Ambiance is great and the servings are generous. Nothing comes close when in Lipa City and nearby towns. It's just a bit pricey considering its location. Food was okay but nothing to rave about. Cash and major credit cards accepted.Three stars.
