this deserves my 100th review :)
my top most super fave resto.. casa soriano! 128076🏻
this is always our finale, our last stop (whenever in Naga, before heading back home)
have gone to naga 3x last year, and always in big group so we almost (almost) ordered everything on the menu. our fave is "auntie's chicken" this is the ultimate sarap to the bones, oh even the bones tastes great! i'll bet my name on it! this dish takes about 4hours prepping time, take note to call them ahead of time :)
for the appetizers, we had mussels, fish 'n chips, nachos, and tried the cheese platter (though we didn't ordered any wine). aside from the famous auntie's chicken, we also had chicken cordon bleu, pork porchetta, baby back ribs, sisig, beef karekare, tanigue sa miso, chili crabs, buttered prawns, pan-seared salmon, pumpkin and clam chowder soup, sinantol, pinoy ratatouille, paella rice, other friends still ordered pesto, vongole and angel hair pasta. we ordered fruit shakes too. since all were full, we had some vanilla ice cream and tea (yes, tea..) to cap the night off. then went straight to the bus terminal, sound sleep (as always) heading back home. 128077🏻

Wow my friend brought us here and we were having doubts since all we can see were autoshops. Never I thought that behind those autoshops was a nice and garden like resto. It was like you were transported into this beautiful resto out of nowhere and not a hint/vibe of those autoshop outside. The food are all good. Might be pricey but serving are huge. The baby back ribs was delicious and the roasted chicken was great. The chili clam soup was kinda weird because of the sweet taste of the soup. This place is highly recommended when your in Naga!128518

Tucked in a little corner along the National Highway traversing Naga City and Pili Town is this quaint little restaurant that reminds me of my lola and lolo's home. The facade is very unassuming but once you enter you feel like you stepped into an elegant and classy but functional home. Tables are well arranged and aptly decorated with white embroidered table cloths and serviettes. One wall is adorned with very nice water colors depicting barrio life and the Naga Cathedral. Service is quick and efficient and the waitstaff are friendly and attentive.

Standouts from the menu were the Sinantol, Porquetta and Singang na Lechon. This was the first time I tried Sinantol and I was pleasantly surprised. It's actually made of santol meat mixed with shrimp fry and a little pork. A little bit on the salty side but it did well to break the "umay" from the Porquetta.

The Porquetta was very well cooked. Nice and crispy skin with soft and tender meat. A wee bit bland but I guess that's why there is a complementing sauce that goes with it. The sauce is similar to Crispy Pata sauce but slightly sweeter and spicier.

This was also my first time to try Sinigang na Lechon and to me this was more like a stew rather than soup. The broth was thick because of the gabi leaves and lechon fat. It was so flavorful and generously laden with vegetables.

So happy with this place that I would recommend it to friends and family. This should be a hidden gem no more! 128512

My new fave restaurant in Naga City! Loved their Auntie's Chicken and the Baby Back Ribs! But everything else tasted perfect as well! The ambience is also very homey and I really liked the interiors! Two thumbs up!

Make sure to visit Casa Soriano when in Naga! Their roasted chicken and ribs will make you forget your name! Just a tip: Chicken takes 2hrs to cook so book in advance!

A bit pricey but totally worth it! Auntie's Chicken and the Porchetta are the 128163128163128163. Took the leftovers home, but in the morning, the skin was still crispy, as if newly cooked. The chicken, on the other hand, is savory. Galing ni Auntie! 128523128523
