Castle Peak Hotel is a large , multi storey hotel here in Cebu City 🇵🇭 ... which is located , with a short Taxi fare to both SM City Cebu & Ayala Shopping Centres

At the time of my overnight stay ... Castle Peak Hotel seasonal Room Rates were
• Superior PH 1,988
• Grand Superior PH 2,288
• Deluxe PH 2,688
• Honeymoon Suite PH 3,388
• Castle Peak Suite PH 3,988
• Extra Person PH 1000

Buffet Breakfast 127859 included

Within my cozy semi spacious Grand Superior Room - P2288 ... there was :-
- Queen Size Bed
- regular Cable TV
- Air Conditioning
- Complementary
* Tea & Coffee
* Water Bottle
* Toothbrush & Paste
* Soap
* in the large shower , there was a handy Hair & Body gel dispenser
• nevertheless I was disappointed with my room , as not having a window - actually there was a long large curtain hanging from the back of my hotel room , with just a brick wall behind ☹️ ... so when I woke up in the morning , I didn’t know if it’s night or day outside , until I checked my phone’s time
• Plus with my comfortable queen size bed , the Bed Doona Cover was awkwardly to short for this bed size ... therefore , as being slightly above average size ( Australian 🇦🇺 ) I didn’t fully fit under the doona 128561 as I need to sleep straight , due to back injuries & more

Whilst staying I really enjoyed both my meals within The Dinning Room Restaurant - pls see my review

As with visiting twice that night , this Hotels Bar ... 9th Chill Out Bar - pls also see my review

If it wasn’t for the shorten bed cover , which gave me an uncomfortable sleep , I would have given a loved review

Still I do recommend this hotel

Rooms 11088110881108811088
For our two-week long fieldwork in Cebu, we had the pleasure of staying at their superior room which is good for three people. The rate is Php2,188 per night without breakfast - around Php730 per person. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in and each person has two pillows to use. It has a small cabinet, mini fridge, television and aircon. My only pet peeve about our room is that it does not have any windows so it feels like night time all day long. Also, the walls are quite thin so be careful of talking too loud to avoid disturbing neighbors, even if you are already inside your rooms.

Bathrooms 110881108811088
Their bathrooms have the minimum requirements: sink, toilet + bidet and shower. Heater is working great and the water is strong. They have shampoo and body wash provided but I would not recommend using the shampoo as it makes your hair really dry. They also have toothbrush and towels provided. Tissue papers are regularly replenished as well.

Service 11088110881108811088
Every day, room service attendants clean the room and change the towels. Although there was one time when they were knocking at our door at seven in the morning asking if we wanted to have our room cleaned. I mean, really? 7am? But good thing this was a one time incident only.
Amenities 110881108811088
Castle peak has a small pool, more like a Jacuzzi without the heat and pulse though, and a gym for all its in-house guests. They would require you to wear the appropriate attire – meaning no t-shirts or any cotton clothing in the pool and no slippers or jeans in the gym. The pool was a bit dirty when we went up and so tiny that we didn’t even bother with it. The gym was okay. Although small, it has your basic items such as the treadmill and dumbbells.

They also have full body massage services but these come with extra charges. If you have it at their massage area, it's around Php450 per person while if you opt for room service, that's an additional Php150.
Overall, it was a good stay. It’s perfect if you just need a place to crash. I think the price was reasonable overall. The place is near the airport, approximately 30 minutes away and it has several fast food chains, convenience stores and Japanese restaurants within its one kilometer radius. SM City is also just 10 minutes away by car. We skipped their food altogether since it was a bit pricey being hotel food.

Good, more affordable alternative to other hotels. Decent home away from home. Don't expect the lavishness like those from other establishments, though everything you'll need is there.

The elevator smelled of cigarettes though and I won't get a chance to try the breakfast. But all in all, worth checking this place out to put up your feet and bunk up for the night.

This place is my home away from home! I have spent so much time here and typically stay here one week or more at a time. I am always remembered by the staff and treated well. I never have any problems with the people here because they don't hire your average ignorant Filipino that does not care about their job. They hire long term and actually take care if their employees so that they will not wanna work elsewhere. It's in a perfect location and you can actually walk to Ayala or even IT park if you are not the lazy type. I actually love the location so much that I bought a brand new condo across the street at Lot 8. Mabolo is one of the better areas for urban living in Cebu city!

Getting rid of my backlogs last cebu trip.. 128522
Moved to Castle peak coz my brother's team was staying at Sarrosa International..
Of course I like Crown Regency more than Castle peak hahah. 128536128536
Room is clean and smells good 128077128077128077
They clean rooms eeryday but yhe downside is that they just go in and out if the room without asking the guests if its okay.. Me and my mom were shocked when we got back to the hotel, all fixed up. Of course its a good thing that they clean the room but they need to inform the guests.. It was creepy and alarming for us coz maybe we were robbed hahaha.
But our whole stay was great!! 97869786

It's so cozy and clean, we stayed at the new wing. Very nice facilities. Will stay here again the next time we visit the city. Fell in love with the Pumpkin Soup served at the Dining Room.

Nice room and toilet, pretty lobby with interesting furniture pieces (pardon my friend's emoting picture) and transportation accessible. We did a lot of taxi travel there.

Got a deal at Agoda for this. We originally paid about 2200 for the double bed and an extra bed but since we're four, we added another 600 so that's 2800. I'm so good at Math. :)) Stayed here for just one night.

Price was really good for a three star hotel and I would really recommend hunting this in Agoda for a good deal if you are going to stay in Cebu City.

3 nights in sinulog for P5559. Clean rooms and bathrooms, well known by jeepney and cab drivers (so you won't have a hard time with directions), easy access to ayala and osmena circle to look for good food and to watch the parade 128077they also gave us 2 free beers and photobooth access as their sinulog treat!

My preferred hotel in Cebu just got better.
It's a low cost hotel around a kilometer away from Ayala Cebu and about five kilometers away from my in-laws. It's got all the amenities I need from a hotel, which are good food (breakfast buffet and ostrich steak--which I love--done perfectly, which is why that is my picture for a hotel review), fast and free WiFi, great service, hard spring beds, and all at a price just around 1.5k a night. Awesome.
