That drink in the photo is a chocolate shake, and it tastes like those cheap ones you can buy on the street. Their milkteas taste good though so I advise you stick with those.

The place despite being small has electric outlets, a restroom, and free WiFi so why not. And like I said, the milkteas are good.

This is where I prefer to work outside office hours because they have a reliable internet, they have ample electric sockets, not to mention affordable and yummy milktea. :)

Instead of going for the usual tambayan at Moonleaf and since my friend cannot make it, this is going to be my alone time or me time for a moment also for me to take a rest. I tried their wintermelon milktea version with lesser sugar. It was okay and lesser price comparing for the usual that i am having. Small place though since some part were already occupied by the new Grill Queen. Whew. 128535

My first time to try this tea place and I didn't know it's this affordable. We chose from their tea fusion which cost us only P75 for a big cup. Mine was Blueberry Mint MT which wasn't tasty at all. The mint tasted more like water. But my friends' drinks were fine and refreshing.

The place is small and peaceful but the server was rude and the music was "jologs." Lolyea

And yes, I'm now a Maginhawa foodie. I'd be invading all the restos here because I'm just here, loitering. See you around! 128521

I will not forget the conversation I had with one of their staff:

ME: kuya yung honey milk tea nyo po raw honey po ginagamit nyo?
KUYA: mam Bali ano sya, asukal din. Lasang honey lang.

I'm not sure if kuya was just kidding, though. I ordered it anyway.

This is the nearest milktea shop from my apartment, so that's a plus.

Small place but the staff is very friendly. I love the red milk tea with crystals. :)
Compared to other tea shops, products at Cha Dao is affordable.

The place was a bit small, it would be better for take-outs. They have a lot of choices but I just did not enjoy them much. For the sinkers, I would rate their popping boba for 5 stars!

Their Assam Black Tea is pretty good. At P55 for an XL-sized cup, it's a good deal. It was definitely a welcome relief given this heat.

The place isn't as pretty as their other branches but at least it's bigger than say, the Katipunan branch. They have both indoor and outdoor seating too.

I think I got over milk tea about a month ago, the same time my dad started getting obsessed with it. So when my parents and I went to Maginhawa yesterday (the place is crawling with milk tea shops!) my dad disappeared for half an hour and returned with milk tea..for me. (He had already drunk his.) Oh dad you shouldn't have, I thought. I mean you really. Shouldn't have.

I was reluctant to drink it. But when I took my first sip, I realized I wasn't COMPLETELY over milk tea. I could actually taste the tea and my teeth didn't hurt from all the sugar. I don't know if my dad had the sweetness level adjusted, but it was just right for me.

I didn't like that some of the pearls weren't smooth. Doesn't that mean they're going bad? (Bad pearls...talkin' 'bout the sad pearls...) If you've read my other milk tea reviews, you'd know I'm all about the pearls. So this was a negative for me.

I'm giving it 3 stars because the milk tea was good (not the BEST) and because of the bad, sad pearls.

A good low profile milk tea joint. Can't really compare to the other giants but still pretty good.
