Their French baguettes and croissants are authentic and is the same quality when I went to France when I was a kid. Management is French, so that explains.

Prices are acceptable, though there should be more selection of French cheeses as these are not available anymore like in the opening last year.

French macaron exactly as how I expected it to be. According to some reviews (and google128540), a macaron has a crisp outer shell and has a moist, slightly chewy innards and a rich ganache filling.

Tried their pistachio macaron and I loved it. Sadly, I have nothing to compare it to, so I'll give it 4-stars for now.

Will go macaron hunting this week!! 128527

I had only a piece of their caramel macaron which was delightful! Best caramel flavored macaron I've tasted. 128076

It comes in two sizes, one small and one big. The small one is 40 pesos while the big is 80.

Their chocolate croissant is similar to the one in French Baker which was okay.

I've been hunting for macaroons lately so before leaving SM Aura, I thought "Hey maybe there are macaroons in the Supermarket where the bakery stuff are!" And my hunch was right!! The new supermarket looked so fancy from the outside so the Chateau de France fit in perfectly at the side. They serve authentic French bread since I saw that the owner was French haha. They had so many flavors of macaroons all lined up too so I decided to try three of their best-sellers.

Per piece is only Php40 so I got three for Php120 (Php180 if its inside a cute box). I tried their Pistachio, Vanilla and Caramel which according to the saleslady were a few of their best-sellers. I loved the Pistachio and Caramel!!! Ordering Pistachio is always a must for me and I was so happy it that it tasted great. Caramel was amazing with just the right amount of sweetness. The Vanilla was so-so since it was too sweet for me? I probably should've gotten the Chocolate or Raspberry though. Above all, the texture was perfect! Crunchy and chewy, but not too much 128076

If ever you stop by the SM Supermarket there, don't forget to try some of their macaroons! 128523
