Chateau Hestia is this beautiful bed and breakfast.

It is in the border of Cavite and Tagaytay. It is extremely hard to find (we got lost several times just looking for it), but once you find it, you kind of never want to leave.

First, the whole secret garden feel of the place gives you that secluded and away from the city vibes. There's wifi in the restaurant but the cottages barely get any signal.

The restaurant serves a lot of very good cheese and wine. Pasta dishes are for sharing too.

A lot of families come here for birthdays (not kiddie themed) and get togethers.

Their dark house beer is very dark and bitter with a sweet aftertaste.

We rented the family house even though there were just 4 of us. It's around 10-12K.

1 queen sized bed and 1 day bed made of old hardwood with a pull-out bed.

The family house is huge!!!

The cr has this weird shower contraption with a radio in it. No bathtub :(

It get kind of eerie at night since the house is detached from all the other cottages. You need to walk away from the whole establishment and up a hill to get to it. So imagine the solitude at night.

Lots of fireflies.

No wifi there.

They do offer room service.

We got a cheese platter for around 400 and a bottle
of red wine for under 1K. Serves 2-3.

Complimentary breakfast for 3. Their selection is wide and I can barely recall their prices but they were all good.

Food is really good
Beer is good
Stay is good but really far and no wifi.

The 4 stars is because we left an expensive sweater in the house and the cleaning staff couldn't find it even if we called 10 minutes after leaving.

Very pricey. This sausage meal was for 400 Php but you do get three different kinds of succulent sausages, fried rice, two sunny side up eggs and pickled papaya.

Ambience is a plus. Paintings all around and a very nice garden. They even sell paintings of a disabled mouth painter.

There is also a reception place you can rent upstairs but It can only hold 120 guests.

I would try their other meals Next time instead of just breakfast :)

Note: parking is available inside. Don't be afraid to go further down the road from the gate.
