This is how they prepare sisig - topped with mayo! And it's really really good! Enjoy a full meal at less than P100.

Looking for a good lunch here in Legaspi village without having to mess up my weekly allowance is really difficult, and here's where Chew and Brew's carinderia wins my choice.

Got there around 11:30am and the line's already long. Good thing most of the peeps who visited had their lunch packed leaving enough space for our crew of 5.

Lots of choices are available from their menu yesterday like their yummy kare-kare and giniling which I resisted (without guilt ha) and took the mixed vegetables in gata instead.

I think i spent only P50 for lunch! Was very satisfied with the veggies plus the rice was nicely cooked.

Chew and Brew offers customers a choice of dining, particularly during lunch on weekdays.

Lunch is served al fresco, carinderia style but with disposable plates and utensils. Food is good and very affordable for Makati office workers like us.

They serve a wide array of Pinoy foods such as kare-kare, sinigang na baboy, inihaw na bangus, barbecue and Bicol express which is what I had earlier. They serve great kapampangan food such as sisig or ginisang gulay (perhaps since the owners are very well known kapampangans).

They don't serve drinks so you have to buy inside the dine-in area or avail of their free water (which we always do).

You can get a meal for P50 to P80 and the menu changes daily. Those frequenting the place can get a copy of their menu for the week which they usually give out daily.

Chew and Brew's carinderia style dining has been a hit at this part of Legaspi Village. Best if you come at 11am as their food is usually out by 12nn.

People usually buy food from thr carindery set up outside this place but i chose to eat inside and was pleasantly surprised. Fail, i forgot to take a photo of my food, but it was a delicious monte cristi sandwich which had the right sweetness and a tangy touch which made you want to eat more of it. It was 4 healthy sized slices of the sandwich. Definitely worth the 250php you paid for.
