Chicken and Beer is something that was based from a Korean drama series. While we were in Korea, we did something similar. We ordered chicken wings (spicy ones) and had it delivered to our hostel and we bought beer from the convenience store nearby (plus lots of milk) 128514

The concept came from that idea. 128541

Their wings were okay for me. Nothing really special about them.

Surprised we liked it! Came in here to order for my hungry teen on a very rainy weekday afternoon. We've never been here, mostly because it always looked dark inside and thought it was more of a drinking place. While the food was really for him, of course I just had to try a few bites.

We got the mushroom pasta (sorry forgot the name, just looked at my photo) and a parmesan chicken. Pasta had fresh mushrooms, not the gummy canned ones. I didn't like the bread that went with it, I mean, they can do better. Chicken was crispy, not excessively oily. I can see this going really well with a cold glass of beer. Price per dish was about 250-350. Found the pasta a little bitin, but chicken is good for sharing.

Nothing mind blowing here but it's good enough for us to come back for a quick eat, or even to meet up with friends for, what else, a few beers.

The service is SO slow. I was expecting like 10-15 minutes service time but it took them way longer. The orders of the other table have already arrived before ours.

The food for me is just an overpriced version of what you can cook at home. Not worth paying the service that much.

Just because I have no friends today 128546 Where are you guys? Why did you unlove me? Chos! 128518

I found myself alone here now. Having two bottles of beer and chicken.

Maybe this is the reason why this place named chicken and beer. K! 128518

I like the chicken but it's not what I will crave for.

Uhhh! So perf for this kind of weather!

It's my Dining Solo Thursday! 128513

I was walking along Tuscany by myself and I couldn't decide what to eat! Then my eyes spotted this P195 Korean bento box from Chicken & Beer.

Much to my curiosity, I ordered this with rice, chapchae, egg rolls, kimchi and chicken galbi. The chicken was average comparing it to their premium meals (not inclusive of the bento).

What made it special is the all-in-one and carbs overload for P195, so-so for a lunch budget. Not bad for another option added to my list for possible lunches. 128517

First time to try a non-spicy version (Royal Ddeuk-Bokki) of my favorite Tteokbokki. Tasted like a Chinese dish!

A cool little drinking nook. My only request is that they serve san mig pale on tap along with their light. Comfy and intimate.

I first met another pup here named Percy. He was on the floor I was on the chair. Hoomans said I can't go on the floor coz I'm too young.

The waitress loved me. She gave me ice and lots of petting.

I miss Percy. Hoomans said the chicken is good.

The perfect combination of wings and beer brought to a bar higher. Ordered their nacho and wings platter and spicy wings - which are, actually, not spicy. 128078 Overall, 4/5.

What took me so long?? The first time i saw this place and read Chicken and Beer, I already knew im in for a treat. Ive been passing by this joint everyday to work but it seems time wont permit. Then, tada!! Next thing i know, im already sitting by their alfresco area and checking out the menu. There's a wide range of chicken dishes to choose from but there were only two of us -_-

We ordered two of their best sellers, the Rice Syrup Chicken (6pcs for P295) which is covered in a slightly sweet glaze and is really delish, and their Spicy chicken (6pcs for P295) which is not that spicy coz we asked to reduce the spiciness. We also ordered their vegetable fried rice (P110 good for 2) where at first I thought I wouldnt like but there's a bit of creaminess in it which I like :)

If you wanna hit up a fried chicken joint this is the best place to be! Their chicken is juicy, tender and delicious, and it has a great value for money :)

Will definitely come back to try their other Korean fried chicken dishes!!

Relaxation is a great thing to do after a tiring day at the office. 6pcs sweet spicy fried chicken + steamed rice + 2 bottles of red horse = satisfaction. 250 + 50 + 140 = 440. Someone out there would understand me for sure: the usual male who's contented with two bottles of beer and some pulutans.

A laid back ambiance perfect for casual after office hangouts or simple dine-ins, this newly opened Korean franchise restaurant in Mckinley Hill, Taguig have already earned a handful of followers in its two months of existence on the site.

People who have tried it say that it’s worth coming back for, so I decided to give it a try.

I ordered Paris Chicken (Php 190) which is made up of well-permeated chicken with a spicy kick. I’m a big fan of spicy food and although this one fits the bill, there’s another dish that won me over…

The Rice Chicken Syrup (Php 190) that is sweet and spicy with a hint of peanut. The flavor of this dish is something that I’d definitely come back for. One thing to note, however, was the coleslaw side dish made of cabbage strips that wasn’t delectably great, you can go without it. I wish they’ll improve on it, though.

Chicken and beer.

That day we were supposed to eat at ukokei only that they ran out of ramen so we went to chicken beer. They were giving away pop out fans that day and that attracted us to eat at the place as well.

We ordered value meals because it seems to be a better deal than the platter of chicken. I got their rice wine chicken and it was good!

The uniform of the waitstaff seemed a bit too short though. They had aprons on top of their shorts which made them appear like they weren't wearing anything underneath. Woa!
