For those of you who prefer spicy food, this is the place to be. Their rice meals which includes chili con carne, chicken (like the buffalo wings type), and fish. They have also sandwiches and desserts. Their rice meals are priced at Php 99 served with 12 oz.iced tea. Their ala carte main courses are priced at Php 150-290.

But what makes this resto different is that, they serve their food offerings with an increase level of spice. For me that's the down side because I'm not fond of spicy food. Yeah, there are some that I can eat, but here I can only take as much. Nevertheless, they cooked their meals perfectly. Even if its so spicy for me I can still distinguish the taste of the meat.

By the way, they have an ongoing challenge, "ang hot ng ina mo challenge" wherein if you register (Php 200 registration fee), you have to devour a basket full of "chilli" chicken and you have to beat the time of the reigning champion (which is 41 seconds), you have to devour it faster than 41 seconds. If you are successful, you will win a special edition shirt exclusively from this resto :)

Budget meal is @99 pesos. It comes with an iced tea, rice and 3 pcs of wings. If you want a budget meal with dessert, it's @120 pesos.

I ordered Hot ng Ina Mo Rin. It's hotter compared to the other competitors and you can really see the "buto ng sili". I'm used to eating spicy dishes but this one has a "weird" effect on my tummy.

I have a long-time love affair with chicken wings. So this was a give away.

Food here was pretty affordable. I liked the fiery hot sauce smothered to the wings. Though i am not much a fan of their mango variety, maybe if it was a little more hotter so it could alleviate the sweetness and tart of the mango.

We saw a feature of this resto on Myx, and my companion and I thought of giving it a try for our first Maginhawa food trip.

The place is owned by a tattoo artist. Thus, its decors are all about tattoo artistry. And by its name, Chilli and Ink, it involves spicy food. (which we both love!) They have a wall of fame for those who have finished their Level 4 Wings (Man Vs Food feels)

We ordered Hot ng Ina Nyong Lahat (Level 3) and as recommended by the waitress, their best seller Spicy Mango.

I didn't like the Spicy Mango that much. Not fond of the idea of food with fruit sauces but my companion did. As for the Level 3 Wings, it was really spicy!! I have a very high tolerance for spicy food (I really do) but they really put a spicy sauce on the wings! It was yummy and thank God we were in time for its Unli rice and we kept asking for water. It took us quite some time to finish the Level 3!

Verdict on the chicken: Delicious but its pretty thin compared to Sunrise Bucket's wings. But this place is definitely worth an experience!

First time I tried here, the experience was awesome. But the succeeding visits, not so much.

There something different with their chicken wings. I think it's the size. When I compared the pictures that I've taken, the present chicken wings became small and a little less crispy.

I was referred by Cat R yo join the #loolooholidaygiveaway!

Sorry for being subjective. When chili and buffalo wings are put together, I go crazy right away. Their 'Hot ng Ina Ny Level 2' weren't that hot after all. We will definitely come back to try level 4 and maybe, join their 'Hot ng Ina Nyong Lahat' challenge. Spicy Mango Chicken Wings are among the must-try. It's a tattoo place and good eats rolled into one, so if you want a tattoo and love chili and spice as much as I do, this place is for you! So yes, I'm giving 5 for the awesome food and relatively quick and good service!
